camera ampia, pulita e ben arredata; personale molto cortese e disponibile; buona colazione; possibilità di lasciare i bagagli dopo il check out. Struttura che consiglio senza alcun dubbio (a meno che non si abbiano problemi di deambulazione poiché si trova al secondo piano senza ascensore)

Beautiful, clean accommodation in the heart of Florence. Walking distance to train and all tourist attractions. €30 to Florence airport by taxi. Daniel and Antonio were a fantastic help with all of our concerns. Breakfast was superb! Thank you! This property is not suitable for all, due to 4 flights of stairs equaling 51 steps. If you can manage steps, it is well worth the exercise.

This place is very cozy and modern. At first we were not sure if we are at the right place but when we went upstairs it was surprisingly very nicely furnished and cute. The room was comfortable and clean. The gentleman serving breakfast was very friendly and nice. Location was perfect. Would recommend it.

The location was amazing as we were right in the heart of Florence. Walking distance to most major attractions and tons of shops, restaurants and such within walking distance. The breakfast each morning was fantastic, the staff were amazing and we truly loved our 5 night stay here.

The most important thing for travelers to know is that this hotel is on the second floor. To get to it, no elevator, you must climb up four stone/marble (?) flights of 12 steps each. That can be a lot depending on your physical condition and your amount of luggage. It was a shock to me and I dreaded checkout day and dragging my oversized suitcase down the stairs. Someone brought it up for me but not down. The room was the largest and nicest of our 17 day trip to Italy. The small hotel was beautifully decorated and the staff we met were kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and ample. The hotel is in walking distance to almost anything you want to see in Florence. It is in the center of the tourist area and the location cannot be beat.

Not only was the area great but the room and service added onto that made this property exactly what I needed for an amazing trip to Florence. The food in the morning felt catered specifically to me. Requests were fulfilled seamlessly and the hosts were the most generous, even offering to call a taxi for us just an hour before our train, taking a lot of stress off our backs. When I visit Florence again, I’ll make sure to book my stay here.

Amazing, centrally located, boutique hotel
A lovely, small, boutique B&B hotel very centrally located in Florence. You are within 2 minutes reach of Piazza Della Signoria and 5 minutes from the Duomo. The room is accessed up a few flights of stairs with no lifts, so you will need to carry your cases up, but help will be offered if needed. The rooms were clean and comfortable with mini fridge, kettle and coffee machine. For a central location, the room was unbelievably quiet. There was no noise from the city whatsoever. The delicious breakfast consisting of bread, croissants, ham, cheeses, egg, yogurt, fruits and cereal was served to you efficiently by the friendly and helpful Antonio. Thank you so much for a lovely stay.

Great hotel and location
Location was very good once you could find it, as it was merely a door with a number on it. 52 steps to get up to the room, very steep, especially when carrying heavy bags! Room was very nice and Air-conditioning worked well. It had a Very good bathroom! Eating arrangements for breakfast were slightly quirky and tight. The food we ordered seemed okay. Reasonable internet and helpful staff.

We stayed one night. It was clean, Antonio was very nice. My husband is Italian & they had some good conversations. The breakfast was very good as well. Croissants yogurt, juice, cappuccino, fruit… Room was nice size, bed comfortable. The only draw back is that you have to climb up 52 stairs & with heavy luggage it’s challenging. If you are not able to walk up the stairs, this is not for you. Otherwise the location is great, right in the middle of everything! Thank you

The location of this property is spectacular. Yes there are a few stairs to climb, but the room was exactly as promised. We stayed for 4 nights and hated to leave. Stepping out of your room into the cozy breakfast area was so perfect and the service and quality provided every morning exceeded our expectations. Our host was waiting at the exact time arranged.

A gem of a place to stay in Florence's centre. Traditional. Friendly. Quiet rooms because of the thick stone walls. But right in the bustling heart of the city. Amazing hosts. Great food and service. Plenty of places everywhere nearby for all food and shopping and culture. Can't fault it here. Will be back for sure!! :)

Be warned - 6 flights of stairs, no lift!
While the rooms are lovely - it's 6 flights of stairs up and extremely difficult to find! There was no help with getting the luggage up or down all of those flights of stairs and when I mentioned that I wished they had put this in their hotel description as I wouldn't have booked here, they just said these are old buildings and not alot of them had elevators! Literally everywhere else we stayed in Italy had old buildings and elevators! If you have difficulty walking, do not book here! Then the tv in our room didn't work and they moved us to a new room next day. Overall disappointing as I'd had a fall in the previous town so the stairs were very difficult for me but they didn't care.

My husband and i went to Italy for our wedding anniversary and spend a couple of days in Florence, we had a moverlo stay at Casa Thiele. Daniel and Antonio were amazing, they gave us amazing recommendations from places to go, city highlights and places to eat. The room was impecable, the services amazing, and the breakfast included was also amazing. We will definitely stay there again.

La atención de Antonio y Daniel es excelente, un pequeño detalle que le falta a la habitación es que subes 3 pisos por unas escaleras bastante pesadas y no hay elevador, creo que es cuestión de permisos de la ciudad, pero creo que es importante para cualquier usuario conocerlo, y otro detalle es que me gustaría que hubiera destapacorchos en la habitación, ya que está zona es parte de la Toscana y se te antoja decir salud con un buen vino. No tengo más comentarios y si lo recomiendo mucho, la pasas muy a gusto, solo estuvimos mi esposa y Yo.

This was our favorite lodging on recent trip to Florence-Tuscany-Rome! It is in a prime location- very near Uffizi Gallery, Ponte Vecchio and Duomo! We were able to walk everywhere as well as listen to professional quality singing and violin playing at nearby piazza in the evening. It was clean and nicely appointed renovated room including beautiful new bathroom. Delicious breakfast with warm rolls. Very friendly staff - highly recommend!!

Super Hotel an top Lage
Der Aufenthalt im Casa Thiele alla Signoria war einmalig. Frau Thiele hat uns sehr freundlich begrüsst und unser Zimmer war sauber und freundlich eingerichtet. Das Morgenessen war sehr köstlich und für jeden etwas dabei. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt um die Stadt zu erkundigen. Wir können das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen.
