Dear Mrs, I'm sorry I didn't have the pleasure of meeting you personally and I thank you for your review definitely “out of the choir”. In the days of late October early November in which you stayed, there was an ideal climate (25/26 degrees) so when conditions permit, we can try to live without AC and respect our planet. But, given that the perception of heat is absolutely personal, we complied with her request and reactivated the A/C. I have a good habit of replying to messages sent to me on WA too, like you sent me first. I replied on the VRBO platform and forwarded the emails with all the information and tips about the city, I just do my job conscientiously. Your kindness really impressed me during the booking process (thank you again for the gifts you would have liked to bring me, and for the Halloween sweets you brought me!). It was a real pity, however, that during your entire stay you never expressed the uneasiness and dissatisfaction you wrote about. I would have appreciated if you had told me about it, it would have given me the opportunity to propose another accommodation to you. However, your review is so hyperbolically negative as to conceal an excessive dissatisfaction and anger…perhaps it depends on the refund of the stay, which you requested after departure?

Not all guests are as fantastic and respectful as you have been, sometimes some can be rude .... as evidently were the guests of the bed and breakfas, with the room above our studio.
