Mi dispiace per la poca percezione di isolazione, l'hotel si trova in una stradina interna, con poco traffico, l'hotel è stato costruito con materiali insonorizzanti. Grazie, siamo contenti di averla soddisfatta e che abbia condiviso la sua esperienza con i viaggiatori di Hotels.com; il costo del parcheggio (13 €) è ampiamente pubblicizzato sul ns. sito, così come sui siti web da cui provengono le prenotazioni, viene inoltre comunicato al momento dell'arrivo, scontato rispetto ai prezzi praticati dalle altre strutture cittadine; con il vantaggio di avere il parcheggio all'interno e non presso un garage esterno all’Hotel, che spesso non include la disponibilità dell'auto più volte nell'arco del soggiorno senza sovraprezzo. L'aspettiamo per il suo prossimo viaggio a Firenze.

The Hotel is located in a strategic position: with a pleasant walk along the banks of the Arno from the hotel it is possible to reach the main attractions of Florence; and just 15 min. walking distance from the Train Station of Campo Marte and the nearby sports facilities, in a quiet residential area of Florence sheltered from the bustle of traffic, full of restaurants of Tuscan cuisine, Pub and Pizzeria. The Grifone Hotel has undergone a renovation of all rooms and common areas, we have already intervened in all the Standard and Superior rooms, we will complete the intervention by spring 2023 for the Classic. We have already completed the interventions in the common areas and in the Breakfast Room, and opened the SPA. Your report is absolutely appreciated and will be useful for evaluations in support of the planned intervention. We answer you on the consideration that emerges from your review, you have booked a room without canceling it, not having shown up on the day of arrival, as per the cancellation policy we have charged you the amount on your credit card, if you have notified us in time we would have canceled your reservation without charge. I also sincerely inform you that it is not correct to call the hotel to ask for a cancellation and inform us that if we did not do it you would have given us a negative review, or positive if we had not charged.
