Gentilissimo Massimo, intanto la volevo ringraziare per il suo tempo dedicato a condivedere la sua opinione in una piattaforma turistica e di prenotazioni così importanti. La sua prenotazione era perfettamente in linea con quanto descritto in modo chiaro e dettagliato nel sito in cui ha fatto la recensione, oltre ciò, volevo aggiungere che lei ha prenotato un'offerta dedicata in cui era descritto in maniera minuziosa tutto il dettaglio con prezzo incluso, la percezione del costo è sempre soggettiva e sicuramente prenderemo spunto dai suoi preziosi consigli per migliorare quanto da lei descritto e la aspettiamo nuovamente a Firenze. Nel complesso buono ma migliorabile.
Pro : Silenzioso e pulito, personale molto cortese e disponibile, lenzula e asciugamani di qualità, colazione buona e con buona scelta, zona tranquilla, sicura e abbastanza vicina alla stazione. Contro : ci è stata assegnata una camera minuscola (3x3,5), probabilmente perchè abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte. però qualità ed estetica del poco mobilio, il pavimento verniciato in resina grigia e la mancanza del bidet non erano certo al livello di un 4 stelle e del prezzo pagato.

Excellent location on the river, clean facility and responsive staff. I did not like having to ask housekeeping to clean the room (upon request). It is best to stay on the highest floor because you can certain hear guest walking if you are a light sleeper. Nonethless, this was my favorite hotel from my stay in Italy.

We had a great stay at Lungarno Vespucci 50. The hotel is one of the cleanest we've ever stayed in and we loved sitting on the rooftop terrace looking out on to the river. The hotel was just a short, scenic walk from the centre of town and was in a very quiet, peaceful location. We would definitely stay in this hotel again.

What an amazing surprise this little hotel. I can live in the breakfast room with its 200 yr old frescoes. Comfy beds, lovely staff, and safe neighborhood! Can't get better!

The room was gorgeous and they even offered Hermes soap and shampoo/conditioner. They also gave us a complimentary bottle of champagne. However, we booked a room with a terrace that was supposed to have views of the city but the hotel was doing construction and had a huge scaffolding blocking it. One morning we had the doors open to enjoy the weather and after taking a shower I walked out to change and a construction worker was basically on our balcony! While I was naked!!!! We told the front desk when we left but they couldn't care less. I would NEVER spend this kind of money for a place like this, lesson learned and disappointed.

Quiet and safe neighborhood. Staff are amazing. Very clean room. Easy access to all amenities and attractions. The roof top terrace looks over the river, so peaceful. The only thing I could say negative would be the carpet in the hallway should be replaced, and that would be the only thing. I would definitely stay here again.

It was a little smaller than expected, but the amenities, cleanliness and staff were above and beyond! We would absolutely stay here again. Very convenient location close to the Ponte Vecchio and right on the river. The rooftop terrace is also a huge perk! Loved it here!

The view of Florence from the terrace was wonderful! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bathroom was large but there was no place to put anything…shelves or a small table would have helped.
