I was pleasantly impressed with my room, not too fancy but in decent, clean and acceptable condition . Check in staff was very courteous and helpful.

Pool was nice. Clean rooms and property. Convenient gift shop with good variety of things for reasonable price. Buffet breakfast line up was crazy.

Courteous & helpful staff. Stayed the night before a cruise. They provided transportation from the airport, to the cruise the next day & took us to the airport after the cruise. All very convenient. Property was very clean & well maintained.

The location was tricky; miss the entrance and you get sucked onto I-95. With 3 people visible in the office, only 1 was at the desk trying to do everything including answering phones while guests had to wait 20 minutes or more to register. The facility would let you in the room early - for an extra $50.00. Worst of all, 3 banging noises in the night were not bed movements but turned out to be from gunshots (requiring police inquiry the next morning).

Affordable with free shuttle services offered. Very friendly staff. It's a great place for a quick turnaround before heading to the cruise port or the airport. Maybe not for a long stay. The tile floor was dirty enough to turn my feet black after showering.

Great location for a one night stay before boarding a cruise ship. Check in was very slow but everyone was friendly and accommodating.

The hotel exterior looks bland but the room I had was surprisingly nice. Updated and rather large. Shower door would not stay closed and the shampoo was empty but still a nice room. Unless you want to eat at hotel seedy bar, nothing else around. Best port shuttle service I ever dealt with. Organized, clear legible instructions and the supervisor was attentive and pleasant.

We arrived a couple hours early due to the flight we had and transportation. They wouldn’t let us check in yet unless we paid an extra $30. We declined that offer and went to the bar/grill attached to the hotel. We sat around the pool area to wait, which was fine. Then we went back to the lobby about 20 minutes before check in time, and they still wouldn’t let us unless we paid an extra $20 this time. So we declined and sat in chairs in lobby facing the reception desk. The two staff ladies were just sitting there doing nothing but wouldn’t check us in, and we were sure the rooms were ready. We finally stepped up to the desk about two minutes till time and they checked us in. The floor in the room was extremely dirty. The only good thing was the garden area and pool, and the best thing was the complimentary shuttle service to the port. We also didn’t like the $100 add on fee that is supposed to be taken off after they check rooms to make sure we didn’t tear up anything.

It was sufficient for our needs. We just needed a place to sleep after getting into the airport late. Comfortable bed with shuttle service and small breakfast in the morning. It was great for the price.

Front desk staff, unfriendly and not professional, breakfast was terrible, the rooms below average! The only professional staff member was the gentleman organizing the passengers for the shuttle buses! Would not stay he again!

We stayed at Rodeway Inn a few days before taking a cruise. The grounds and room was clean. The breakfast was surprisingly good but really set you over the top was the shuttles to and from the airport and port. Travel from the airport was timely as to the cruise port. Unfortuntly we stayed at the Best Western after our cruise. The Rodeway Inn was much more appealing. Next time thru Ft. Lauderdale we will visit. the Rodeway Inn

Close enough to cruise port and airport. Free shuttle to cruise terminal is only at 10 and 11 am. After those times, you pay $10 per person. Uber is fast but can be costly. Give yourself an extra 15 minutes for any ride you are planning.

I booked this property 2 months in advance and when I arrived late after flying all day they said there system was down and I would have to wait until 2am or come back. Manager was not any help had zero customer service skills. I had already paid upfront for room and they said they couldn't give me a room unless I pay the$107.00 but they could only take cash and could not provide me with a receipt for cash given to them. With change of staff coming in the morning I didnt feel I would ever see cash again. I ended up leaving because we needed to get into a place to sleep before getting on the road again so we booked at the Holiday Inn a few miles away. It was much safer and didnt have drunk drivers and drunk bikers hanging inthe parking lot at 1am while the workers went around cleaning up bottles of beer thrown outside. I dont recommend this place at all. Corporate should shut it down. Very upset they they couldn't even offer a refund.

The staff were very friendly. Checking in was smooth and the breakfast was ok. Only complaint was that we booked two rooms way in advance and asked for them to be close to each other. We could not have been further apart after check in. A good property to stay for a pre cruise, the shuttle to cruise port and airport was free and on time.

I couldnt hear the person that answered the phone when I called for the shuttle & when I told her that I couldn't hear her, she got annoyed with me. It sounded like I was on "speaker" and she was across the room from the phone. Also, was told only the desk could order us a shuttle to a different port & after talking with a few people including the Uber Driver, found out we could have made the reservation ourselves & were overcharged.

The Marina 84 restaurant on the property was fantastic. The staff was very polite and cordial. The property is dated but decent. I would stay again!
