Out of ALL the open rooms available and the empty parking lot except for 1 other car, we got put under the only other room occupied and they were up all night screaming and banging all night long. Tried to get the front desk lady’s attention twice and she never came out to help us. We left at 3 am because we couldn’t take it anymore. Incredibly poor experience, will never recommend anyone to stay here. Do better. For the price of the room you should do better.

Everything was great. We had lots of snow while sraying there and the sidewalks werent shoveled very promptly so we had to walk through a lot of snow to get to our car. Other than that, it was a good stay.

The bathroom was clean, the beds were clean, no bugs, we checked. However, the clerk, when he opened the door from his office, you could see trash swept into it and the broom behind the door. So, we did not eat there in the morning.

Book a Different Hotel
We didn't get the room we wanted-- king-size room was substituted with 2 queen beds and the desk clerk didn't tell us. We found out with we opened the door to the room. When I questioned the desk clerk, he told me that's all they had and turned around and walked back to the room behind a closed door. I asked about some compensation as he walked away from the desk and he said no but never turned around to face me. Hotel room needed some work- shower faucet was broke and curtains didn't close all the way. We checked in at 11pm and the desk clerk was absolutely rude.

it was a good price for the length of our stay. The ice machine was broken, so that was a minus. Breakfast was not well stocked and late one morning. There were holes in the walls several places where units needed to be installed.

Very loud, manager was rude and unprofessional unhelpful. Would never ever recommend it to anyone. However the cleaning staff were very kind and helpful.

It stunk the outside ashtray was on fire I had to put it out and the smoke was blowing inside the hotel I don’t know why the smoke alarms didn’t go off they put us in a smoking room and we had to go ask to be moved but the non smoking room wasn’t much better

Just ok, we were only staying one night.
Had to call on a phone located at the front desk any time you wanted to talk to a front desk clerk. Breakfast was limited due to covid. I've stayed at other hotels since the pandemic and were served a full breakfast with hot food items.

The room was strongly smelling of must. The breakfast was very lacking and absent of protein. There were blood stains on the bedsheets. The staff seemed uncaring.

Dear guest I'm sorry we did not meet your expectation on your room next time inform front desk we can switch to better room . we serve basic common breakfast items dont have hot breakfast at this time . our housekeeping manager will inspect all rooms sheets while beds are made . our staff will improve service and care for all guest staying at our hotel on our staff meeting we discuss everything we get on reviews to fix and give us a second chance thank you .

I stayed in this hotel several years ago when it was new, so I was expecting it to still be nice and well-kept. What a disappointment. It looks old and run-down, as though repairs and upkeep have been shoddy. It was not very clean. There wasn't even hand soap provided at the bathroom sink; in fact, when we specifically went to the front desk and asked for soap, we were told there wasn't any available. I had to ask for soap two different times over two days before I finally got soap to wash my hands. Ridiculous! The service was apathetic at best, as though the person managing the place just does not care about cleanliness, upkeep, or the quality of his guests' experience. Such a contrast to the last time I stayed here. Such a disappointment!

Close to food and gas. Easy access. Free parking. Breakfast not kept stocked and syrup and waffle mix were very watered down so like no flavor. Daily housekeeping a major plus. Older but clean. Beds should be replaced.

our lobby was not under any renovation on july 2022 may be you have stayed other super8 with renovation . we keep our hotel areas like lobby , stairs , entrance clean . our staff spray air fresner all areas of hotel we are sorry but we do shampoo carpet every year for fresh smell and to remove odor thank you mary appreciate your stay with us .
