Staff was great. Check in was awesome. Rooms (we had two) were in need of cleaning. If you’re looking for a bed for the night it’s fine. If you’re looking for anything more than that you should look somewhere else.

Decent Stay for the price
The hotel is in a great location and close to some things. The hotel has a smell but that could be due to the fact that animals are allowed inside. I enjoyed my stay the furniture is a little old but the bed was nice. The stove and fridge were old but again I was comfortable. Now the breakfast needs to be done way better.

My 1 night at Extended Stay America
Our stay was fine. It was just a place to sleep for the night. The front desk lady Tina was very nice. The hotel needs major upgrades. It's very dated. Parking was onsite. It was very icy and no salt had been put down. The breakfast is basically just snacks instant oatmeal packs and coffee. If I had to stay here again I would but it definitely wouldn't be my top 10 of choices.

The staff at the hotel are very nice and accommodating. Unfortunately, the rooms were gross. I would never consider cooking in the kitchen. Grease all over the place dirty counters, dirty floor. The carpet in the room was dirty the bed was clean and the sheets were clean. I really don’t I would stay here again.

Not a place I will ever book again! Traveling for work, booked online and when I get there every parking spot, along the barriers, and even in the grass spots were full! I couldnt even get into the parking lot! Parked down the road and walked in to cancel my reservation where I was Informed that they get paid now even if I cancel!

There was so much noise that I had trouble sleeping. Aside from the AC's loud noise, there were other sounds that I couldn't identify. Despite being a pet-friendly establishment, the room smelled like a dog and the floor was sticky. I become unwell because of my allergy.

Breakfast was really minimal, but for me the worst was that I was told at check-in there would be tea in the morning, and in the morning there was no tea. In fact I was told they never had tea. I believe it is false advertising to say you have breakfast when you don't.

Very dark outside at 9:45. Lights came on after my arrival. Problem with technology checking me in. Tina was pleasant and kept trying. Room smelled like smoke, even though it’s a non-smoking hotel. I’ve never stayed anywhere that required a $100 damage deposit for a one night stay before.

Having stayed at several extended stays in various places, previously, and checking out the picture of the exterior of the hotel, I thought I was making the right decision. However, the inside of the hotel is very outdated, needs a ton of work. Even though it’s an extended stay, and you have a decent kitchen, you have to make special arrangements to get utensils and plates, etc. from the front desk. One positive is that our room was clean. I definitely will not be staying here again.

One night stay!
Everything was fine. We were allowed to check in a little early which helped us out a lot. My only disappointment was there was not a coffee pot in the room and I was not told coffee was available in the lobby. Note to housekeeping- the top of the refrigerator was very dirty.
