The receptionist was so charming and efficient. She was able to manage my shipping from the airport even when my telephone run out of power. She also provided me with all the useful information I could need. Thank you Eklas!

I experience two rooms during my stay. bugs walking in the shower of first bathroom, woman long hair in the second one. very kinde people in charge for the breakfast, not the same for all the receptionist. good location for businnes in the city, 5 min walking to the "S" station, for a direct connection to the main station in less than half hour.

Hotel ACHAT airport frankfurt
l'hotel è troppo lontano dal centro di Francoforte o dalla Fiera. Bisogna usare solo il taxi e per ogni corsa ci vogliono circa 50 euro. Il ristorante è piccolissimo (è più un bar che un ristorante) con cucina ungherese. Per il resto l'hotel è abbastanza pulito ed il personale è gentile. Non c'è il bidet ma molto intelligente la presenza di un cucinino (fornello, frigo e lavandino) nascosto all'interno di una cabina-armadio.

We were picked up from airport by car in 30 minutes. Everyone was nice and professional. Quiet area for walking. 150meters from S-Bahn stop. There is a Greek restaurant on the property. The food was great.

If you decide to stay at this hotel, check the hotel transfer schedule: they stop to ride early. I came to airport at 10 pm and should to take a taxi.

Ich kenne das Hotel von 2 anderen Zimmern her, aber mein gebuchtes war das genaue Gegenteil. Das erste Zimmer in der oberen Etage. Dieses tauschte ich sofort, da ich keine in die Jahre gekommen Badewannen mit Vorhang mag. Das zweite Zimmer hatte zwar eine Dusche, aber auch mit Vorhang. Die Fliesen und Fugen im Bad waren dreckig und teilweise mit Haaren der Vormieter, Flecken im Teppich, dreckige Fensterrahmen, Telefonkabel ohne Umwandlung, beim Vorhang aufziehen viel die Heizungsverkleidung ab …. Nett war das Lunchpaket am Abreisetag mit Getränk und ausreichend Essen.

The check-in process was really smooth and everyone was so kind and sweet! Breakfast was so lovely as well! Unfortunately, I didn’t know that the last shuttle from the airport to the hotel was at 9:30pm, so I wish I had known that - as I had booked the hotel for the shuttle but couldn’t use it since I arrived later.

The room was very basic - our room definitely didn't look like the one on the website! It smelt very musty and curtains had stains on them. Bathroom could have been cleaned better and there was a beer bottle under the bed. Both of the receptionist, by check in and check out, appeared to have had the same training - be efficient but don't smile or be friendly! However, the bed was very comfortable, it had a good power shower, the breakfast really was excellent and there was no charge for parking. A real mixed bag but I would not stay here again.

Das Zimmer (102) war relativ groß wurde aber anscheinend länger nicht genutzt. Die Geruchsverschlüsse des Waschbeckens/Dusche waren nicht mehr mit Wasser gefüllt, so dass es im Zimmer nach "Kanalisation" roch. Lies sich durch ein Glas Wasser und anschließender Lüftung des Zimmers beheben. Keine Möglichkeit, sich einen Kaffee/Tee zu kochen. Keine Geräte vorhanden. Frühstück ok. und reichhaltig. Der Shuttle zum Flughafen funktionierte gut. Nur die angegebene Entfernung Flughafen/Hotel stimmt keinesfalls. Geschätzt mindestens 15km, eher mehr. Kompliment an den Fahrer für seine ruhige angenehme Fahrt. Insgesamt ok.

Frechheit für den Preis. Das Hotel ist sehr weit vom Flughafen entfernt. Wir buchten ein King size Bett (nach EU Standard ist das mindestens,180 cm breit) wir bekamen ein Doppelbett, schätzungsweise 150cm breit. Das Hotel bietet auf der Homepage Queen und King size Betten an, wir buchten das größere Bett zum höheren Preis. Ich beschwerte mich und bat um ein Zimmer mit größerem Bett. Mir wurde gesagt das Hotel habe keine King size Betten... ich bat um ein Beistellbett, wurde mir angeboten, aber nur gegen Aufpreis. Bad war nicht sauber und große Mengen stehendes Wasser auf dem Boden. Küche ist theoretisch vorhanden, praktisch aber unbenutzbar, da keinerlei Kochutensilien vorhanden sind. Null Punkte, reine Abzocke, wenigstens das Personal war ok.

Sehr geehrte Frau Pust,da wir diese Bettengröße nicht im Angebot haben, ist es eigentlich nicht möglich ein Kingzisebett zu buchen.Wir werden prüfen ob es ein Fehler bei Expedia gibt. Sie hatten ein Bett mit einer Größe von 1,60m. Auf unsere Homepage steht es aber auch nicht geschrieben, dass wir Kingsizebetten anbieten. Bezüglich des Wasser ist die Wasserleitung undicht.Für diese Unannehmlichkeit entschuldigen wir uns.Kochutnesilien erhalten Sie gerne auf Anfrage kostenfrei. Zimmer für eine Nacht ausreichend, auch wenn eine genauere Definition der Betten (Breite) besser wäre. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und alles vorhanden. Einzig die Abholung und Kommunikation ist verbesserungswürdig, da der Hinweis auf den letzten Transfer um 21:30 erst sehr deutlich war, die tatsächliche Abholung dann erst 20 Minuten später erfolgte. Morgens zum Flughafen lief es dann problemlos.

Hice el Check in el día 19 de enero a las 15:00 en punto, el recepcionista era muy antipático y me pregunta de manera desagradable que porqué no había venido el día anterior para coger la habitación( tenía reservado dos noche ) y que ahora no encuentra mi reserva !! Luego le pido un boiler para calentar agua en mi habitación, me dice que no hay. por la mañana siguiente volví a pedirlo de un otro recepcionista joven que era amable y servidor y me lo manda a la habita sin problema .

Good for an overnight layover.
Just good for a one nighter. The shuttle service is good. You need to call the hotel upon landing and go to gate 6 terminal B arrivals. The shuttle will be a cab. The room was decently sized. I wish the hotel would at least offer complimentary water or a kettle despite being a budget hotel. Bed was comfortable with adequate cover. The floor did have some crumbs from maybe a previous guest. We requested extra pillows and the hotel obliged without a charge. Don’t think there is anything to eat around there but we arrived late. Front desk lady was professional and reasonably pleasant.
