sono stato al marittim per una notte , hotel tedesco molto carino, centro benessere veramente bello, la camere confortevoli, magari avrebbero bisogno di un piccolo restyling . nel complesso un ottimo hotel .

Confortevole, ma datato
Ho soggiornato per tre notti dovendo partecipare ad una fiera a Francoforte. L'hotel è molto ben ubicato vicino alla stazione e ai mezzi pubblici. Le camere sono confortevoli e pulite anche se l'arredamento è datato e frusto. Non ci sono canali televisivi italiani visibili in camera e per gli appassionati di calcio i canali Sky visibili nel bar dell'albergo sono solo quelli del pacchetto base, dunque le partite del campionato italiano non sono visibili. Il servizio alla reception è ottimo.

The room faces the railroad, so it wasn't quiet. However, it wasn't shared in advance. The check-in was not friendly, and we were checked in only after signing the BW hotel membership. No hot oatmeal, as is customary around the world, was served for breakfast.

We are sorry that you were not informed at check-in that the room was on the railway side. Unfortunately, this is actually the case with the standard category booked. We would like to recommend our comfort category to you. This is located on the street side and is much quieter. Regarding the Best Western membership, we would like to sincerely apologize if there was any misunderstanding on our part. The option of checking in in conjunction with a membership should give you the advantage that you do not have to pay an early check-in fee and at the same time you can collect points worldwide for free. Of course, checking in earlier is also possible without a membership, but in this case we would have had to charge a fee. We still take your advice very seriously and will once again sensitize our colleagues. We will forward your criticism regarding the hot oatmeal to the responsible department and correct it if necessary. If such a situation arises again, please feel free to contact our service staff so that they can help you accordingly. Kind regards from Darmstadt

Zimmer, Frühstück & Restaurant sehr gut
Zimmer sind sehr schön. Sehr schlechte Organisation der Bedienungen in Kaffeepausen, Restaurant und Bar. In der Bar z.b. muss man extrem lange warten bis man eine Bestellung aufgegeben kann und macht überpünktlich zu. Schlechte Organisation, wenn man eine Nacht verlängert und es getrennte Buchungen sind. Nicht mal die Zimmerreinigung wurde tagsüber durchgeführt.

Insgesamt ok
Frühstück und Zimmerausstattung Top Schlecht erreichbar mit KFZ wegen Baustelle, daher wurde vor Anreise vom Hotel eine Anfahrtbeschreibung gesendet. Tiefgarage hat recht kleine Parkplätze und ist recht eng. Rezeption / Empfang war schon fast unfreundlich … da stört doch einfach so spät noch ein Gast

Hotel gut. Personal eine Katastrophe. Kein Richtiges deutsch. Keine Badetücher im Zimmer, auf Anfrage wird gesagt „kommen sie bitte runter und holen sie diese“ ?! Service = unverschämt! Wlan funktioniert nirgendswo im Hotel. Am Besten fern bleiben!
