Posizione comoda e personale gentile
La posizione dell'Hotel consente di visitare la città senza grandi spostamenti. Taxi (circa 10€), metro o una bella passeggiata e si raggiunge la piazza principale senza problemi. Personale molto gentile ed attento alle esigenze. Camere comode, spaziose, belle e ben climatizzate. Ottima sia la colazione che il ristorante.

Non si può chiedere di più!
Personale cordiale e sempre disponibile, camere pulite accuratamente e silenzioso nel complesso. Ci sono stata con il mio ragazzo per 4 notti e non ho riscontrato nessun tipo di problema, la catena Mövenpick è eccellente e oltretutto attenta all'ecologia. Cosa vogliamo di più?

Il Moevenpick Hotel Frankfurt City è situato in una posizione tranquilla a circa un km dal centro città, ideale per chi ama il relax, se avesse una navetta per il centro sarebbe ideale per tutti.

Ottima posizione
Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per assistere un concerto alla Festhalle. Da questo punto di vista l'hotel è imbattibile in quanto si trova a 100 metri dall'ingresso dell'arena. Vicino alla fermata della metro U4 Messe, ma si può raggiungere la Stazione centrale in 5 minuti a piedi. Stanze pulite, comode e spaziose. Colazione non inclusa ma in camera si ha un bollitore con bustine di te e caffè solubile.

HOTEL MOEVENPICK DI FRANKFURT- VICINO A FIERA
Abbiamo soggiornato purtroppo solo per 1 notte durante la fiera Ambiente Febbraio 2010. Hotel assolutamente da consigliare. Perfetto per chi è a Francoforte per vistare la fiera. L'hotel si trova proprio all'ingresso del Pad. 3. Camere confortevoli e luminose, come pure le stanze da bagno. Colazione perfetta, con buffet superfornito. Servizio ottimo. Mi dispiace non aver provato il ristorante, credo che si sarebbe cenato molto bene.

Hotel Mövepick Frankfurt City - Francoforte
Sono stato con alcuni amici al Mövenpick dal 28.12.2009 al 02.01.2010 per trascorrere fine anno a Francoforte. L'hotel è nuovissimo, molto confortevole. Luminoso, in particolare le camere della facciata (tutte vetrate come le camere sul retro) danno sul centro di Francoforte e sui grattacieli e si può ammirare la skyline. Il servizio del personale è puntuale, cortese, e vicino ad ogni esigenza del cliente, sia in tedesco che in inglese. Nella hall è presente anche una postazione di consultazione gratuita della rete internet. L'hotel è ispirato al design e alla cura stilistica. Espressione compiuta ne sono la hall e il bar dell'albergo. Le camere, curate e raffinate in ogni minimo dettaglio, sono tenute nella massima pulizia e comfort. Ogni giorno gli ospiti ricevono sul letto un cioccolatino svizzero. All'ultimo piano il centro fitness per gli ospiti dell'albergo. Ciò che più ho gradito durante il mio soggiorno è stata la colazione continentale. Abbondantissima, iper-differenziata, genuina, veramente anche da categoria 5 stelle. L'ottima permanenza mi ha spinto a prenotare anche il cenone di fine anno in albergo ed è stato squisito, eccezionale. Per il rapporto qualità/prezzo e per tutto quanto descritto, quest'hotel svizzero (non tedesco di Germania, ma svizzero, e lo si notava in ogni particolare semplicemente perfetto) merita una recensione da 10 e lode.

Auf den ersten Blick gepflegt. Die Damen an der Rezeption waren freundlich und bemüht (Check-in vor der eigentlichen Zeit, Regenschirm zum Ausleihen,…). Die Herren beim Check-out wirkten unprofessionell, verwiesen auf Summen, die angeblich noch ausstünden, obwohl alles im Voraus bezahlt wurde. Darauf beharrten sie auch und waren nicht besonders höflich. Wir hatten nur eine Zimmereinigung, die wir wegen des Umweltgedankens so wollten. Bei dieser einzigen Reinigung verschwand dann die zweite Zimmerkarte. Reinigung an sich war gut. Das Waschbecken ist stylisch, aber unpraktisch, da das Wasser nicht abläuft. Die Silikonfugen in der Dusche waren etwas laienhaft ausgebessert. Beschränktes Fernsehprogramm, die Senderliste war nicht auf den aktuellen Stand. Gut waren der Kühlschrank (Minibar) und der Wasserkocher mit kostenfreien Tee und Instantkaffee. Der Fitnessraum war etwas abgelegen im siebten Stock, jedoch funktionell. Nicht alle Geräte waren intakt. Es gab kostenfreies Wasser und einen tollen Ausblick auf einen Teil der Skyline. Nette Kleinigkeiten waren Äpfel, Wasser, Tee und Schokolade in der Lobby kostenfrei.

Das Hotel hat und sehr gut gefallen, besonders positiv ist uns das sehr freundliche und herzliche Personal an der Rezeption aufgefallen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und bietet einen tollen Ausblick auf einige Wolkenkratzer. Besonders toll fanden wir die Möglichkeit das man sich andere Kissen kostenlos auf das Zimmer bringen lassen kann, wie zum Beispiel ein Nackenstützkissen. Es war sogar möglich sich eine Wärmeflasche zu bestellen. Auch die Lage ist Top direkt gegenüber befindet sich ein Shopping Center, bis zur U Bahn Station Messe sind es nur etwa 5 Minuten. Mit dieser ist man in 5 Minuten in der Altstadt und wenn man eine Station weiterfährt auf der Haupteinkaufsstraße Zeil. Insgesamt ein hervorragendes Hotel welches wir immer wieder buchen würden.

Vi valgte hotellet fordi det ligger godt i forhold til messen, men prisen taget i betragtning, var det ikke godt. Sengen var skæv, der var lugt og mug på badeværelse. Og skulle man have en drinks i baren, kunne man godt afsætte en halv time, bare for at bestille den.

It’s in the middle of large corporate offices. Not much going on at night. Many food areas are inside these large buildings so it’s hard when you look at your phone to determine exactly where a certain restaurant is located. Other than that it’s a very nice hotel with taxis right outside.

Great service
Convenient hotel in Frankfurt close to airport. Quiet and comfortable. The breakfast is outstanding. I would recommend.

Parking is very expensive. When I went back to lobby for towel request, they told me I had free use of minibar. The person who checked me in didn’t tell me that. Mixed helpfulness of staf. Housekeeping was great. Reception was hit and miss.

Großer Nachteil: Das Parkhaus unter dem Hotel! Hier ist nicht ersichtlich, dass das Parkhaus vom Hotel getrennt betrieben wird.....Parkgebühr für eine Übernachtung: 45 € !!!! Nach dem man beim Auschecken an der Rezeption bezüglich der Entwertung des Parktickets nachfragt, bekommt man gesagt, dass es in der Nähe weitere Parkmöglichkeiten gibt, die weitaus günstiger sind. Das ist absoluter Wucher und ein ganz großer Nachteil an dem Hotel. Alles andere ist Top.

Black mold in hotel shower. Light fixtures broken. Carpet seemed dirty. Wine from minibar cheap and not enjoyable. Credit cards could not be used on check out.

Sehr gut, würde ich wieder buchen!
Alles sehr gut, freundliches Personal, hohe Qualität der Zimmerausstattung (Badezimmer), super Frühstück sehr gutes Omelette. Fernseher mit 32 Zoll, Diagonale 80cm im Jahr 2022 als winzig zu bezeichnen. Beim Check-In hatte um 17:30 nur eine Person an der Rezeption Dienst-> Warteschlange.

I was assigned a room with a malfunctioning air conditioner, and throughout my stay, both the hotel staff and their communication with Expedia were consistently untruthful. Despite my request, they declined to relocate me to another room. Furthermore, they eventually confessed to their habit of dishonesty. The hotel emits an unpleasant odor, and there's inadequate ventilation. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.
