Ein sehr sauberes, sicheres und äuserst sehr gut gelegenes hotel. Das einzigste was ich bemängeln muss, ist leider die Dusche. Die Handbrause als auch die duschbrause hatten leider sehr wenig wasserlauf. Ansonsten ist das hotel definitiv weiter zu empfehlen. Trotz des mangels, von mir und meiner Frau die Bestnote 1.!!

Even though this is one the most expensive 5 star hotels in Frankfurt, the hotel is trying to save cost by using cheap items to save a few pennies. The Nespresso capsules are cheap imitations which taste terrible, the toilet paper is cheap and rough the capuccino i ordered was cold. There is nothing special about this hotel. There are 5 star hotels for half the cost in Frankfurt. This hotel should use top quality items in the room.

Always exceptional service. Stayed 4 days. Everything from check in to check out was fantastic. Rooms are very clean and modern. Hotel is quiet. Food was excellent. Great lobby to work from. Close and walkable to everything with great restaurants just outside the door. One of the best choices in Frankfurt. My 5th stay at this hotel. Will be back.

Nice Westin property, with a good lobby bar and two restaurants. Only a couple minutes from shopping and many more restaurant choices. Convenient for getting a Taxi or Uber, as they have a dropoff and pickup lane in front of the hotel.
