“The tiny house is exactly as described. Its small, clean, cozy and comfortable. The location right on the river is fantastic. Being able to have a fire right by the water each night was such a plus. In better weather would be a great put in for canoeing, kataking. Very close many historic sights, unique shops, and outdoor activities. The hosts are very thoughtful, kind and responsive. Lots of attention to detail, including doggy water bowls. We had no issues at all with Wifi or using our phones. The river is a short walk down the road. “Stayed in Mountain Mama’s cabin for three nights with my brother to share some precious time. Our cabin far exceeded expectations…clean, well decorated, river views watching bald eagles fly by ….all excellent. Mountain Mama’s had excellent communication and accessibility..even their own app. All their houses look amazing. Will return again.”

“Our 2nd stay at this beautiful quiet cottage - last time was in 2022 and since then the owners have put in a new deck, new kitchen appliances, and coffee bar. Spotlessly clean as before, everything well kept up and in working order, and (what we love best) a beautiful quiet location. Close to Chambersburg stores & restaurants but you can easily spend the day enjoying the peaceful surroundings from the front deck or thru the front windows. Loved it, loved it, loved it and hope to get back again.”

“A perfect location in Frederick. The Carroll Creek Canal is right behind the house and is beautifull! Aaron gave us excellent recommendations as to where to visit and eat. The house is older but clean, tidy and comfortable. We did use the kitchen to cook and gave Aaron a few pointers to improve what he had for utensils. Overall, I would come back again. Thanks Aaron”
