“This is a nice home in a safe, comfortable neighborhood with a very amenable host. We found nothing lacking regarding amenities, and, in fact, there’s more than typically provided. The back patio and pool area have a special ambience in the evening with all the twinkle lights, which just enhanced our overall experience. Also, we had the best Italian Cappuccino at Eon the morning we left! Try it - you won’t be disappointed. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return. Thank you.”

“This property fit our family, but it is apparent this is an income property. The home has no air conditioning -- which we found out only days before checking in -- and only one small fan. Since I am asthmatic this resulted in significant breathing problems. There were 1 washcloth and 2 bath towels in each bathroom for a total of 3 washcloths and 6 towels for 9 people. We finally found more towels in a cabinet upstairs, but had to go buy washcloths. In the kitchen, there were no towels to dry or...

“My father-in-law came for the Holidays as a surprise visit, so we were looking for a place to accommodate the family ringing in the new year together. Richard graciously hosted my family of 9 for the New Year weekend. The space of his home and backyard made it comfortable for the family to enjoy. “I totally enjoyed this one-room stay. The host was always responsive if I had a question. Off street parking was valuable. The room was clean and the two sink bathroom was very handy. I mezzi pubblici sono vicini ma assai costosi ( tragitto in bus 2,10 dollari a tratta,tragitto in Bart per raggiungere il centro da 3,75 a 5,00 dollari a tratta). Camere spaziose.
