“The flat is nice and spacious, located in a very convenient spot on Madeira for getting around the island by car. Aldina's son, João, was extremely kind to us and also recommended good restaurants. The only downside was that the flat was rather minimally equipped. Toiletries and toilet paper would be very useful on the arrival.”

“We logeerden op loopafstand van de Sé, mooi verblijf met zonnig terras. Alles was aanwezig, goede bed, uitgeruste keuken, garage. Minpuntjes: reservoir stuk, wc-bril los, bidet loopt uit, klink badkamer stuk, diepvries sloot net al te best. Maar alles bij elkaar fijn appartement!”

“L appartement est tres bien situé dans la ville. A proximité des zones commerçantes et des transport. Festivité sur la place face à l appartement Difficile de garer une voiture. Prevoir bus et taxi. Le rafraîchissement de l appartement est difficile. Bon sejour”

Une vue magnifique sur funchal, des hôtes fantastiques et que dire de la maison avec son bar et salle de billard qui nous ont fait passé de très bonnes soirées. Le gros plus : la piscine pour se rafraîchir ou faire tomber le mal de crâne du très bon rhum de pirate de l’île ! Merci pour tout, infiniment ! 🏝🤩🥰😎”

“Beau petit apparemment avec une belle vue et belle terrasse également, proche du centre de Funchal, il y a un parking donc c'est super! Petit cuisine assez fonctionnel Seul petit point négatif c'était pour ce garer dans le parking, la rue est très étroit et il faut faire attention a ne pas touché le mur et la cabine de douche est assez serré donc pas beaucoup beaucoup de place ”

The apartment is very spacious, immaculate and has everything you need. location is perfect, easy 15-20 mins walk into centre. located near bus route, easy to explore different parts of madeira. definitley recommend - don't hesitate to book!”

“Die Kommunikation mit dem Host war nicht so gut, da ich selbst nach den Check-in- und Check-out-Daten fragen musste und im Vorhinein keinerlei Informationen dazu bekommen habe. Das Check-in an sich war sehr einfach und hat gut funktioniert. Die Wohnung ist für ein paar Tage in Ordnung, aber nicht für einen längeren Zeitraum. Dafür ist die Lage wirklich sehr gut. Die Lüftung im Bad funktioniert nicht und es gibt leider kein Fenster im Bad, weshalb es in der gesamten Wohnung ein wenig nach Abfluss...

“O local que nos hospedamos é bastante agradável. Tranquilo e bem localizado para explorar a ilha. Local limpo e com boa estrutura. À comunicação com o Luis foi muito fácil e eficaz. A vista da área da piscina é realmente fantástica, infelizmente pensávamos que teríamos esta vista do local que alugamos, inclusive com uma varanda. Este ponto poderia ficar um pouco mais claro na descrição. De resto foi tudo muito bom.”

“Great property. Only two of us on this trip, the house has 4 bedrooms and sleeps up to 8. But we like our space. Property is impressive. With lots of polished wooden floors and staircase. View is fantastic looking down onto Funchal and the ocean beyond. Access into the gates with a car is tight especially when driving out. Also some roads are steep and narrow. So I’d recommend a smallish hire car. We hadn’t! Managed ok by doing a 7 point turn to reverse in. Then was easy exiting next day. All...

“Items in the bathroom needed repair, there was a lack of utensils and general information on the use of the electrical setup. Worse of all the Property Manager insinuated that we may have broken the towel rack instead of us finding it that way. THIS EVEN AFTER I GAVE HIM SUGGESTIONS ON HOW TO MAKE THE PLACE MORE PRESENTABLE AND CONVENIENT FOR CLIENTS....”

“Dies war das zweite Mal, dass ich mit meiner Tochter in diesem Ferienhaus Urlaub mache und ich kann nur meine letzte Bewertung wiederholen: Eine sehr schöne, helle und moderne Einrichtung, alles sauber und ordendlich und eine ideale Lage! Die Busstation ist dierekt vor der Tür und in 5 Minuten ist man im Zentrum Funchals. die Sicht auf die Stadt ist äußerst schön, jedoch können die Straßengeräusche etwas stören, wenn das Fenster nachts offen ist. Echt weiterzuempfelen!”
