al massimo ė un 3 stelle
Prenotate due camere (3 notti) per fine aprile con quasi due mesi di anticipo chiedendole possibilmente vicine e piano alto. Una era tipologia vista mare frontale e l altra vista mare laterale. Ci siamo trovati ai lati opposti hotel una c. vista hotel di fianco con rumorosi lavori in corso, l altra (quella vista mare frontale) al piano terra,ultima a lato hotel, vista giochi bimbi e passaggio pubblico accesso alla spiaggia con annessa guardia per la sicurezza (vista mare per ottimisti). Non ci sono state cambiate e solo il giorno dopo, insistendo, siamo riusciti a cambiare quella vista laterale (lavori in corso rumorosi) in una piano terra lato interno piscina. Riporto per correttezza con lettera scuse della direzione e cesto frutta. Dell hotel salvo solo la ristorazione varia, a buffet, di discreta qualità. Inoltre la cassetta di sicurezza e wifi in camera sono servizi extra. Venivamo da altro hotel pari categoria zona aya napa e la differenza la abbiamo notata tutta.

Quattro stelle???
L'hotel non merita assolutamente le quattro stelle, nemmeno per gli standard di Cipro. Trovare due lettini in spiaggia era un'impresa visto che erano pochissimi e c'era gente che si presentava alle 6 del mattino per prendere posto. In alternativa c'erano diversi posti attorno alle piscine ma sempre molto stipati. Anche le stesse erano spesso sovraffollate e la temperatura dell'acqua era orribile, sembrava di entrare in un brodo caldo. Ospiti dell'albergo talvolta molto rumorosi anche la notte e le vecchie porte delle camere non garantivano di certo una buona insonorizzazione. Note positive: l'abbondante colazione a buffet, la posizione e comunque la disponibilità e gentilezza del personale.

The staff at the Louis Ledra are wonderful. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect- starting from the booking process. They were extremely helpful and also reassured me about Gluten-free menu choices during our stay. The hotel upholds high standards in everything they do and the staff are welcoming and approachable.

Louis Ledra Beach Hotel is fabulous.
We booked a 7 night all-inclusive holiday for a family of four. The hotel is situated near the beach. It has two outdoor pools with recliners and umbrellas. They also have recliners and umbrellas on the beach. There is also an indoor heated swimming pool. We arrived at the hotel after 10 p.m., so we missed dinner, but the hotel staff kindly provided us with a selection of sandwiches, cakes and drinks. The staff are fantastic, they are so accommodating. From the staff on reception to the cleaners, everyone tends to go above and beyond to make your holiday an enjoyable experience. I have no complaints at all, just pure appreciation for the service that they provided. The food and drinks are great with plenty of choices. Our return flight was scheduled for 10:15 p.m., and we had to checkout by 12 p.m. but the staff kindly allowed us to stay on the premises until 6:30 p.m., with full access to the facilities and restaurants. They even arranged a temporary room for us to get showered and changed before we departed. I simply can't thank them enough. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paphos.

Highly recommend hotel The location is good The staff are very nice and friendly. Everything was perfect! We had late flying back so the gave us a room for 2 hours for a rest and shower Thank you 😊

We had a family room, we are a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teenagers). The family rooms were too small for 4 people. Airco made a lit of noice and could not keep the room cool. The hotel building was old and a bit outdated (old carpet in hallways and no airco). Price wise it was expensive for the small room. Breakfast was fine.

Brilliant memorable stay
We stayed here in July. Absolutely loved staying at this hotel. We were so happy with our room and the level of service from the staff. The hotel has a certain charm, the facilities are great and the food is fantastic. It’s very family friendly. It was my husbands birthday one of the days during our stay and they surprised us by decorating the room and spoiled us even more with champagne and cake. We loved it, my husband felt so spoiled and looked after. Couldn’t thank them enough.

I spent 3 nights here in May and could not be more pleased. It's around a 15 minute drive to/from the Paphos airport, and the front desk staff arranged for us to get a very early (4am) taxi to the airport the morning of our flight out (this taxi cost $30 Euros). I reviewed many hotel options in the area prior to booking and ultimately chose this one based on the affordable price and all inclusive food and drinks coming with it. Being an American, I've done all inclusive before in Mexican resorts and have to say this was better - The drinks are very quick and tasy. They'll serve beer in large mugs and wine or mixed drinks. There is only one restaurant area, but it is served buffet style and always had a huge variety of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Beach was amazing. The pools were a little chilly in mid-May but still swimmable. Hotel's music next door was a bit noisy, but I wouldn't blame that on the Louis Ledra Beach. Other guests were primarily British and many of them elderly.

The location is great. Room had a great view but was dated. Plugs were not easily accessible near the floor. The bathroom needed improvement. The glass shower door was not secure so if you leaned on it you would fall. As well the grab bar was too low and there could have been another one on the side wall. Food was repetitive and fair. It was a good price however if you wanted a high end hotel this is not the one. If you don’t mind some of these issues it is a good location and staff are friendly.

Such friendly people at this hotel, we felt they couldn’t do enough for us. My son has some food allergies and they went out of their way to accommodate him. The property is clean, well equipped and large enough for even the busiest of times.

Mukava hotelli, jossa ystävällinen palvelu joka tilanteessa. Siisti yleisvaikutelma sekä yhteisistä tiloista että huoneesta. Allasalue oli loistava... Altaan vesi sopivan lämpöistä ja meikin ihan vieressä. Aurinkotuolit mukavat ja niitä oli riittävästi. Olisi voinut olla vielä hiukan lähempänä satamaa, mutta kävelyetäisyydellä kyllä sieltäkin. Ja busseja kulki päiväsaikaan myös usein satamaan yms. Aamiainen oli loistava.

Rooms are very old and dirty. Beds are old one and not comfortable. To noisy around the Hotel. Food nothing special. Kids club should be open for our stay, but it wasn't.

Great Hotel! Friendly service, clean and comfortable. I went all inclusive, worth every penny. Shout out to the canteen and food in general, the highest quality food, delicious tasty, fresh and always there. Well organised. Another shout out for the swimming pool with the access to the beach! coming back again!!!
Absolutely fantastic team of staff, lovely happy environment and the entertainment was fun for all the family, although would have liked the kids disco to be more than 15 minutes. The food is the best I have seen and tasted in Paphos hotel, and the selection was wonderful!

Beste all inclusive hotell jeg noen sinne har vært på. Maten var både variert og smakfull og mye bedre enn forventet. Selv lokal drikke holder god kvalitet og begrensninger må du som gjest selv være ansvarlig for. Service og renhold var fantastisk selv om noen deler av hotellet nok må renoveres om litt tid. Kommer garantert til å reise tilbake.

The meals were terrible only warm never hot. Staff looked as though they didn’t want be there . No greeting or smile . Food looked as though it had been sat there for hours could have bounced the eggs of the wall , you would think soup would have been but no Luke warm . Outside pool areas dirty and sun bed covers so thin and stained . Toilet by the shop was dirty . Not worth the money never. 4 * maybe 2

Abgenutztes Zimmer, keinesfalls gar mit Landeskategorie 4*! Der Strand wird als Sandstrand beworben aber es waren fast nur Steine. Ohne Badeschuhe nicht benutzbar. Das Essen kann ich sehr stark kritisieren. Vor mir hat Dame aus dem Personal mit blossen Händen die Kartoffel am Buffet umgerührt und sich dann die Haare hergerichtet. Die warme Nachspeisen waren immer nur Lauwarm bis kalt. Butter musste man auf Anfrage kalt bekommen. Das Hotel wirbt mit kostenlosen Flughafentransfer. Auf Anfrage gab es aber die Antwort „bieten wir gar nicht an“. Bushaltestelle dennoch quasi vor der Tür und ein Supermarket genau gegenüber. Das Personal war sehr nett bis auf einpaar Ausnahmen. Insbesondere sind im Restaurant zwei Kellner (eine weiblich) super freundlich aufgefallen. Leider kann man im Hauptrestaurant nur drinnen sitzen. Super schade. Liegen am Strand ausrechend vorhanden. Bei dem Strand wollte eh kaum jemand dort liegen. Eine Woche lang hat die Putzfrau die Tasse, die ich als Aschenbecher benutzt habe ausgeleert aber ist nicht auf die Idee gekommen einen Aschenbecher hinzustellen. Auf anderen Balkone hat man aber welche gesehen. Allgemein war die Buchung eine Fehlentscheidung.
