Terrible- Is when you have to be asked several times to wear a mask when in guest areas and sneezing. Not Rude- Just firm to safeguard other guests and our staff. Our "Garden of Eaten/Food Forest" has plentiful ripening fruit including starfruit, jak fruit,,wampi fruit & avocadoes. Well worth exploring the 60+ trees on our self guided Orchard Walk.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry if you felt disaapointed about the size of your Orchard Room. We do of course have much larger Bungalows available that may have better suited your needs. When developing the Ecolodge we wanted to make sure we had a variety of accommodation types to suyit every budget. The Orchard room being that the lower end of pricing. We would of course love to install an EV charging station but at a cost of over $10,000.00 it is just not viable at this time. Something for the future.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry about the "Heat pump". The use of the hand held device to turn on the heater can be a bit confusing and in your case ( as explained) it was a simple case of ensuring it was on the correct setting.
