21st floor was fantastic just a pity there was 27 klm wind and up that high sounded like you are in a jet aircraft difficult to sleep other wise perfect

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The Pools and Spa were great and we used the BBQ area. A couple of blocks from the tram. Bus Stop is close by. Just back from the beach. The only negative is our room only Fans in the Bedrooms and During the hot months, the Airconditioning Does not reach.

Everything but the carkpark was great. Very comfy stay, good facilities, good location. Didnt like that I needed to remove roof racks just to access the carpark.

Average. Apartment is massive sized but outdated. Random color and style blankets in the wardrobe that don’t feel clean. Not enough toilet paper rolls for 6 nights stay for 4 people and gave a fuss sparing us an extra roll of toilet paper. Lots of cleaning requests for guests including tidying up all dishes and emptying rubbish bins. Didn’t feel like it’s a holiday.

The view was spectacular, you get city view and beach view. The apartment sizes are huge, plenty of space. I found the main bed was quite firm and uncomfortable to sleep on, thats my opinion though. The two single beds were much more comfortable. They also have a indoor and outdoor pool. Short walk to the beach. Would definitely go back.

The aartment managers were quick to debit for a security deposit but are yet to refund it. The was remnants of snack food on the living area floor that had not been cleaned up.

Enjoyed the stay at Biarritz
We stayed in a superior 3 bedroom apartment on the 18th floor. The apartment was well featured and quite spacious, with lovely views of the beach / ocean and our over the lawn bowls and soccer fields. The kitchen was well appointed with adequate utensils, crockery, and cutlery. Hotel facilities include a tennis court, indoor and outdoor pools, table tennis, pool table, and communal BBQ area. Front desk staff were friendly friendly and helpful.

Apartment was clean and spacious. It was located halfway between surfers paradise and broad beach, and was walking distance to both. Very happy.

Location is perfect for what we were after. Spacious clean apartments, comfy beds and furniture. I was a bit disappointed that the outdoor furniture and patio hadnt been cleaned and felt really dirty. The carpark was too low for my 4wd so i had to park on the street on the second night, across the road anď up a little side street. It made me uncomfortable and a bit concerned about leaving my car so far away. The ladies on the desk were lovely!

Ideal location for a beach holiday.
Very handy for the beach, twenty minutes walk to Surfers Paradise or Broadbeach. The facilities - swimming pool, sauna and spa were really good; the apartment was spacious and modern, and had a balcony with super sea views.

The ocean view was blocked by big building. The curtains were too light that the sun shined through and couldn’t watch TV. Accommodation for 6 but lacked of chairs for guests and outdoor chairs.

Spacious and well-situated
The service at reception was friendly and informative. The apartment we stayed in was clean and spacious. There were a few safety hazards for our two year old and it was dark in the ensuite shower, but otherwise a good base for a family holiday.

Perfect family stay
We had a two bedroom room and the living areas are super spacious. The bedrooms were a little small however we didn’t spend much time in there especially with the closeness to the beach and the facilities. The indoor spa and pool were perfect and just what we needed. The rooms were a little dated but couldn’t complain.

Air conditioning was terrible. Nowhere near enough for the unit. Position is great. Handy to the beach and tram. For the price we paid we expected a little more. We paid for a supreme room and were on the first floor with no view at all.

Good facilities, not so friendly staff.
Playground, pool, tennis courts and mini-golf - good facilities. Comfortable but wouldn't stay here for more than a couple days. Booked a cabin months in advance. Check-in experience wasn't so welcoming - staff almost annoyed that we got a good rate (as if we cheated them).

Great family spot
An absolute cracker of a location and a brilliant apartment for a christmas vacation with the family. The rooms, bathroom and kitchen were all absolutely superb as was the view and the pools. If there is one area that Biarritz could improve on is the beds weren't that comfy. The air conditioner in one room had a strange noise which kept us awake. (The other two were fine) There were no saff on over the break to talk about this. Though all in all this was a brilliant place.. We will be back!

Very old apartment and terrible amenities
Small parking space, terrible WiFi coverage and speed. Very old style apartment and dirty. Just trying to get a packet of sugar to make coffee they not even want to provide, even I'm staying 3 nights they just provide 1 night amenities (shampoo, drink packet, etc) What a stingy service apartment. Not valuable and bad experience.

The apartment is superb. nice and cozy apartment. suitable for family. close to beach (only 5 minute walk). abit pricey but worth the money. the kitchen is fully equipped. the space is spectacular. I definitely will book the same apartment if i ever go to gold coast again.

Close to beach but very dated
Spacious apartment. Comfortable beds. Great balcony with views of the beach. Full kitchen Wasn't told it was a self serviced apartment. Nothing mentioning it during booking and nothing at checkin either. When asking for more toilet paper on our last night it was then brough to our attention Very dated decor. Kitchen light didn't work. One of the bedroom doors was hanging off the rails. Apartment and pool area very dated. Walls worn down. Not very clean. Dead bugs under couch. Dishes were filthy (scrub them before you use them) Indoor pool was stated as heated but was as cold as the outdoor one

Return visit
We have stayed at this accommodation many years ago. The location and views of the sea are great. Thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the balcony and walking across the road to the beach. Handy to public transport. The space in a three bedroom apartment was good for five adults however the apartment was very tired and shabby. The oven elements provided limited function. Utensils were sparse. The bathroom was aged with the shower door off the railings. This could be a great place to stay but needs a face lift.

Great location but in need of upgrading.
It was close to the beach which was great however the kitchen & bathroom were very outdated which was disappointing as the photos were nothing like the actual room. The beds were comfy & furniture was nice but the aircon didn't really work that well & is in need of maintenance or to be replaced. The indoor & outdoor pool was nice but the gym was very hot as the aircon in there didn't work either.
