The property is a nice mix of tourist and rental. The pool is awsome and hot tub hot.. Easy place to stay at within easy walk to the beach and downtiwn surfers.

the environment is good but the decro inside the room is not much similar to the picture they posted online. The rate is quite high.

This was a well located property for the price. Ten minutes walk to restaurants and heart of Surfer’s. Good for a small family. Pool and spa were great. Apartment itself was adequate. Carpet a bit rough, part of the dishwasher broken… but overall, a great place to stay. Not fancy but would definitely consider staying at this location again.

The apartment complex was located an easy walk to Surfers Paradie and provided all the facilities to meet our needs (cooking, very good balcony with table and chairs, washing machine and outdoor Clothes Line). The office staff were very professional, helpfull and were able to provide the answers to all of our questions. One area for improvement is that it would have been useful to have a 'Welcome to Apartments Guide' which should include (1) how to operate the main TV and its assorted channels (I was unable to access any of the Free View TV Channles from this TV) and (2) how to contact the recieption outside of working hours - the sheet of paper provided on check in referred to the phone in the apartment - there was no such phone provided.

This property had everything we required for a weekend away. Close to transport, shopping, dining & entertainment. Trilogy Apartments were very clean & amenities were well maintained.

We have stayed at Trilogy 3 times now. We love the apartments, love the easy walk & love that it isn't right in the centre of the busy Surfers Paradise strip. Close to tram also.

The check in was smooth. But the room is not clean. Toilet has poo stain. The kitchen drain is super smelly.

Good value for money
Location was good. Sunday check in was painful, no staff from 1pm and took about 20 minutes for them to answer after hours phone number. Room was good for the money 2 bedrooms with big balcony. Bathroom was a bit below average with no toilet paper and mould on shower. Overall was a good place and probably come back one day.

Fantastic location, easy check in and great friendly service. We had the double story penthouse which was very spacious and well set out. Fantastic for a family, maybe even two! My only faults would be that it would have been lovely to have a TV in the master suite (I think there is usually one there but was removed for some reason) and that there were no hand weights or mirrors in the gym. Otherwise a fantastic place to stay :)

Great apartment located aside from the hustle and bustle of the Gold Coast yet very close to surfers paradise beach and the night life of Cavill Avenue. Apartment was very clean with all the amenities included. Very quiet location with secure parking. This is my second time stay here and will book again next time. Thank you Trilogy.

Katie the receptionist was so friendly and called me the day I was checking in to welcome me and find out the time of arrival. The property was clean and smelled nice. The place was specious. Very happy from the place.

Central and clean Surfers hotel
This room was booked for a birthday celebration for 6 friends. The location was central check in easy and the room was spotlessly clean and roomy. The hotel staff were great and really polite.
