Hotel all inclusive a Grace Bay

“Per chi cerca tranquilla e confort questo è il posto giusto. Secondo me la migliore struttura dell'isola per posizione, spiaggia e assistenza del personale, che in ogni momento cerca di soddisfare le tue necessità e ti coccola in tutti i modi. L'unica pecca è il ristorante che offre una scelta troppo limitata e piatti troppo ricercati, se ci fosse una cucina più ampia per palati meno esigenti tutto sarebbe perfetto. L'isola offre comunque ottime scelte di ristoranti è bello anche poter variare...

“Great location right on the reef. Definitely a bonus if you like snorkeling but bring reef shoes and reef friendly sunscreen. Staff members are very friendly! The free continental breakfast was worth skipping at "JoJo's" but "Dune" provides a fabulous ambiance for dining right next to the beach. We didn't venture out from the hotel grounds because we found the hotel's location perfect for what we wanted: 1 night accommodation with easy access to snorkeling on-site. Would definitely stay here...

“I am extremely disappointed with this structure. It is probably run by local staff. The manager at the reception; she is a rude musona who arrogantly handles incoming customers. We had a month's vacation we could extend our vacation days; but we ran away. The staff doesn't say hello, it seems like everything they do; it seems an incredible effort.... spend a lot to have nothing and have no service.. at least education... “All inclusive resort on beautiful Grace Bay Beach. My friends and I stayed in a large 2 bedroom villa overlooking the ocean. We had a large balcony with a gorgeous view. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Some of the units are being updated so I would recommend you request a unit that has been renovated. Upon check in you receive a schedule of the restaurants. It takes a day to figure things out. The buffet was plentiful breakfast was excellent . Dinner was a 4/5. The reservation process...
