“It was a great relaxing trip. I would change a couple of things....I would come on a Friday and Sat. because everything is closed on Sunday. Also, I would suggest for staff to walk through the lounge areas around 10:30 or so....It was VERY loud at 11pm with slamming doors and noise. It would be nice if there was a cut off time in the areas by the rooms. ”

“Stayed local last minute due to our hot water heater giving out. Besides a few hiccups in the beginning, it was really a much needed respite. The staff and the hotel are very much appreciated. The staff are friendly, and that's a welcome change from the other local hotels. The stay was entirely different, in a welcome kind of way. We had a very nice stay. Thanks.”

“The cover panel for the air conditioning until fell off and when I told the front desk worker he looked at me and said “so”. I was then told that there was no maintenance worker in staff which seemed very odd for a weekend which I would assume is the hotels busiest time. The toilet seat was also loose and got worse during our stay. ”

“This is a great hotel for people on a budget. It’s an older facility but some updates have taken place. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was basic, with a small fridge for yogurt, prepackaged muffins, bagels, pop tarts, oatmeal and granola bars, as well as a waffle maker and crockpot of potatoes. I had made two separate reservations and asked if I could keep the same room and they quickly accommodated my request. I would stay here again if I was in the Elkhart area. ”
