Camere molto belle, così come il resort nell'insieme: davvero grazioso, ottimamente mantenuto, con abbondante scelta di postazioni per prendere il sole tra piscine e spiaggia. Il ristorante, molto ampio, gode di balcone e terrazza panoramica che offre una vista davvero notevole. Cibo vario e buono. La zona hall è davvero molto bella.

bellissima vacanza
Hotel ma anche villaggio con accesso diretto alla spiaggia e servizi di ottimo livello con bar, ristoranti e piscine doccie spogliatoi. Colazione variegata e ricca con prodotti di qualità. Consigliatissimo!!

L'hotel dichiara 5 stelle, ma i servizi e i comfort offerti sono al massimo di un 3 stelle. Per avere un succo d'arancia a colazione è necessario pagare un sovrapprezzo! L'unica cosa veramente bella è la spiaggia.

bellissimo albergo sul mare
L'albergo e' molto confortevole, ricco di divertimenti e di strutture di tutti i tipi, spiaggia privata, mangiare eccellente. Il personale e' sempre gentile e disponibile e parla inglese in maniera molto soddisfacente. Ideale per famiglie con bambini ma ottimo anche per coppie di adulti.

Alberg molto bello
Albergo in generale molto bello, purtroppo la camera standard mi sembra un po piccola per un 5 stelle, specialmente il bagno. Vista e posizione invece sono piacevoli. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Il cibo è buono anche se per chi ha la pensione completa forse il fatto che sia tutto a buffe diventa ripetitivo e stressante.

Complesso ben organizzato affacciato sul mare
Bella camera sul mare a quattro passi dalla spiaggia privata. Personale cordiale e disponibile. Organizzazione inappuntabile. Ci ha sorpreso unicamente il frigobar desolatamente vuoto e la fornitura del bagno costituita solo da due flaconi di shampoo. Per quanto il giudizio sia molto positivo, anche in considerazione del rapporto qualità/prezzo, non possono essere attribuite più di quattro stelle.

Although we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we would have liked the entertainment at the hotel to be more varied as it seemed to be geared towards children. The food at the hotel restaurants was not completely to our liking, but fortunately, there were many restaurants outside the property that were of a very good standard.

the hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. the selection at the buffet for dinner was simple but good. they made a mistake with our reservation and so we didn‘t have a room the first night but they organized one in another hotel near by. they offered us dinner everyday for free as an excuse for that.

Tolle Hotelanlage die sehr sauber gehalten wird. Top Lage direkt am Strand. Gutes Auswahl beim Essen, obwohl diese nach paar Tagen schon bisschen langweilig wird. Ein grosses Minus ist das die Liegen am Pool und am Strand schon sehr früh mit Badetüchern besetzt werden obwohl bis 11:00 niemand vor Ort ist, ist sehr ärgerlich. Vor allem sind es die gleichen Touristen aus Deutschland die die Liegen besetzen aber den halben Tag nicht nutzen.

Absolut tolle und weite Anlage. Super freundliches Personal und alles recht zügig Die Anlage kommt Anlage kommt langsam in die Jahre und die Matratze in unserem Zimmer war etwas durchgelesen und auf einer Seite (wo man sitzt) zu weich.. Preise für Getränke etc recht überhöht. Strand auch super. Swimmingpools super.. Zuwenig Parkplätze und das Frühstück Buffet höchstens 4 Sterne... Weit weg von echten 5 Sternen...

Property is absolutely lovely! Very clean and well maintained. We upgraded our room so that we had a view of the beach and pool and were close by. Room was very big and clean. Staff were wonderful, helpful and friendly. We would absolutely stay here again. Easy walk into Stalia and close to Malia (you could also walk this).

The staff were AMAZING. Very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent: more options and better food than we ever expected. The grounds were beautiful, and pools were fabulous. Loved the beach and that we could walk to shops and restaurants. A in every way.

The property is beautiful - and large!! The staff is extremely friendly. It’s a very well-maintained property. You can play pool, ping-pong and tennis and the spa is wonderful too. The breakfast buffet is expansive as well. We ate once at the restaurant and it wasn’t bad, not the best we’ve had, but good.

A beautiful hotel but..
There is a lot to like about this hotel. First, the people are super friendly and service minded. The premises are gorgeous with well kept gardens, great pools and beautiful views to the sea. That being said, the hotel is more a 4+ star hotel rather than a true 5 star hotel. We were lucky to be upgraded from a classic sea view room to a superior sea view room. Sea views are extraordinary gorgeous and totally worth the extra money. The negative parts are the terrible beds, they are way too soft and give no support to the back. One of the worst beds I ever slept in. Second, the breakfast is extensive but not practical with the COVID measures, where one has to point out in a queue what one wants at every station. It’s not 5 star worthy. There are other COVID-prove measures possible. Another thing is that the hotel is germanized. Meaning most employees address you in German which got on my nerves.

It is a pity that your experience with F&B part did not meet your expectation. Kindly note that due to the Covid19 measures we were obliged to follow the Greek Government guidelines that sometimes caused longer waiting time for guests, the serving staff to have as less contact with guests, the food to be served individually to all guests and many other measures that were implemented only to assure that guests’ safety. Rest assured that we have taken into serious consideration all your comments. Our guest's feedback is always valuable and helps us to improve our services. We are happy that this year, 2021, the measures are less strict, and the guests can serve themselves the food using gloves. Hopefully soon we all will get back to “normality”. Kindly note that you just need to inform the reception desk, so we could place more harder upper mattress in your room or to change the whole mattress. Отель расположен относительно недалеко от аэропорта Ираклион ~ 25 минут на такси (~45 EUR) Брал самый обычный номер Classic Room, Garden View, по факту вид на стену соседнего здания, частичный вид на море и бассейн с балкона. Заселение быстрое сразу по прибытию в течении 5 минут, в номере ждал комплимент от отеля в виде бутылки вина и тарелки фруктов. Просил одну двуспальную кровать, получил две сдвинутых односпальных, но это уже мелочи. Хотя отзывы по интернету негативные, но с интернетом проблем в отеле нету, хотя я жил рядом с основным зданием рядом с тенисным кортом. Интернет хорошо работает в номер, на пляже, на территории отеля и даже в магазине через дорогу от отеля. По питанию брал полупансион, еда на мой вкус разнообразная, за завтраком и ужином всегда найдете что выбрать, единственное, что не хватало, это обычного классического зернового кофе на завтрак, кофе приносят в чем-то вроде термоса, но оно скажем так далеко от идеала. По поводу пляжа, вся береговая линия песчаная, а вот песчаный вход только ближе к центру, рядом с прокатом водных скутеров. Лежаков на пляже предостаточно, пляж каждый день с утра убирают. Огромный минут в том, что отдыхающие курят на пляже, а часть ленивых курильщиков закапывает окурки в песок. Рядом с отелем целая куча прокатных компаний и различного рода кафешек. Самой вкусной оказалось Sergiani Garden. Очень удобный магазин практически напротив отеля, продают свежевыжатые соки. По вечерам тематические вечера, но в номере их не слышно.

Looks big, but feels super personal
Just loved it! I wasn’t sure when I booked. I thought it might be too big for this boutique hotel lover, but The Alexander did not disappoint. Warm and friendly staff, lovely ocean/beach and gardens in picturesque groupings of small clusters of rooms which are all easily accessible to the central hotel and dining areas. Half board featured a staggering array of buffet options at breakfast and dinner including fresh fruits and vegetables and Greek dishes as well as other supporting ethnic dishes. While there might have been an item or two that I didn’t care for, I loved there was so much that was new to me that I was able to try! And I really admire any buffet than can deliver so successfully on the taste and texture of freshly cooked fish! In all a very lovely experience that I hope singles, couples and families will enjoy as I did.

Positives: saubere, sichere gepflegte Gegend, viele Liegen, freundliches Personal (nur Mini Club, Zimmermädchen, Beach bar, Taverne) dreisprachiges Personal. Ausbaubar: 1. Buffet: verwendete Rohware sicher von guter Qualität / Hygiene ok (keine Probleme danach); Zubereitung der Speisen ist meiner Meinung nach leidenschaftslos; Lust auf Essen kommt nachhaltig sicherlich nicht hoch. Meeresfrüchte gab‘s nur an wenigen Tagen. Essen wiederholt sich wöchentlich. In der Taverne ist das Mittagessen hingegen gut. 2. Service Personal Hauptgebäude Morgenessen draussen zwischen 07:00-09:30 zuvorkommend. Nach 09:30 i.d.R stressig drauf; da zuwenig. 3. Eher 3-4 Stern mit 5 Stern DL. Allgemein: Mini Disco dauert nur 20 Minuten, da wenig Kinder (auch in Hochsaison < 20 Kinder). Das Animationsteam macht auch die Abendunterhaltung und ist sehr engagiert und kinderfreundlich. Mini Club war stets besetzt, jedoch wenig Kinder (3-4). Meer ist warm; ausser es regnet. Zu 50% unserer Reisezeit hing leider die rote Flagge (hohe Wellen). Strandabschnitt links vom Hotel gesehen ist flachabfallend, wenig Fels im Wasser; rechts felsig. ATM überall. Autovorleih vor der Hotel-Einfahrt ist preiswerter als die grossen Anbieter. Sehr viele Essensmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung ums Hotel. Kleiner Supermarkt mit Baby & Kleinkind Notwendigkeiten nah. Kellner hat immer Vortritt. Taxi D/E: onetimetaxi.gr
