Una promessa non mantenuta
La promessa era di soggiornare in un hotel a 5 stelle, ma non ė stata mantenuta. La struttura è bella, come molte altre a Oia, il personale molto gentile, ma pulizia e confort lasciano a desiderare. Eravamo nella camera Priamos, in compagnia di una mega ragnatela sulla finestra del bagno, la vasca esterna con idromassaggio era sporca, il materassino sul lettino nel balcone rotto e il tavolo esterno con ruggine. Il ristorante è pretenzioso, ha prezzi ingiustificati. Ho acquistato un soggiorno di 3 notti, ma per la terza ci hanno proposto di trasferirci al Katikies, non si è trattato certo di un upgrade, non si sono preoccupati di chiederci come ci trovavamo, ma alla fine ci è andata meglio. Non ci tornerei.

Very nice hotel.. nice location, great view. If I had to complain about something, it would only be about the restaurant where we had lunch. Way too expensive and too little choice.

The hotel rooms are divine, and whilst our shower didn’t work at first, and then only cold water for another day, it was mended quickly! The staff are very friendly, service a little slow, but the staff are so kind that slow is ok! The views are breathtaking and right outside the door is everything that Oia is famous for! Be warned, if steps aren’t for you, then stay in another of the groups hotels, but I think you get used to the steps!

The overall stay was exceptional. From the welcoming of your stay till the end. They truly go beyond to make your stay memorable. The breakfast was amazing, hotel location is right in the center (although we did go in low season) and view was out of this world and the staff were very friendly. I truly recommend this hotel.

The Location is amazing! Easily walkable to everything and the staff were so attentive. Loved our stay! Definitely made our first trip to Santorini memorable. However, the heated pools are not actually heated and are pretty cold so best to use during the day and not at the end of the night. We wish they would have been upfront with that detail.

The Guest staff was amazing, helping us with anything we needed from recommendations to actual bookings. Everyone on sites from the restaurants to pools could not have been more accommodating.

Andronis Boutique Hotel has amazing views, spacious and tasteful rooms, two gorgeous pools, and impeccable service. The staff was attentive and helpful, made reservations for us at wonderful local restaurants, and handled everything for us. Expensive but very much worth it. Look forward to staying there again and happy we picked this hotel for our trip.

Our stay at Andronis was nothing short of Amazing. The property is absolutely stunning and the employees are amazing and very accommodating. If you are planning a trip to Santorini Andronis is the way to go, you wont regret it. I had the pleasure to visit some of their other properties and the experience was the same AMAZING.

The hotel and staff were amazing! When we booked, I was debating between this location and the other Andronis locations. I highly recommend this hotel. There was no bad view in the entire hotel (from reception, breakfast area, pool, or bar). The location was ideal, within walking distance of the infamous blue domes, Amoudi Bay, tons of restaurants and cute shops and easy access to the bus stop if you want to go to Fira by bus. (I live in Los Angeles and never take public transportation but the bus in Santorini is a motor coach). If you don't want to the take the bus, the front desk arranged our transportation. Our suite was clean, very spacious, and the views from our private patio spectacular. The service was as amazing as the views. Mr. Andreas, Mr. Kostas, Ms. Chloe and everyone at the hotel went above and beyond to help make our vacation magical. We usually love to try new places when we travel but we had such a great time in Oia, we'll definitely return to the Andronis Boutique Hotel.

From the very beginning we felt comfortable. We received a friendly and kind reception. They showed us the property and where everything was located. Once we finished up with the paperwork, they showed us to our suite. A very nice room with a beautiful view. Our room had a pool with a jacuzzi...the water was warm as well, making for a perfect spot to rest after a long day of walking the island. Breakfast was very tasty. You can serve yourself (buffet style) lots of different fruits, yogurt, sweet bread, cereals, deli meats, and other delicious options. Then you get to choose from a menu what it is you would like for your main dish. We had dinner at Lauda too. What an experience it was!! I highly recommend this restaurant. The caviar appetizer was incredible, we've never had anything like that. We cant say enough about the staff...they helped us with everything from recommendations on where to visit, transportation, restaurants....they went above and beyond. Costas and Chloe were always there ready to help us out along with the rest of the staff too. Thanks for an unforgettable experience Andronis!

Perfect Honeymoon Stay
Excellent stay in Oia! This hotel is a wonderful experience with phenomenal staff. The private pools are heated, so it feels comfortable to take a dip, even in the off season. The breakfast is really delicious and the staff helped make our honeymoon extra special.

Beautiful stay
This is a really beautiful option for Oia with amazing views. Breakfast is delicious and the best one I've ever had at a hotel. The staff is very nice and helpful (but don't bother asking for recommendations because they will only give you Andronis options). They try to cater the experience to you and are thoughtful.

This was one of the most incredible hotels I've ever had the pleasure of experiencing. The facilities are incredible (the rooms, the view, the location - all outstanding), but the best part by far was the staff. Every employee went out of their way to make sure our stay was exceptional. They arranged transportation, dinner reservations, recommendations, etc all with thoughtful touches. I couldn't have enjoyed my time at this wonderful hotel more. Thank you for everything.

One of finest hotels in the world
One of the finest hotels where I have had the pleasure of being a guest. Impeccable service, wonderful onsite fine dining at Lauda, and the location is simply the best on Santorini. I would score Andronis just below The Ritz Paris for no other reason than the Ritz is the finest hotel in the world.

Perfect Hotel!
This hotel was unbelievable!! The staff was out of this world and so very helpful from the second we arrived until the second we left. Every single person we encountered seemed genuinely interested in wanting to help us however they could. And the room was beautiful. Clean. Comfortable bed. Private hot tub was a huge bonus. We had a hard time leaving! Probably the best hotel we have ever stayed at... and we travel a lot!

If you have the opportunity to stay here, just do it. Everything exceeded expectations. Location is perfect and close to tons of shops & restaurants, while still maintaining privacy inside the resort. Grounds/views are beautiful. Food is great. Staff is beyond lovely - such great service and can't say enough about them... so helpful, communicative, engaging, funny,. We stayed in the Water Retreat suite, and it's ruined all hotel rooms for me moving forward because it was that good. Can't wait to return one day!!
