In deed there was a sudden storm, that caused the flood of 2 rooms and unfortunately one of these rooms was yours. We sincerely apologize for having to face something like that, but the storm was sudden and the rain was quite intense, that's why all this flood happened. Nevertheless, our staff intervened immediately, so they could drain the water, protect your personal belongings and restore your room into the initial condition. It surely took some time, but we strongly believe that we did our best, so you wouldn't affected that much.
