This is a lovely place, run by a very nice family who care about the property and are providing excellent service. The town is also lovely, with friendly people and a great atmosphere.

Nice place
We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is in a good location, has a good breakfast, and all the staff were very pleasant. The only thing that would have been approved was if we had a hot water in the shower. We tried showering in the morning and evening and it kept being cold.

While this works flawlessly, it seems that during your one night stay, there was an unexpected issue that led to the cold water you encountered however we were a call away from fixing it and make the water hot in a few minutes. It will be our pleasure to have you as guests another time in the future.

Great place to stay in Rethymno.
Beautiful place to stay in the old town of Rethymno. Newly renovated, spacious rooms which were very well appointed. Close and convenient to parking station and very close and walkable to all sights, the waterfront, restaurants and shopping. Kostantinos the manager, went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and relaxing stay. I would highly recommend this hotel

Well located historical hotel
Wonderful stay at this charming historical hotel with great staff. Our room was impressive and breakfast delicious. It is in the heart of the Old Town so in walking distance to bars, restaurants and mini markets.

The Casa Dei Delfini is a marvel of beauty in every detail. Thoughtful touches are found throughout, making a stay there luxurious and uniquely local to this charming and interesting old part of Rethimno. Once an olive oil factory, the two buildings have been lovingly renovated with the expert guidance of the owner's son, an architect. You will enjoy the seamless melding of the Venetian and Ottoman elements that, together, create a modern space with an abundance of light. I was very impressed by the warm welcome we received and the care shown to us. Highly recommended, and a priviledge to visit!

Nice room in a very good location, close to everything but not too noisy. The building and the rooms are very well done and exceptionally clean. The hotel staff were welcoming, helpful and always kind. Great stay, and I’d happily book here again.

Crete :)
The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. Parking is difficult if you have a car, but that is to be expected since the hotel is in the city center. I loved the architecture of the hotel, and would definitely stay again if I visit Crete again. Hospitality was also great.

Es un hotel precioso en la zona más bonita de Rethymno. Habitaciones muy bonitas y amplias, la nuestra tenía cocina y terraza. Decoración muy cuidada y limpieza excelente. Es muy tranquilo por las noches. Costas y su madre son encantadores y hacen que tu estancia sea aún mejor. El desayuno es también muy bueno y no faltan el yogur griego, el queso feta y dulces típicos de la zona cada mañana. Un 10.
