Very bad behaviour and completely rude against the staff. That's why nobody wanted to serve you. You thought that staff were slaves and not working people. You even fought with the taxi driver who drove you to the airport.Comportamento pessimo e completamente scortese nei confronti del personale. Ecco perché nessuno voleva servirti. Pensavi che il personale fosse schiavo e non lavoratori. Hai anche litigato con il tassista che ti ha accompagnato all'aeroporto.

Abbiamo ricevuto un update della stanza molto apprezzato! Stanza grande con balcone. Ottimo il doppio lavandino, doccia enorme! Unica pecca la poca insonorizzazione della stanza. Ottimo rispetto delle norme anti covid. Colazione con ampia scelta.

The property was really nice. In a nice and quiet area of the island. I do wish there were a few more dining options after 6pm other than making a reservation at the restaurant which you have to do the day before. Also the cleanliness was just ok, not terrible but not super thorough. Some of my towels and blankets had stains so I had to request new ones. I'm sure they'd been cleaned but it's just not comforting to see stains.

Dear Jenae,Thank you taking the time to write this review for Cavo Orient. After 6pm there are available 2 restaurant options at Cavo Orient. There is the Main restaurant above the reception which serves buffet dinner with 14 different hot plate options and the Bottega restaurant which offers set menu dinner and is available with reservation.Our bed linen are washed above 60degrees Celsius to make sure that they are cleaned and disinfected but we will look into your notice.Thank you

Customer service 0. Staff and manager did not attempt to help me with any problems. Food was awful. We got a private pool facing the ocean and it was blasting cold water nonstop making it impossible to even put your feet in the water. It was an ice plunge. The rooms had a weird smell and extremely wet and humid. We would come back to the room and lay on the bed and it would be wet:

Dear Guest,I am afraid that our staff cannot change the weather for you. You spent only 3 days at Cavo Orient and the weather happened to be bad with rain and strong wind. This is something that might happen in September in Europe.The room you stayed at is located just 20m from the Sea, so all the moisture from the Sea wind ended up into your room.The pools are not heated (we never claim this to be the case) and the weather didn't help you to enjoy it. Our staff or manager could only ask God to improve the weather in order to be according to your satisfaction.I regret to say that your review is not fair and is only based on your expectations without considering true facts beyond anyone's grasp.

Staff and hotel were great.. Expedia booking system is complete rubbish. It showed me a hotel on different island to flights, without any indication that we’d need to get a ferry. Our flights landed us at 10pm with our toddler and that meant we had to book a last minute hotel for the night, at midnight and then ferry at 7.30pm. Cost us a lot of money and made it a stressful start to our holiday

High standard
The staff were incredibly pleasant and we had a room with the panoramic sea view which was beautiful. The buffet breakfast was an incredible spread and one of the best I have seen. They were even able to convert some of my USD to EUR which was very handy. The room clean was to a high standard on a daily business and it was very easy to get around from this location by walking to local restaurants or by quad bike. My only slight issue was the wifi in our room hardly ever worked which needs to be improved as we could not stream or send emails due to this.

The hotel is very comfortable, well maintained and we enjoyed our stay a lot. Staff is quite kind. Breakfast (included in our case) was very good. However, dinner options we had were poor; mostly pizza and pasta; this is unacceptable, given the level of the hotel and the fact that it is located in a country with great and healthy food.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Shout out to the cleaning staff who put balloons in our room for our 1 year old daughter to play. She loved them. Super attentive of them.

Ein sehr sauberes und gut gelegenes Hotel. Das Deluxe Zimmer mit eigenem Pool war einfach atemberaubend. Die Deluxe Zimmer waren ca. 200m vom Hauptgebäude des Hotels entfernt, was aber kein Problem für uns war. Es fährt ein Shuttle, falls man nicht zu Fuß zum Hauptgebäude laufen möchte. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr vielfältig und mit immer wechselnden Gerichten. Sehr freundliches Personal und auch die Zimmerreinigung war hervorragend. Das Hotel ist nur zu empfehlen !

People were friendly and helpful. Bathroom smelled of raw sewage which could be smelled in the entire suite. Water leak in hallway potential slip hazard was present everyday. Private pool faced public area one meter away, it was not private. Difficult to get to room without access for luggage. Cost of stay was significantly overpriced for value.

The hotel is secluded from the busier resorts meaning it’s quiet and relaxing. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were amazing and having a private pool as well as a main pool and beach was a game changer. It’s a little spot of heaven

Terrible hotel and management - Stay away.
After 10 hours trip we arrived midnight and the hotel didnt have room service. No problem… We slept hungry and in the breakfast my wife wanted to take small plate of fruits to the room for our 18 months old baby. She asked permission from the staff and after 45 min waiting, she decided to come to room. On the way staff was screaming that you cant take the food to the room etc. She said that if you want charge the room or call the police because my baby is hungry. After all these argument i wanted to talk to manager and he was also so rude and telling me that hotel has the rules if you dont obey you must leave.. Then i explained him that they gave us wrong category of the room, dirty toilet, baby cot without mattress, and other mistakes and nobody was screaming in the middle of the lobby. Finally they accepted fully refund and we left the hotel 4 days earlier. Hotel has very strange management that has no idea what is the hospitality.. Unskilled staff, poor facilities and very rude manager combination creates the terrible experience. PS** Pictures looks like fake. Typical not even 4 stars hotel.

Typical blackmailers. Stay free or get a bad review. As they arrived late they pretended to have no working card. We asked them to leave the hotel as soon as possible. .

Very helpful staff, beautiful view, very friendly waiters and bartenders. Its really nice place to relax. Only thing is the location. There is restaurant and shop nearby, but if you want go to explore the town a bit more then you need to take taxi (which isn't cheapest). On the other hand, they can arrange for you some trips and bus is already included the very fair price. I really did enjoy stay in this place and definitely could recommend!
