Ho soggiornato in questa struttura a metà ottobre con mio marito e mio figlio. Siamo rimasti estremamente soddisfatti da tutto. Ottimo cibo ed in grandi quantità, personale cortese e disponibile, struttura recentemente ristrutturata e tenuta in modo impeccabile. Camera molto spaziosa ed insonorizzata. Posizione che ti consente comodamente di raggiungere qualsiasi posto. Nulla da dire, lo consigliamo assolutamente!

Come rovinare una vacanza!
Per quanto riguarda la struttura e la camera sono sicuramente eccellenti. Purtroppo durante il mio soggiorno il comportamento del personale della struttura ha rovinato la mia breve vacanza: durante una manovra nel parcheggio ho urtato uno scooter parcheggiato dietro la mia auto facendolo cadere. Avendo però constato, insieme al del personale presente, che non c'erano danni mi sono allontanato. Durante tutto il soggiorno e anche al check-out non mi è stato contestato nulla salvo scoprire alla consegna dell'auto noleggiata che ero stato denunciato per aver distrutto uno scooter nel parcheggio. Purtroppo per non perdere il volo di rientro a casa ho dovuto subire il ricatto di accettare ciò che mi veniva contestato. Credo che sia evidente la malafede e la voglia approfittare della situazione da parte di alcuni dipendenti e dell'hotel e della compagnia di autonoleggio.

Abbiamo ricevuto un ottima accoglienza. Upgrade gratuito della camera con una di livello superiore. Buoni omaggio da utilizzare nella struttura per provare alcuni sevizi quali SPA e ristorante alla carta. Spiaggia be tenuta ed attrezzata. Piscina di acqua salata e di dimensioni ottime per nuotare. Il buffet di buona qualità e abbastanza vario.

La struttura è molto graziosa, anche se sorge in una zona non molto caratteristica, oserei dire piuttosto industriale. I bungalow in muratura sono molto belli, non grandissimi, ma dotati di tutte le comodità. La piscina è dotata di un bar/ristorante, molto comodo se si vuole pranzare all'aperto rimanendo in costume da bagno. La spiaggia è carina, ma sarebbe stato più comodo avere un bar per la spiaggia, anche solo un piccolo chiosco per le bibite, anziché dover tornare in piscina ogni volta che si vuole bere qualcosa (sebbene spiaggia e piscina siano adiacenti). La cucina è l'unico vero neo, assolutamente non all'altezza di una struttura a cinque stelle, discreta la varietà, ma bassa la qualità dei cibi e delle materie prime. Il personale sempre gentilissimo, sorridente, accogliente e disponibile. Nel complesso, un giudizio abbastanza positivo!

Esperienza complessivamente positiva
L'albergo si trova in una posizione comodissima, in prossimità delle fermate degli autobus che portano a Heraklion e alle principali località turistiche. La sistemazione in bungalow all'interno di un ampio giardino garantisce la privacy; la perfetta insonorizzazione delle stanze isola dai rumori circostanti e dai suoni provenienti dalla pur intensa attività di animazione. La colazione è abbondantissima, di tipo internazionale ma con specialità locali (ottimo lo yogurth); altrettanto i pasti, con ampia possibilità di scelta facilitata dal servizio al buffet. Personale discreto e disponibile. Pulizia della camera piuttosto affrettata e spesso ritardata. Qualche notte piuttosto agitata per la sgradevole visita di scarafaggi, alati e no.

E' a 10 minuti dall'aeroporto, il personale del villaggio è squisito!!! pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza e con il sorriso!! Il cibo del Buffet è buono, fresco e davvero tanto, non si rischia mai di rimanere senza a qualsiasi ora si arrivi. La spiaggia è grande,fantastica, salendo solo qualche scalino si accede al bar piscina, dove chi ha l 'all inclusive può bere e smangiucchiare tutto il giorno. Le camere sono molto carine, arredate con gusto, deliziose soprattutto quelle al pian terreno che hanno l'accesso al giardino...per chi sceglie la formula hotel, altrimenti i bungalow sono ancora più belli!!La mia esperienza però purtroppo non è stata coì piacevole per un paio di motivi : ho soggiornato con mia mamma,anziana e con problemi seri di senilità... ho scelto questa struttura perchè si trattava di villaggio,ho pensato che l'avrei fatta svagare con un po' di animazione e nei momenti più caldi l'avrei intrattenuta con il fresco della camera e la televisione accesa. Ahimè, NON ci sono canali italiani!!!!! Un dramma per lei e quindi per me...altro fatto negativo, non è menzionato da nessuna parte che il villaggio è praticamente per francesi!!! animazione puramente francese!!!! Mi sembra corretto specificarlo nelle descrizioni,perchè chi sceglie un villaggio per avere l'animazione..beh... insomma.... quindi, per chi vuole staccare completamente,per le coppiette...è perfetto, perchè è davvero molto bello ,al tramonto ,diventa incantevole e romantico...CMQ PERSONALE FANTASTICO

Hotel tra il verde e il blu
Il creta beach è un albergo incredibile: le camere, pulite e accoglienti, sono in piccoli edifici immersi in un bel giardino con le palme. Sia la piscina che la spiaggia ben curate. I ristoranti fantastici soprattutto quello á la carte. Fantastico il personale: sorridente disponibile e cordiale. Unico neo... L'animazione di lingua francese che non cerca di coinvolgere minimamente i turisti internazionali

Arrivia mo dopo che la cucina aveva chiuso ma nonstante ciò ci attendevano ed avevano pronti dei piatti di cibo per noi inoltre parlano italiano, sono tutti molto gentili le camere pulitissime ed il servizio favoloso.

What a lovely break - we haven’t been on holiday in over 4 years.. this was the perfect one back! It was super relaxing, the all inclusive food was always interesting and had a large range to choose from. The staff (especially in the restaurant) where wonderful I believe his name was Sofkolis (apologies if wrong) was a star, he already knew what drinks we wanted as we were arriving. A lovely place for a relaxing break!

The checkin was terrible due to a discrepancy between the booking with Expedia and the resort. Expedia was quick to provide info to the resort but the resort wouldn’t accept the information. We spent 2 hours at the checkin counter and asked to have a room and then I continued to work on getting a resolution, which didn’t happen until the next day. Gianni’s at the front desk was terrible, rude and disrespectful! However the other staff were very friendly at the buffet restaurant and at the bar pool. Mario at the bar was excellent! The room was very clean. Thongs were not fully open and so the a la cart restaurant was not available for us to book during our 3 night stay, there were no shows or theme restaurant available. The beach is beautiful, you can walk for miles in both directions but it was difficult to find a chair that wasn’t dirty, lots of bird poop. The buffet restaurant food was great but they have set hours for breakfast, lunch and dinner, so food is not available 24/7 as an all inclusive, I am used to having that service. We played mini putt golf and it was fun even though it is in rough shape. Ball went into the hole and never came out so we had to go and ask for another ball! We went out to a Thalassina Aura restaurant across the street and they had live entertainment and was a lot of fun! Crete is a beautiful island and would highly recommend!

From check-in to departure, the hospitality and service were high. Upon arrival, we immediately received a room upgrade and a voucher for a free dinner without asking. We arrived late at the location and the reception was attentive enough to inform us that - if we wanted - we could quickly use the buffet in the restaurant before the kitchen closed. Check-in was possible later. Very nice! Upon departure we received a nice bottle of Greek olive oil. Other wishes during our stay were also no problem. We even received a packed lunch one day when we visited the city. In short: super hospitable and it gave us a wonderful holiday feeling. The only downside was the leaking shower, which meant that the bathroom floor kept getting wet and we had to (unnecessarily) sacrifice a towel every time. Although reported twice, the leak was not resolved during our stay. It caused an inconvenience, but is especially inconvenient for the hotel itself if this is not repaired.

This hotel is absolutely phenomenal in every way. The gardens are immaculate and well maintained, the pool is great and lots of parasols and sun loungers and the private beach is also great. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly and the food is absolutely delicious and you have a lovely view of the sea at meal times. I can't recommend this place enough. Suitable for everyone and only a 10 minute taxi from Heraklion airport and you can book the transfer through the hotel. The facilities are amazing; lots of activities throughout the day like aqua zumba, yoga, mini golf, table tennis, volleyball etc etc. So many things to do - I even did a Greek lesson! 10/10 and would stay here every time. It's exactly like it looks in photos, if not better!

Creta Beach has a unique peaceful ambience with greener outdoor spaces. Hotel facilities and services are good. The property stayed in is quite old, only one power socket. Hotel is backing into to sandy beach and had a large swimming pool. There are daily evening shows to entain guests. Breakfast is excellent, other times we eat out, so can not comment. Staff are friendly and helpful.

We had an amazing week at Creta beach hotel. We arrived in middle of night and were warm welcomed at the reception. We stayed in a bungalow/little villa which was 5 star experience. Really nice style and spacious. Bathroom amazing too. Location is perfect! It’s AT the beach with private beach for guests, nice swimming pool with bar. Very close to Heraklion to visit but also very central to make trips to other part of the island. Very close to airport. The beautiful mini golf at the hotel is also such a nice activity and looks so cool. We had an outstanding diner at the a la carte restaurant and also diner, lunch and breakfast at the normal/main restaurant was very good! Lot of choice and variation. Very good! Minor detail: the wine of the house was actually also very good..;-)..! But their wine menu is also TOP! Staff is super friendly, nice, helpful (the reception staff is SUPER! The girls and men are so kind and helpful! And so nice for kids too!). Giannis and his bartender team are great too! So friendly and know how to shake the best cocktails! Overall all staff was really good and friendly and make you feel at home. DEFINITELY recommend this hotel! If you like to wake up AT the beach/sea, ask for the rooms AT the beach. They are situated right at the beach. Really nice!

This is a beautiful resort, not too big, right by the sea. It has a lovely sandy beach, with sun beds and umbrellas. At the time we were there, it was not crowded. The rooms in the bungalow were clean & spacious. It was also fairly quiet. It’s clear the season is new and this was apparent in the gardens which needed attention. This is perhaps my only criticism. There is potential for them to look way better once they’ve been attended to. The staff were attentive and helpful. Special mention to George at reception as well as Eva. They were very helpful to us. The hotel manager (maitre) was also always very helpful to us when we needed it. We travelled for my cousins birthday and we got some complimentary alcohol & sweets in our room. This was very thoughtful and we appreciated it. I managed to get my upgrade to a bungalow as well as late checkout as I’m an Expedia VIP member. An altogether very good stay.

Genuinely had the best time here in Crete. The room i stayed in had everything you needed for a comfortable stay, the pool area is beautiful and the hotel is located right on the beach. You are walking distance from shops, restaurants and a supermarket is about a 20 min walk. There was a good selection of food for each meal and the staff are THE FRIENDLIEST people I’ve ever met. So welcoming and so kind.

Personal, Service, Essen und Sauberkeit waren alles super. Dass man sich in der Anlage aber quasi in einem französisch dominierten Club-Urlaub wiederfindet, erfährt man leider erst vor Ort. Die französische-sprachigen Animationen/ Veranstaltungen dominieren zu stark und stören oft nur, wenn man z. B. abends im Restaurantbereich oder auf dessen Terrasse seine Ruhe haben möchte. Aus dieser Sicht können wir die Anlage nicht weiterempfehlen.

Bezugnehmend auf den bezahlten Preis waren wir mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Wir haben ein Upgrade auf 2 Bungalows erhalten und lagen an einem guten Punkt in der Anlage. Leider war die Speisenauswahl für ein 4 Sterne Hotel etwas begrenzt und sehr auf deutsche Touristen ausgelegt. Hier hätten wir uns doch sehr mehr abwechslungsreicheres Essen gewünscht. Man merkt das das Hotel schon etwas älter ist und man sieht es an vielen Stellen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist jedoch das Personal. Alles sehr freundlich und nett. Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gut gereinigt und damit waren wir auch sehr zufrieden.

It was low season but still excellent service. Breakfast bar huge availability of freshly laid out food. I expect very crowded in high season but served us very well at end of March. Sea and pool too cold. Excellent base from which to explore the island with hired car. Very good local restaurants. Did not use hotel amenities much but was our choice.

parc très propre et fleurie !nous avons apprécie notre bungalow avec terrasse sans vis a vis!ménage fais tout les jours!grand choix pour les repas mais manques de dessert des pancakes au petits dèj serait appréciable Par contre coté bar ça manque d'animation très triste il faudrait équipé de billard ,babyfoot flipper musique le regret pour dix manque 1 laverie surtout qu'il n'y en a pas dans le village .

Magnifique endroit en bord de mer
Très bel endroit à quelques km d'Héraklion. Bungalows de bon standing dans un espace arboré en bord de mer. Chambres très grandes et confortables. Plage privée avec transats mis à disposition. Immense piscine. Super petit-déjeuner avec de bons produits locaux.

Die Bungalows waren traumhaft schön und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Im Buffet-Restaurant konnte jeder finden, was er/sie mochte. Das A-La-Carte Restaurant mit 4-Gang-Menü war sehr gut. Der Strandabschnitt vom Hotel war schön und sauber. Es waren genügend Liegen vorhanden.

The property was beautiful and well laid out. There is only one pool but it is quite huge. The massages are currently indoor/outdoor facility which was very relaxing with the breeze blowing through. There were built in racks outside to hang wet towels and clothes. It stated not to drink the water. There was water in the refrigerator but no note to say it is free. We received water at our door on the last day.
