Hotel accogliente, staff simpatico, posizione ok
Hotel situato in ottima posizione nel centro della old town di Rodi, staff accogliente (hanno risolto brillantemente e senza che dovessi contattare Expedia il problema della prima sera con soluzione ponte trovata da loro - no camera disponibile, per mancata notifica Expedia a loro), colazione super abbondante, preparata al momento e con prodotti casalinghi. Simpatica l'esperienza di condividere il momento della colazione ad un unico tavolo con gli altri ospiti di questo piccolo boutique hotel!

This was a wonderful hotel and we not only highly recommend this, but would travel half way around the world to return! What made it so special was the kind owner and his staff who pampered us: individually prepared breakfast (with the delicious omelets), daily room cleaning, free laundry, free high speed internet, etc. Of course, this Old Town facility was in a very old building and hot water was problematic. Twice we had cold showers which we discussed with the owner and he is aware of this issue. This inconvenience was overshadowed by the other many positives!

A Gem in the Heart of the Old City
I don't normally review but Evdokia deserves a mention for both the staff and the breakfast. The staff were utterly charming and the spread of excellent quality bread, homemade jams, cold platter, salad and cheese omelette were outstanding. Greek hospitality at its best ! We kept extending our stay...we actually wanted to move in and become family. Savvos and his family were amazing from picking us up to rescuing us when we got lost...way over the top for the most charming boutique hotel I have ever stayed in . Get ready for a breakfast you will never forget and book 2 extra nights you also won't want to leave. Thank you for everything you did to make our trip so special...Cindy and Deb

Everything was perfect. We only stayed a few hours as arrived at midnight and had to catch an early morning ferry, but still the manager waited for us to check us in, gave us instructions for where to go on a quick nigthtime walk around Rhodes, and made us breakfast early in the morning. The location of the hotel is excellent, near the bustling main street of the Old Town, but tucked away in a small alley, meaning it was very quiet.

Our host Savvas made every moment of our trip delightful. Our In coming flight into Rhodes was two hours late. He patiently sat at the airport and waited for us. Each morning Savvas made us a from scratch breakfast omelette with fresh vegetables, fresh baked bread, homemade jams, assorted olives. We enjoyed our 5 night stay and watched as He treated each client with the upmost respect and dignity. He helped each client arrange excursions for the day ahead and provided recommendations to the finest Greek food and which shops to avoid. Even on our final morning which required us to be at the airport by 7am. Savvas offered to make us breakfast before shuttling us to the airport to catch our early flight. Would I recommend Evdokia Boutique hotel to a fellow traveler YES! It’s a good jumping point to many different places on the island.

We had a beautiful experience in Rhodes. What an amazing town. The hotel was perfect in a great location and easy to walk to everything. A perfect experience with breakfast was a country vibe where everyone ate together and got to socialise.

Welcoming staff, delicious breakfasts, and a chance to live in the heart of the old town. The cobblestone streets and steep staircases take some flexibility, but it’s SO worth it.

Savvas and his staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfasts set us up for the day. Great location, near main shopping street and tourist sites as well as the harbour. Many excellent Tavernas nearby. Transport to other areas was close by - we took a bus to Lindos for the day, and also booked a Ferry trip to the Isle of Symi. Overall a very enjoyable 7 days. If you have mobility issues then bring a walking stick - streets in Rhodes are not level and some sites involve climbing many steps.

Don't get what you pay for.
We booked and paid for a 2 bedroomed apartment/house with sitting area and kitchen as well as bathroom. What we received was 2 very basic outdated bedrooms.

Hotel is central but located in a quiet spot for the perfect retreat from the town. The building itself has great character, with a sitting area ideal for reading or relaxing away from everything. Our room (number 4) had its own veranda where we ate lunch and sunbathed when we wanted a change from the beach. The bed was incredibly comfy.

A real gem. Set in the home of a 14th century Knight. Centally located in the old walled city, but off the main road. Nicely appointed, great breakfast cooked by the owner. Maximized room and common area space given the historical restrictions for such a place.

Edvokia Boutique Hotel
Savvas and Theo were more than hospitable, making this hotel difficult to review. My room was small and dark and old fashioned with a noisy fridge (Savvas please note I turned it down), however I was offered an upgrade which I chose not to take up as I had already unpacked. Excellent location in the Old Town, large common room, easy access, and personalised communal breakfasts lift this hotel to a higher level. Many of the rooms had been modernised.

Sijainti oli todella hyvä ja yleiset tilat viihtyisät.Pienet huoneet olivat viihtyisät mutta pyyhkeet olivat kovat kuin kylpyhuoneet matot yleensä.Lavuaari veti huonosti ja vesi jäi killumaan joksikin aikaa.Siivooja pesi altaan mutta ei saanut hommaa hoidettua kuntoon.Aamiaista hoiti kaksi henkilöä joista toinen teki mahtavia erilaisia kreikkalaisia aamiaista.Toinen teki perus leipä /murukahvi aamiaisen vaikka yritin ehdottaa muuta.Yleisesti henkilökunta ystävällistä. Alışılagelenin dışında,eski bir rum evi.Büyük bir salon,kapıları bu salona açılan 6 oda ve 1 büyük daireden oluşuyor.Resepsiyon,kahvaltı herşey burada.Kahvaltınin başlangıcı sizi aldatmasın,herşey yavaş yavas geliyor ve doymadan kalkmanız mümkün değil.Sadece kahvaltı için bile tekrar gidilir.Otel konum olarak mükemmel, carşının ortasinda her yere cok yakın,personel harika.

A little piece of history
A small quaint hotel in a very old building in Rhodes Old Town. Breakfast plentiful and all fresh/homemade produce. Rooms ok. Rather small and bathrooms could be better. Ideal location for visiting this old part of the city.

Location, location, location!
Amazing! What a pleasure to stay right in the center of Old Town in a historic building. Savvas is the BEST host and his daily traditional Greek breakfasts are a wonderful way to start your day. We were treated like royalty. The location is perfect! Great restaurants and shopping are right outside your door and a short walk takes you right to the beach. Stay in the room with the roof top terrace and enjoy a view of the old city walls, the Palace of the Grand Master and even the marina. Perfection. A great value for the price. I'm so glad we stayed at Evdokia and would again.

Charming boutique hotel .
We got a nice clean room in the center of Rhodes old town at an excellent seasonal (winter) price! The building dates to the mid 14th century.

What a great find in the heart of Rhodes Old Town! So cool to stay in ancient building full of character that has been well-renovated. Owner Savvas made omelettes for breakfast in addition to a full spread. Would definitely return!
