Posizione eccellente, molto comoda e tanti ristoranti ed attività nei dintorni. La Pulizia lascia a desiderare. Cambiano solo asciugamani quotidianamente ma nulla di più.

A DUE PASSI DAL PORTO
Albergo centralissimo, proprio davanti al porto, comodo per passeggiata sia nei vicoletti interni che sul lungomare ricco di locali per ogni gusto. Rinnovato di recente, con letti comodi, camere spaziose e silenziose, nonostante la zona centrale. Personale cortese e gentile.

A 2 passi da tutto
Hotel a 50 metri dal porto. Posizione perfetta per Parikia e comunque silenzioso Camere nuove e pulite. Letti comodi. Il prezzo pagato era assolutamente a buon mercato per questo hotel e per godersi la cittadina. Stazione dei bus e barca per le spiagge a pochissimi passi. Ristoranti di tutti i tipi proprio sotto casa. Ci ritorneremo.

Nice hotel close to the port and to the center.
Big room and beautiful position. breakfast so and so... always the same thing....in any case I suggest to take the breakfast because it is expencive on the other bar (8/12 euro.)

Ottima struttura
Ho trascorso 11 notti all'Hotel Kontes insieme alla mia ragazza e mi sono trovato benissimo. I punti di forza sono senza dubbio la posizione centralissima davanti al porto; l'ottima pulizia giornaliera e la struttura che è davvero nuovissima. Il punto debole è il bagno, non grandissimo, che manca di finestra (ma ha l'aspiratore) ed in cui avrei messo senza dubbio una mensola. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Sicuramente consigliato.

Nuovissimo, ottima pulizia, pessima assistenza!
Ottima posizione centrale e a pochi passi dal porto ,struttura nuovissima e ottima pulizia. Pessimo il servizio, a metà soggiorno ci hanno spostato per una notte in un altro hotel perchè la nostra camera era in overbooking, una sola notte a metà soggiorno..mai visto! Disguidi anche per lo spostamento dele valigie da un hotel all'altro che alla fine non è stato neanche fatto, abbiamo dovvuto portarci solo il necessario per una notte. Pessima assistenza anche dal servizio clienti Expedia che neanche si è degnata di rispondere alla mie mail.

Very disappointing.
We booked a triple room or deluxe room, but on arrival we’ve been given a small double and an extra metal folding bed. The room had a very distinctive smell probably from the restaurant downstairs. The cleaning lady constantly forgotten to leave us the bed sheets or enough towels for three people. Not recommended.

Unfortunately this listing is not accurate
This is a clean and VERY well-located hotel directly across from the Parikia ferry port. We chose it largely because of the location, which definitely met expectations, but also because of the amenities offered in the listing: "Continental breakfasts are available daily from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM...Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services." However these amenities unfortunately did not exist. After two weeks traveling as a family without laundry access, we had pinpointed this hotel as when we'd finally be able to do laundry for the whole family. Upon arrival we were told there was no laundry and no breakfast, which was certainly a disappointment. There is also no restaurant, bar, or lounge as mentioned in the listing. But the most unfortunate part was the complete lack of communication available prior to arrival. We had messaged the hosts weeks earlier to inquire about check-in details, and then sent a few messages in the days prior to check-in via the Vrbo app as well as the hotel's regular email. We were particularly concerned once our ferry was delayed and we would be arriving close to midnight—would we even be able to check in that late? The prospect of wandering Parikia with our luggage and child was not fun, so we reached out to the central Vrbo team for assistance. They were fantastic and even located alternative accommodations for us in case this hotel was not open when we arrived. Luckily it was. However, to this day we have received no response from the hotel host(s). I would book a different Vrbo if you are considering, this one is not worth the hassle!

Okay.
I booked this hotel actually by mistake as I was interested in another in the next street.The room had 2 single beds as. dictated could be given on the site but it was no where near the equivalent to the double in the attached fancy photo.The hotel needs updating as the lobby, rooms and bathroom are dated.The sheets and towels were super clean and the receptionist was friendly.

Good hotel, plenty of potential
I was only staying one night but the hotel was only a few minutes form the ferry and the staff where very helpful during check in. The room was large and very clean and had three beds in it but part from the beds a tv and refrigerator it was very sparse. You felt the space was wasted and by removing one of the single beds chairs or a settee and table could be added. Overall thought it was a good experience.

Jillian made sure we were well taken care off. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. When our Air conditioning did not work we were upgraded to a room with a sea view and more spAce. It was nice to stay in the port and walk everywhere. Great experience

Great location right next to the port and yhe reception staff werr friendly. The rooms are sound-proofed from outside noise but we could hear every little bit of noise that emanated within the hotel itself. There was a stale smell in the reception area but this does not carry through into the rooms. The room was serviced daily but the shower-head was broken and did not work properly. It was impossible to have a proper shower. The balcony area could have done with a clean down every day as given the proximity to the port a huge amount of dust accumulated on the seats provided. A quick wipe down each day would have sufficed. Overall a pleasant stay in Hotel Kontes.

DEFINITELY not worth the hefty price tag!
The ONLY positive about our stay was the location. We felt we overpaid for our room but thought that since it was the final leg of our journey we would spoil ourselves. The location was excellent, a one minute walk from the port. When we arrived, reception seemed rather indifferent. The hotel itself was not particularly clean. Once in the room, we found it spacious. Once in we found the A/C units barely functional. Wall plugs would pull from the walls and a shower head that was broken and hanging from the stall. However, staff did fix the shower problem immediately after it was brought to there attention. Overall, other than location and room size the 210€ + price tag was definitely not warranted. There are other hotels on Paros that do a much better job for much less.

THE BEST HOTEL IN PAROS,close to port & everything
We are leaving this beautiful hotel after 4 nights stay. Since I told them it is our first time in Paros and it is our 25th anniversary, they upgrade our room without charging us. They are so nice , we feel we are leaving our friends just in 4 nights stay. for sure we will be back to the hotel again and again and for sure we will recommend them to everyone . I like to thank; Pavlos Mpalkas ( owner ), Lyudmyla Antonova( Restaurant ) and our wonderful housekeeper; Eleana Prifti. Please keep up the good work . BTW, their homemade breakfast, lunch and dinner which is being prepared by Pavlos Mom is die for... Goodbye Hotel Kontes , we will miss you guys .

served our needs
the hotel was by the port ,a noisy area but as we were there for 4 days for a wedding this didn't bother us ,easy to locate with many shops around ,the hotel itself is basic but very clean and the staff very helpful ,we paid for breakfast which was disappointing ,you got given no choice ,yogurt an honey bread and jam ,2 of the days a piece of cheese and ham were added ,coffee and juice ,I had breakfast but my 13yr old grandson refused after the first day and I took him elsewhere to eat ,ive had continental breakfasts included for free ant many greek hotels and they were great ,this was basic ,the cleaning lady was a joy always happy and helpful ,ok hotel if its a short stay

Flott lokalisasjon rett ved havna, og nær hovedgatene i byen. Merket ikke noe støy hverken fra havna eller gatene. Enkel standard, men noe lite bad med dusjforheng. Greit hotell i forhold til pris.

Clean hotel with basic amenities
Clean hotel with basic amenities conveniently located next to the port. We were very satisfied. We arrived early around 10am and the hotel stored our bags until the room was ready while we walked around the town. The AC was nice and cold, breakfast was continental style - yogurt with honey, bread & jams, slice of ham & cheese, coffee/tea, juice. Clean towels are provided every other day which was quite alright just wish we were told that at check-in. Parikia was a very nice town for shopping and dining. Also took the bus to Naousa for shopping and dinner, and Pounda Beach for a fantastic day at an organized beach with chairs, bar, & swimming in the sea & pool.

Great hotel right at the port
If you want to stumble off the ferry and into your hotel room, or just be in the heart of restaurants and shops, this is the place for you. Clean, well managed. I don't know about all the rooms, but ours had the funky Greek shower, so be prepared to either learn how to shower Greek-style, or get lots of water on your bathroom floor! Really lovely place.
