Sevizio al di sotto di un 4 stelle, servizio colazione pessimo, tavoli sempre sporchi e riutilizzo delle posate non utilizzate dai precedenti clienti per apparecchiare, quando lo facevano. Orario cena limitato fino alle 21. Cena greca tipica pessima, dopo le 20 già tutto servito freddo, non organizzato nonostante fosse prenotato a parte, tanto che poi siamo andati a cena fuori in altro locale. Servizio spiaggia pessimo e richiedono pagamento lettini extra. Francamente non lo consiglio è non ci torneremo.

Struttura molto belle, con ampi posteggi disponibili, piscina tenuta molto bene e attrezzata con tanti ombrelloni e lettini gratuiti, un po distante la spiaggia privata, ma ne vale la pena.

Buon hotel vicino a spiagge bellissime
Hotel di buona qualità, bella la spiaggia a pochi passi dall'hotel. Situato in ottima posizione, vicino ad alcune delle spiagge più belle dell'isola. Di buona qualità il ristorante. Camera spaziosa e luminosa.

Nel complesso molto buoni sia la struttura sia i servizi. Disponibile e gentile il personale.Comodo e vicino alla città di Rodi, facilmente raggiungibile anche la sera con i mezzi pubblici. Un po' carente l'animazione, un po' eccessivo il costo di una singola cena soprattutto per i bambini.

La mia esperienza nel complesso è stata molto positiva. Ha Rodi il tempo è bellissimo, sole caldo ma ventilato. Il mare è fantastico.

Hotel fantastico!
Soggiorno durante la settimana di ferragosto. Hotel con camere nuove, pulite, colazione gradevole e abbondante. Posizione ottima a 8 minuti di auto da Rodi centro e 15 da Faliraki (meglio così, visto che quest'ultima la reputo troppo commerciale e adatta solo ad un turismo tedesco/russo). Non posso dire come siano i pasti, perchè abbiamo optato solo per avere la prima colazione. Kallithea, luogo dove è situato l'hotel, ha delle spiagge bellissime, tra cui Oasis Beach e le terme di Kallithea. Ideale per chi vede la vacanza a Rodi come una visita a tutte le sue calette e spiagge. La città vecchia di Rodi è carinissima, molto caratteristica, economica soprattutto per i ristoranti (consiglio Ta Petaladika, eccellente, alta qualità, e prezzi bassi!)

Albergo quattro stelle. Buona posizione. Spiaggia da non consigliare visto quello che offre Rodi. Noi avevamo il solo trattamento colazione *(decente). Consiglierei trattemento completo. Forse un po' caro. Niente bidet.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel x una settimana in bed and breakfast .. hotel pulito con una bella piscina e una graziosa caletta sul mare .. hotel a metà strada tra rodi città e faliraki velocemente raggiungibili in taxi, bus o motorino .. sicuramente da consigliare

Abbiamo passato 5 giorni girando per l'isola, l'hotel era giusto un punto di riposo tra un'escursione e l'altra. Per quel poco che lo abbiamo vissuto possiamo darne un giudizio posivito (soprattutto la spiaggia privata è fantastica). L'isola è ricca di divertimenti e luoghi da visitare. Ottimo per famiglie e giovani che vogliono divertirsi, mare splendido, belle le escursioni con dei veri gioielli artistici e paesaggistici (isola di Symi e Lindos). Settimana di ferragosto molto caotoca, strani gli orari di musei e luoghi di interesse storico/culturale (il weekend chiudono alle 14.40). Difficile muoversi con i bus che passano quando vogliono loro e ti caricano a loro discrezione. La cucina locale tipica è buona, anche gli abbinamenti insoliti meritano di essere assaporati, deve piacere però la cipolla che è praticamente ovunque, anche nello yogurt (e non è tanto per dire).

Bella struttura.
l'hotel nel suo complesso è una bella struttuta con una bella piscina e simpatica spiaggetta. Nelle camere (arredate molto semplicemente ma confortevoli# non ci sono gli omaggi ai quali siamo abituati #bagno schiiuma, cuffietta ecc# e inizialmente abbiamo avuto problemi per l'aria condizionata # che mettono da giugno# ma poi hanno rinfrescato. Ho trovato sciocco non dare subito due chiavi #tipo I.C.) nelle camere a due letti, ma su richiesta le danno. Per quanto riguarda la cucina , ad esclusione della colazione che è come al solito abbondante e buona, per i pasti devo dire che lascia molto a desiderare, perciò lo consiglierei per tutto tranne che per la cucina.

Hotel Kresten Palace - Kallithea Rhodes
Il corpo centrale dell'albergo è all'altezza della categoria, ma la struttura dell'albergo è molto ampia e le camere collocate verso il mare sono molto distanti da tutti i servizi. Siamo stati sistemati in una camera non completamente finita, senza il telefono per chiamare la reception, e senza televisore. Alcuni operai ci hanno svegliato la mattina per passare attraverso la camera e non fare il giro dell'edificio con i materiali edili!!!! Non era disponibile il servizio bagagli, quindi abbiamo percorso 400 mq in salita con le valigie, sotto il sole. La spiaggia è piccola e decisamente brutta. Non dispongono di camere di cortesia, nè di deposito bagagli. Nel complesso, non consiglierei quest'albergo.

Excellent accueil dans cet hôtel bien situé, au calme, avec une grande facilité pour se garer a l'entrée de hotel. De plus, il est très agréable et rénové avec beaucoup de goût. Le personnel très sympathiques et souriants sont aux petits soins, soucieux du bien être des clients, n'hésitant pas à conseiller, un accueil parfait! La chambre était très agréable et très propre face à la mer. Quant au petit-déjeuner : varié, copieux avec de très bons produits. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et nous n'hésiterons pas à le recommander! Continuez ainsi , c'était parfait ! Ne changez rien et bonne continuation à toute l'équipe ! "

Such a shame that hotel lets itself down with reception and dining staff who are cold and unhelpful, rude too. Free WiFi in the hotel but charged per device if you want it in your room. You have to pay for the safe too. Breakfast was nice. Great entertainment crew and enjoyed the pool vibe. Few nice restaurants nearby on foot otherwise getting a taxi or buses into town is tricky - buses are full and taxis don’t stop so be prepared to wait a while. Won’t be visiting again and wouldn’t recommend this hotel sadly.

The dining options could have been better and more varied. The general sea view rooms were very average. We had to upgrade to deluxe rooms with pool access which were much better.

Great service, Staff was the best part. Had an alright room but had an ant problem over our week, but it wasnt too bad and im sure its not the same everywhere, Really nice views, Good breakfast, Super nice main building, nice bar etc. Great transportation with taxi and bus stop within 50M, the beach is the only thing we were dissapointed with. 4/5 would come back

Beautiful property. Lovely swimming pool. Friendly and helpful staff. Quick check-in and check-out. Delicious breakfast and dinner buffet. Lunch by the pool was delicious too. Good cocktails at reception bar and pool bar. Bus stop out front of hotel made it easy to go to Rhodes Town inexpensively and quickly. I would gladly stay here again.

Rhodes stay
We have chosen probably the best room on offer, swim-up with access to a private swimming pool and room was all right and comfortable, however swimming pool was freezing, they don’t heat up the water. Breakfast was included, but it was very mean, food of average quality, awful coffee and oversweeted juices from a concentrate. Instead of eggs/ommelette station they had a “mountains” of prepared omelette which is more like 3 stars hotel and they advert them as 4 stars. Dinner - buffet style with average and oily food, less tasteful than you would expect at 4 stars hotel. At the checkout I was offered to pay part of someone l’s else bill which was charged to the room 3 days before I checked in, disgraceful and unforgivable, I did not receive even sorry.

Not my cup of tea
We stayed at this hotel in April. I was not expecting the room to be so COLD. There were no blankets in the room. The first night, I was so tired from the journey, I didn't want to go all the way to the front desk to request a blanket and I couldn't figure out how to call the front desk from the phone in the room. I slept with my jacket on and a towel over me, shivering the whole time. The next day I asked at the front desk for a blanket and they said they would leave one in the room. Well, they left a tiny, sad-looking blanket that looked like it was maybe 40 years old and barely covered one person, let alone two. Internet is available for free in the lobby but you have to pay if you want to use it in your room. I like that there is a tiny gym area. The pools were beautiful, but it was too cold to really enjoy them. Beautiful little beach area you can walk down to from the hotel. My daughter liked the kids' club. Overall though, not my preferred type of hotel at all, and I wasn't super impressed with the service (mostly the blanket issue, and I overheard a few other people also saying that the rooms were cold and asking staff for blankets). The restaurant was overpriced and there did not seem to be any consistent pricing system for kids. One night I was charged a full adult price for my kindergartener and another night she ate for free. Make it make sense.
