Noi ci siamo trovati bene
è un posto senza grandi pretese ed un pò datato ma carino. Il personale parla solo un pò l'inglese e a volte abbiamo avuto problemi ad intenderci ma cercano di fare il possibile per accontarti. Dato che il letto cigolava terribilmente e il bagno faceva uno strano rumore abbiamo chiesto di cambiarci la stanza e siamo stati subito accontentati. nella stanza nuova ci siamo trovati bene. I terrazzini danno sul mare c'è l'aria condizionata e la colazione inclusa e,a parte i bagni che sono piccoli e vecchi c'è un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Ci hanno pulito la stanza e cambiato gli asciugamani ogni giorno e accompagnato gratis all'aereoporto. La zona è ottima perchè a 5 minuti di motorino o 20 min a piedi da Fira (unico posto oltre a Kamari dove c'è un pò di allegria la sera oltre ai ristorantini) consigliamo vivamente il motorino perchè le auto è un problema parcheggiarle. l'Hotel è in una buona postazione per girare l'isola (mezz'ora da Oia,10 min da Kamari e 20 min. da Perissa). PS. se potete portatevi il cuscino che in grecia li hanno bassissimi ;)

Bella scoperta
Abbiamo soggiornato dieci giorni in quest hotel e ci siamo trovati benissimo !!! Le camere sono dotate di condizionatore e frigobar sono essenziali ma carine tutte le mattine cambio biancheria lenzuola e il personale ha fatto la differenza!! Ci hanno accompagnato all aereoporto a proprie spese e non abbiamo pagato nulla cosa difficile a Santorini siamo scesi dopo l ora della colazione e ci hanno fatto accomodare lo stesso insomma nulla da dire lo consiglio perché anche se la camera non è nulla di eccezionale avere per finale cortese e che ti aiuta in terra straniera e davvero importante !!

Wonder staff!!!!!!!
Amazing!!! The hotel was very clean and beautiful! The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. They have the patience to explain everything about Santorini, for example recommendations, where to go, how to get to places, etc. You just ask and they will be more then happy to help.

Terrible and unclean
Arrived at our hotel after a very stressful commute there. Was handed our key and took to our room on to be greeted by one of the worst rooms i have ever stayed in (i travel and stay in a lot of hotels for work) our beds where two single beds very poorly pushed together with mattresses that were worn down to the springs and incredibly uncomfy to sit on let alone sleep in which gave us back ache every night. We were given a terrible balcony with the view of a road a cheep worn plastic chairs to sit in. The door handle to the balcony was broken, the plug in the bathroom was broken, the coat hangers were broken, the lamp shade was broken, the tv only spoke in greek which was very pointless in a hotel that has a lot of tourists. We asked to change our room. The next room we got was slightly better but had a disabled shower which was utterly useless to anyone thats not in a wheel chair and the shower handle was broken so we had to hold the shower head to wash. There was a kettle but no tea or coffee or mugs, we had a tv again but this time no remote. Breakfast was included but was on the verge of inedible and was served with terrible instant coffee. Both our rooms had dirty sheets with other guests hair in the room with stains on the furniture so wasn't cleaned very well. Overall a terrible stay for a hotel that cost over £700 for 5 nights. I will never stay here again. Deffintaly worth paying a bit more and stay in a hotel that can provide the basics for a good stay.

However, we note that there was no opportunity for our staff to address the issue during your stay. The hotel was amazing. The staff were extremely helpful and so friendly. The hotel is located in a great location. Close to the main bus stop that takes you all around the Island with many shops near by

Lovely, clean and spacious room. Staff were friendly and just a short walking distance to the centre. Quite a few coffee shops / cafes close by. Breakfast was also great. Only thing to complain about was the uncomfy mattress on the bed, but it was bearable as the rest of the hotel was great.

The people at the hotel were very helpful. We found the hotel to be at a great spot that allowed us to walk into Fira and the neighbourhood. We were able to have great breakfasts each day. Parking was easy. Thank-you for a great stay.

Bon choix, prestations co sans charme particulier
Bel hotel assez récent avec chambre spacieuse ( attention ne pas choisir côté route) et piscine et petit déjeuner très correct. Personnel sympathique et professionnel. Bon rapport qualité prix. Manque un peu de charme.

There was no hot water and there was a terrible odour coming from the bathroom. The beds were not comfy, you could feel the springs. There were no elevators to bring your suitcases up and down floors. There was not much staff present on the facility, especially the pool bar. They also did not offer transport during our stay. There was no wifi in our room at all throughout our entire stay.

Highly recommend
Was amazing just stayed for the night but would of stayed for longer if we could! The service was very friendly and the rooms were bright modern and very clean. Pool area was lovely so was the free morning breakfast.

יחס נפלאת עזרה בכל שאלהת נקיון ושירות חדרים מצוין!
מחוץ לעובדה שהמלון נמצא על אם הדרך בין הים לעיר הבירה האנשים נפלאים ועזרו לי בעת מצוקה. לדאבוני אבדתי את ארנקי ואת כל כספי. נשארתי עם הדרכון בלבד. הצוות עשה מעל ומעבר על מנת לעזור לי. פשוט לא יאומן כי יסופר. הם נתנו לי 200 ירו על מנת שאוכל להמשיך את שהותי באי. הם לא בקשו ממני גיבוי כל שהוא כי לא היה לי. הם סמכו על הבטחתי שאחזיר להם את הכסף בשובי ארצה וכך אני כמובן עושה מחר!!! פשוט סיפור מדהים. אם אתם נוסעים תמסרו ד"ש לכולם מיוסי אלמוג במיוחד לניקו ולדודו

Bon accueil, très bien déservi par tous les bus.
Très bon accueil, très bonne disponibilité du personnel, les chambres sont très bien équipés et très propres pour un hôtel 1étoile. Hôtel typique de méditerranée avec son rythme de vie car une grosse majorité des clients sont des grecs mais pas désagréable comme expérience (quelques clients étrangers quand même).

une grande chambre avec un balcon au sud et une fenêtre à l'est. Hotel calme bien desservi par les bus, wifi et si on veut imprimer, un internet café à 10 mm à pied. Patron très sympa, on se comprend sans parler anglais, et il nous conduit gratuitement au port pour le retour sur le continent.
