Regarding the noise, as we checked your reservation, your room was located at the 3rd floor which is quite distant from the pool area(1st floor). There is music playing on, due to the fact that our restaurant and pool are open and we accept guests who wish to dine or join us for drinks. At this point, as you understand we are not able to turn it off completely. In that case, we advise our guests that if they close their window, they will not be affected at all. Upon your departure you didn't express your denial about the charges that we had from the restaurant bar, which was signed with the second guest staying in your room. Later on when you contacted us regarding those charges and you informed us that you didn't consume them so we refunded the ammount back to your card. In regards with the location, the hotel is above Agios Stefanos beach, something that is pointed in the hotel's page. Even we are close to Mykonos town as well as to a lot of other popular places you need transportation to move around.
