Vera ospitalità greca.
Posizione perfetta. Proprietà di cortesia eccezionale. Stile retrò ma in linea con il contesto. Raccomandabilissimo, soprattutto per chi non è allergico ai gatti, peraltro omnipresenti sull'isola.

Ottimo hotel in pieno centro
L' hotel è vicino alle principali attrazioni della città. A poche decine di metri si trovano i principali servizi. La proprietaria dell' hotel è di una gentilezza che raramente ho trovato in altri posti. La stanza sempre pulita e in ordine, silenziosa e con tutti i confort. È il posto ideale per una vacanza senza problemi.

In pieno centro vicino a tutti.
Ottima esperienza, in posizione ideale per vivere a pieno la città di Chania. Lo staff estremamente gentile e disponibile a qualsiasi richiesta. Pietro è un signore molto simpatico anche se parla solo il greco; per tutto il resto c'è sua figlia che ti da ottimi consigli. Noi siamo stati la settimana di ferragosto, ma nonostante tanta gente, non abbiamo mai avuto problemi né di parcheggio né per mangiare. Il mini appartamento era dotato di tutto, molto curato nella pulizia e nell'arredo. Frigo pieno di frutta e bevande gratuite e ogni giorno pulizia della Camera e cioccolatini. Sicuramente torneremo!

Soggiorno da sogno
Il soggiorno è stato veramente indimenticabile. Abbiamo prenotato una junior suite molto romantica, dotata di ogni comfort. La proprietaria Eleutheria è gentilissima e ci ha riempito di attenzioni e piccoli omaggi (una bottiglia di vino all'arrivo, dolci e cioccolatini ogni giorno, il frigo pieno di frutta e bevande per noi) e ha arredato la suite con la massima cura dei particolari (bellissima la doccia). Siamo rimasti così soddisfatti che abbiamo rimandato la partenza per goderci altri 3 giorni a Chania. La suite era già prenotata quindi ci siamo spostati in un'altra stanza, anche questa bellissima, con un piccolo balcone con tavolo per sedersi e rilassarsi dopo una giornata di mare. Che altro posso aggiungere? Solo: "Grazie Eleutheria!"

Esperienza meravigliosa!
Struttura deliziosa, magica direi, con il suo letto a baldacchino ed i dettagli che raccontano l'antica storia del Palazzo. Siamo entrate nella nostra Junior Suite e abbiamo trovato petali e fiori sul letto, una bottiglia di vino come benvenuto ed un cesto abbondante di frutta fresca. La signora Eleutheria ci ha accolto con una gentilezza genuina, ci ha racccontato la storia della città sempre con un sorriso solare, indicandoci su una mappa i luoghi più importanti da visitare, come una vera guida esperta. Il secondo giorno abbiamo trovato sul letto altri fiori ed un omaggio di prodotti per la cura del corpo tipici di Creta, una sorpresa veramente graziosa, con tanto di bigliettino della signora. La signora Eleutheria è stata disponibile per tutto il soggiorno, aiutandoci in ogni nostra esigenza, compreso il venirci a prendere al nostro arrivo nonostante fossero le 23.30, visto che il tassista ci aveva portati nel luogo sbagliato. La camera era pulitissima, accogliente, situata in pieno centro storico, comodissima per visitare la città...difficile da abbandonare alla nostra partenza! Cosa aggiungere? Se torneremo a Chania senza dubbio prenoteremo ancora al Palazzo di Pietro, struttura e gestione da 10 e lode!

We absolutely loved this hotel! It was super quaint, clean, and in a great location. The owner was extremely friendly, commuicative and gave us great advice regarding our hiking excursion to the Somaria Gorge. This was our first trip to Greece and the islands. A couple of things that would've been helpful to know: 1. The hotel street is not accessable by car, so you can't drive up and drop off your luggage. 2. Parking was challenging as the streets in the town are blocked off from vehicles passing through. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again!

Charming and comfortable in the heart of Old Town
A beautiful and quiet and spacious room in the heart of old town Chania. Elefteria is a wonderful host and very knowledgeable about Crete. She lavished us with fruit, rakemolo, beer, water and candies. The balcony is small but sweet. I liked everything about this place and is extremely quiet at night.

We were welcomed by the kind and enthusiastic host Eleutheria. The room was fabulous. The hotel felt like a home with little treats as extras, such as fridge items, sweets and coffee making facilities. The hotel's location is superb as it is very central but in a quiet street.

Wish we could have stayed longer!
We couldn’t be happier here. Charming city with so many potential excursions…western Crete, in October, has the trifecta of smaller crowds coupled with sunshine and lovely swimming. And so much history! Palazzo di Pietro also has a trifecta - old city location, charming historic building and the lovely Eleutheria, the owner. Elutheria thought of everything for her guests, with lots of good recommendations. Parking is the one challenge; we had an 8 minute walk after dropping our luggage from about 100 meters away. It’s a small nuisance, but might be a concern for some.

What a fantastic hotel/ apartment. We stayed in the smaller apartment. Just beautiful and everything you could need. So well appointed. Very comfortable and cleaned and fresh towels evey day,though we were happy to reuse. Check in was easy and Eleutherine what a lovely lady so knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you again for a wonderful stay. We will be back.

This is a very nice place to stay. The owner is very helpful and went out of her way to make us feel at home. She gave us a good rundown on places to visit and eat, and it was really nice to have small gifts in our room each day- we said that we liked the toiletries and she gave us a set to bring home with us

Our top rated hotel on a five week vacation
Palazzo do Pietro is a beautiful little boutique hotel within minutes walk of the old Chania harbour and all its attractions. Tastefully decorated with comfortable beds. Our room had a nice balcony too. Eleutheria is a wonderful hostess willing to share her vast local knowledge. Take a moment with her to get to know the area, especially regarding the best dining options.

The best place to stay in Chania
This was our most favourite place to stay on our trip. The hotel is stunning and with a rich history that Eleutheria explained to us on arrival. She was incredibly helpful, giving us information and local insights of the town and some great dining suggestions. The room was gorgeous, as was the rooftop terrace, and the location is steps away from everything that Chania has to offer. If you are visiting Chania, make sure you stay here.

Das Hotel ist ein Kleinod in der Altstadt von Chania. Auch wenn wir nur das einfache Zimmer gebucht hatten, war alles super. Die Begrüssung und die Herzlichkeit von der Inhaberin Elentheria ist kaum noch zu übertreffen. Wir erhielten gleich bei Ankunft 2 Flaschen Wasser und eine kleine Überraschung, im Kühlschrank stand ein Obstkorb für uns bereit. Sie gab uns viele Tipps für den Besuch der Altstadt und seine Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Hotel verfügt über eine kleine sehr grüne Dachterrasse, auf der wir uns abends gerne aufgehalten haben. Das kleine Hotel liegt unweit des alten Hafens, in der Umgebung gibt es unzählige Restaurants, auch zum Frühstücken. Im Zimmer gibt es eine kleine Pantry, die gut ausgestattet ist, Tee und Kaffee inklusive. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder und können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.

Awesome location. Nice touch to have a bottle of wine gift on arrival and a gift on departure. Lovely shower in room and so many dining options within 5min walk, great advice from reception. Only hard thing about our stay was lugging suitcases up 2 flights of stairs and of course leaving!

We loved the fact that we were in a 15th century house and the owner, Eleuftheria, is a descendent of the original owner. It was quirky but updated and Eleuftheria did her best to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We had a Juliette balcony with a little table and 2 chairs. The street was very narrow, there were three restaurants in that street alone. We said hello to guests on the other side of the street who were sitting on their balcony. It felt very cozy. It was charming. There are no elevators but we had no problem walkong up the stairs. At the end, she called us a taxi to go to the airport. George apparently drives many of her guests to the airport. All in all, we loved old town Chania. O can only recoommend.

Vi har haft en jättebra vistelse på detta hotell! Värden är väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam. Hon visade oss vart bra matställen fanns, viktiga platser att besöka och fanns där om man behövde fråga något. Takterassen var underbar att ha tillgång till på kvällarna!

Feels like a 5 star stay. The owner is a great host and everyone working here is very nice. Area is very central. Will definitely stay here again

It is the best! E was fantastic and super helpful as well as being so very knowledgeable about Chania and Crete. The archeological museum rec was terrific.

Great hospitality!
Loved this hotel, it was really central and cozy to stay in. Would go back if going to Chania again. Really nice and helpful staff, makes you feel really welcome! The Cretan hospitality on top here! With so comfortable rooms!

The hotel is tucked into a beautiful little pedestrian walkway in old town surrounded by historic sites, restaurants and cafes- it’s gorgeous. The hotel itself is beautiful and clean, wee maintained and the roof stop garden is magic. The ladies who own and maintain it we’re so kind and helpful and their personal touches really made the stay feel special.
