È veramente un paradiso, si trova a due passi da Zorbas beach e dai vari ristoranti della zona. Per quanto concerne la pulizia la camera è stata pulita 5 volte in una settimana, vengono rimesse sempre asciugamani nuove e il letto viene sempre rifatto. La struttura é curata e le persone che ci lavorano soko molto disponibili al dialogo. Unico neo è la colazione, viene servita al tavolo e si può scegliete tra quella inglese e quella americana, avrei preferito il buffet. Per quanto mi riguarda ci tornerei ad occhi chiusi.

Hotel sporco e scadente
L'accoglienza è stata gentilissima. Molto scarsa invece sia la pulizia della camera (moquette sporca) sia il comfort del bagno. Non c'era nemmeno una mensola su cui appoggiare il necessario. Inoltre avevamo una cena prepagata, che abbiamo dovuto andare a consumare a circa due km di distanza e dove siamo stati trattati malissimo, con cibo scarso e non fresco. Esperienza negativa.

Deludente rispetto alle attese
Avevamo scelto questo hotel, nonostante la distanze da Chania, per l'alto valore di gradimento espresso in precedenza dai clienti Expedia. Purtroppo siamo rimasti delusi per i seguenti motivi: 1) Non ci è stata assegnata una camera "normale" ma una dependance staccata dal corpo dell'hotel (Stanza 110) 2) il bagno presentava perdite proprio attorno al water (!?) 2) la doccia aveva muffe evidenti 3) lo specchio era privo di luci 4) il fono era fissato al muro in maniera molto approssimativa 5) Siamo arrivati di sabato e la domenica la stanza non è stata pulita; quando non è stata nuovamente pulita neanche il mercoledì e non ci è stata mai cambiata la biancheria da bagno, abbiamo protestato ottenendo la pulizia e il cambio degli asciugamani 6) la prima colazione non era a buffet ma era servita al tavolo con un certo ritardo, iniziando il servizio non prima delle 8.30 7) la serratura della porta non era funzionante e il più delle volte era possibile aprire la stanza dall'esterno senza chiave (!?) Abbiamo protestato parecchio per queste situazioni spiacevoli, ma senza risultati. Al momento di lasciare l'hotel alcuni tentativi di riparazione della serratura erano stati fatti ma senza risultati. Evitate la stanza 110!! Insomma, un 4 stelle fasullo.

Ottimo hotel per una vacanza rilassante
L'albergo si trova lungo la strada che conduce alla baia di Stavros (molto bella e tranquilla#. E' stato recentemente ristrutturato #alcune camere sono in fase di completamento#. Tranquillo, estremamente pulito, la piscina non grande ma confortevole, possibilità di stare comodamente rilassati anche in albergo. Gestione a livello familiare. Tutti estremamente cortesi, a partire dalla titolare Vicky. Colazione ad hoc, continental/full breakfast #a richiesta# anche con prodotti tipici #salcicce e yogurt greco freschissimo!#. Non ho avuto modo di provare la formula HB o FB. Dotato di tutti i comforts #wi-fi gratuito ed aria condizionata#. Le camere sono ampie e comode #noi eravamo in quattro#, arredate in diversi stili che riflettono l'ecletticità di Vicky. Forse un po' isolato #15 Km circa da Chania dove ci sono i locali ed 1 Km dalla spiaggia#, necessaria la macchina per spostarsi. Nel complesso un ottimo posto per famiglie #ma anche per tutte le altre categorie!!!#

Easy accsess to other turist attractions. Good posibillities for good restaurants. Only 10min walking to Nice Beach. Very Nice an service minded personell at the Hotel. Swimming pool at the Hotel. If you want to look around, rent var is a must.

Hotelli oli ihana. Vähän hankaluutta toi se, että joka kerta kun halusi syömään muualle (ravintolassa ei ravintolaa mutta voi tilata kuljetuksella) joutui kävelemään rannalle. Pyyhkeet vaihdettiin joka päivä mutta esim. Lattia kerkesi viikon aikana menemään todella tahmaiseksi. Aamiainen hieman yksipuolinen. Henkilökunta oli kuitenkin todella ystävällistä ja saimme nukuttua hyvin. Äänieristetyt ikkunat oli plussaa! Uima-allas alue oli siisti ja toimiva!

This place is a great deal. First, the owner is there every day takes of all your needs. She is awesome. Very peaceful and relaxibg by the pool. Lots of sun chairs and pool is warm. Full breakfast every morning. The best gym i have had at a hotel. A real workout gym. Squat rack, full size adjustable bench. Lots of 45lb plates. Dumbells from 5 to 50lb in pairs. And other common equipment. Even a heavy bag with boxing gloves. Can walk to Stavros beach, really nice cove for kids and great fish restaurant called Almyriki. They know how to cook a whole fish.

Wunderbares Hotel mit Pool und feinem Frühstück
Wunderbares Hotel. Super Frühstück und enorm freundliches Personal. Pool sehr erfrischend. Angenehme Athmosphäre, mit etwa 20 Zimmern fühlt es sich nie überlaufen an. Unweit des Flughafens.

This is a family run hotel that gives a friendly personal service. Exceptionally clean, fantastic breakfast and lovely relaxing pool area. The staff are very hospitable and go out of there way to make your holiday a success.

A great find.
Suited us perfectly as a one night stay before returning home to the UK. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Very nice pool. Bedroom fine but matress not that comfortable. Nice breakfast. Tavernas within walking distance for lunch or supper.

Det var fra første minut en fornøjelse at være gæst på hotellet. Utrolig gæstfrit personale, hjælpsomt på alle parametre og altid smilende. Dejligt stille hotel. Morgenmaden var anrettet, og tilpas varieret.

Perfekt hotell med underbar personal.
Vicky som har hotellet var helt fantastisk! Hjälpsam och jättetrevlig. Hjälpte oss med resmål, hyrbil, specialfrukost, luncher etc. Hotellet ligger i en liten by, mysiga stränder nära, matbutik och bra restauranger på gångavstånd. Allt var toppen. Sängarna var lite hårdare än vad vi var vana vid men annars inget att klaga på. Fantastisk frukost varje morgon. Toppbetyg från oss!

Relaxing holiday
Close to local beaches. Staff very helpful. Vicky was very good at recommending places to go and looked after us. Breakfast was lovely room and pool area was so clean. Can’t wait to go back next year.

A brief visit to this quiet spot with fantastic grounds near Zorba's beach, with a very helpful staff who provided guided directions. Slightly spartan room, but very spacious and well worth the stay.

The hotel is a great place to stay. Good breakfasts, excellent staff, walking distance to a beautiful beach and some lovely tavernas.

Wonderful
Fantastic local hotel run by local family. The hotel facilities were great and kept so nicely. An great workout room with weights/running equipment nice and cool. Swimming pool was glorious surrounded by good quality lounges. Vicky and her staff were amazing such lovely people willing to help /advise on anything. Quiet venue really relaxing. The local beach was glorious and mostly used by locals rather than tourists with rowdy kids.

Lovely hotel, in quiet peaceful surroundings.
My wife and I had a very enjoyable time staying at Paradice. staff were very accommodating and helpful. We had courtesy pick up from Chania airport as we arrived late evening. The layout of the rooms in the main hotel and the chalets to the rear of the hotel ensured the peace and tranquility of our stay. The hotel was fully books but it was quiet enough which was a positive factor in our choice of location and hotel choice. The pool was well maintained and cleaned each day. the rooms were very comfortable, spotless, and spacious. Good aircon in the room also. the manager and all staff where very friendly, polite and courteous. Even to the extent of offering room service on an ocassions for breakfast. rhe staff team made us very welcoming and nothing was too much effort. They ensured we had a lovely relaxing holiday, abd we would definately recommend the hotel. We also were given courtesy beach towels such was the friendliness of all the hotel staff !! Stavros beach is 12-15 minute walk, easy to get to and lovely. Some tavernas and restaraunts are close to the small beach. The beach is well maintained and ideal for having a chilled out day. There is a bus service into Chania town and port also. Overall a lovely holiday, made perfect by the hotel staff who made our time there a very enjoyable experience David Prentice

From the moment the owners son met us at the airport to the moment he unloaded our cases from the car st the airport to go home our stay was an absolute pleasure. Vicky on reception could not be more helpful or friendly. She even arranged for local restaurants to pick us up and drop is back off at the end of the evening. The hotel is a short walk into Stavros beach where there are a few restaurants and a lovely beach. Breakfast is made to order at any time. Having not been to Crete for 20 years I was relieved that helpful friendliness of the Cretans hasn't changed. In addition the pool is lovely with a couple of canopy areas which is great when the temp hits 40c the air con in the room was a bonus and the fly screens meant that we had no flies in the room for a peaceful nights sleep or afternoon snooze. Would definitely recommend the hotel

Great Place for a Family
We LOVED our stay at Paradice. Be sure and get the Breakfast each morning. There's a great beach just down the road and it's close to the airport. Our room had 3 beds for the kids and a large bed for my wife and I. It was perfect.

Dieses Hotel ist perfekt für alle die Ruhe suchen in einer super familiären Hotelanlage mit toller Ausstattung und einzigartigem Frühstück. Die Hotelbetreiber und alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr herzlich und lesen einem jeden Wunsch von den Lippen. Riesen Pool mit tollen Lieben. Mietwagen wird empfohlen. Wir kommen wieder!

Alle voorzieningen waren zoals verwacht en aangekondigd. Ontbijt kan ik ieder aandelen, uitstekend. Personeel is super behulpzaam en pro-actief. Kamer was ook goed, alleen de vloerbedekking was aan vervanging toe. uitstekende fitness.

Hospitality at its best!
By far the best property in the area - we explored a bit and had a chance to see all hotels or guesthouses nearby. Although there is no direct beach access from this particular hotel, the walk to the beach is a welcome exercise, and the rural surroundings are very colorful. The property is very well-maintained, everything is kept clean, and the team is beyond fantastic. It starts with the very hospitable and charismatic Vicky, who is a genuine host really making you feel cared for. Breakfast is always freshly cooked individually for all guests, served in a very efficient manner. Added bonuses are the pool and gym, very well-maintained. There is an underground parking lot for those who travel by car. Lovely balconies in each room. Vicky was very kind to take us to the airport herself. Fantastic experience all around, a very relaxed holiday in a place full of friends who you make easily the moment you step in. Beware: all local restaurants serve a very mean caraffe of Raki at the end of the meal :-)!!! So, go easy on your wine - it is going to be a drinking marathon :-)))))

Sehr nette Besitzerin. Leider war in unserem Zimmer einiges defekt und das Bett sehr, sehr hart. Wir konnten dann das Zimmer wechseln.

Great hotel, but...
We loved the location and the hotel itself. Vicki was the friendliest person, and we loved chatting with her. Our only complaint were the beds. Sleeping on a board would have been more comfy. Vicki did say the beds in the main part of the hotel were comfy, and that she'd never say on those in the rooms where we stayed, but she would, and would change them.

Good hotel
Really great hotel, anything you need just ask Vicky. The only thing I can fault is the location, it is a little too far from most attractions. There is a bus that you can get on but the times are not great

Helt ok hotell, ca 10-15 minutter å gå ned til Ajaccio sentrum så det ligger litt for seg selv på en måte. Men nært å gå til bussholdeplass, og ca 15 minutter å gå til bystranden. Prøvde ikke frokosten. Rommet var rent og helt ok, ikke kjøleskap eller safe. Badet var litt gammelt men rent, dusjen var i et trangt lite badekar uten skille til resten av badet så det kan bli litt vått. Fikk nye håndduker hver dag. Gammelt, men helt ok hvis man ikke er ute etter særlig luksus.
