We loved our stay. Every single staff member was extremely kind and attentive. It was in a great location being close to old town and also very close to the beach. Room was clean and spacious for 3 females. Would stay again!

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία
Η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου είναι ιδανική, καθώς βρίσκεται σε απόσταση αναπνοής από την παραλία του Αγίου Γεωργίου (1 λεπτό με τα πόδια) και περίπου 10 λεπτά από τη χώρα της Νάξου. Αυτό νομίζω ότι είναι το μεγαλύτερο πλεονέκτημα του ξενοδοχείου και ο βασικός λόγος για να το επιλέξει κανείς, ειδικά για άτομα χωρίς δικό τους μέσο. Επίσης, είμαι ευχαριστημένη από το πολύ φιλικό και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό του ξενοδοχείου, που μας παρέλαβε και μας πήγε στο λιμάνι δωρεάν για τη διευκόλυνσή μας. Το δωμάτιό μας ήταν όμορφο, προσεγμένο και σύγχρονο εσωτερικά. Ένα μειονέκτημά του ήταν το πολύ μικρό ντους, το οποίο είχε ως αποτέλεσμα μετά από κάθε πλύσιμο το μισό μπάνιο να πλημμυρίζει. Υπάρχουν επίσης περιθώρια βελτίωσης στο κομμάτι της καθαριότητας, καθώς μας έβαλαν λερωμένα σεντόνια το ένα βράδυ. Επίσης, τα κοινόχρηστα ντους που βρίσκονται στο luggage room για την ημέρα της αποχώρησης (για όσους θέλουν να πάνε για μπάνιο μετά το checkout και να αφήσουν εκεί τις βαλίτσες τους) ήταν πάρα πολύ βρώμικα.

I enjoyed my time at Soula Hotel. Petros was warm and welcoming, and gave me a ride to/from the ferry port. The hotel is a short walk from the beach and the main city center. I had a great time on Naxos and would stay at Soula again!

The room was very comfortable. The only thing is that the shower is very small. Mention aside for Petros, he was really very kind, professional and helped us in everything during our stay. Soula is a place to recommend.

Fick vid problem med läge av rum / lgh ( bl.a för många trappor) byta till bättre rum/ lgh för mig. Hämtades / kördes till flygplats utan problem, väl och trevligt bemötande. Mycket bra läge vid strand och närhet till Naxos stad.

Clean and very convenient stay
The hotel was very clean and in a great spot 10 min walk from the central port, 1 min from a beach, and still in a relatively quiet and calm part of town. A staff member was always present at the entrance and available to answer our questions happily. Food and car rental options were just around the corner. We used our top floor patio every evening to enjoy the views and relax.

THIEVES robbed our family while we slept in our hotel room at Soula Hotel Naxos. STAY AWAY! Stayed two nights. On the second day we took a guided tour and I left my purse with cash and credit cards in our hotel room. The cleaning lady came in our room while we were out and made the beds. That evening we returned to the hotel and then walked to town. That night we feel asleep in our room and woke up in the early morning. While we slept, ROBBERS entered our studio hotel room through the locked front door with a KEY and stole our luggage, purses, cash, passports, and personal belongings. No sign of forced entry. Front door and windows were closed. The police arrived and a report was filed. The hotel did not apologize. The receptionist was distant and unconcerned. I asked a hotel staff member if anything like this had ever happened, and they remained silent. According to the locals, Naxos is safe. Soula Hotel does NOT have any video security cameras, or a magnetic key entry to the hotel rooms. The guest rooms are down a breeze way that has access to different rooms. While we slept, the criminals opened our hotel door with the key and stole everything they wanted! A nightmare!

Wir haben in der Eile gebucht, gefreut über die Preisleitungsverhältnis. Es hat unsere Erwartung noch übertroffen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Zimmer ist groß und sauber. Wir wurden noch bei Abreisen mit Auto nach Hafen kostenlos gebracht. In dem online Angebot war eine falsche Information, die wir nach Bestellung erst gesehen hatten. Es sollte keine Bettwäsche verfügbar sein. Die Tatsache ist aber, dass wir sehr saubere Bettwäsche gehabt haben.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Was uns besonders positiv aufgefallen ist: + Freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber + kostenloser Transfer von & zum Hafen + Top Lage, 5min Fußweg zum Zentrum von Naxos Stadt + Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis + Mosquitonetze an Fenstern und Balkontür + Wäscheleine auf dem Balkon + Rezeption durchgehend besetzt bis 0 Uhr Trotz der kleinen Überschwemmung beim Duschen und dem hellhörigen Treppenhaus würde ich jederzeit wieder kommen.

Friendly staff, a conveniently located clean room
I was very happy with my room and with the hotel. This is a good hotel for you if you want to be near the beach, and also want a little bit quieter place while still a stone’s throw away from the main town bustle. The staff is very friendly here, and can help you with directions and local advice. The rooms were clean. My favorite aspects of the hotel were the value, location (a few short steps to the beach), the great AC, and the good water pressure. Beds were comfortable and the lanai was very comfortable and convenient. If you book here and take a ferry to the island, all you have to do is walk to the hotel. When I return to Naxos someday I will just stay here again. The value is great and it’s the best sleep I’ve gotten the entire trip.

I cannot believe this is a 1 star hotel… the staff deserves 5 stars at least , they are so welcoming and accommodating, the treatment we received was beyond expectations. First of all, they offer a free shuttle from the port and back, the hotel is well maintained and very neat. Our linen was changed daily and room was cleaned every day as well( which is very unusual for our new Covid era hotel service:) You have a small kitchenette with fridge and all the necessary utensils, plates/ cups, and pots and pans. The veranda was very large and had 2 lounge chairs and a breakfast table. Bathroom was renovated and water pressure in the shower was amazing . The hotel is in perfect location: 2 minutes walk to the beach and 5-10 minutes to the best restaurants in town. Port is 10-15 min walk from the hotel . There are several convenience stores around and much more. I would definitely recommend this hotel for those who want to travel on a budget but receive a great service.

Hotel Bien Situado y Cerca de Playa
Este hotel ha sido todo un acierto en cuanto a calidad precio. Está situado en el centro de Naxos y a menos de 5’ caminando a la playa. Tiene incluido transfer al puerto ( ida/vuelta). Petrus y la Sra. de recepción nos dieron un trato muy cálido y súper serviciales. Nos prestaron una sombrilla para ir a la playa y en todo momento estuvieron muy atentos. Lo recomendamos ampliamente y sin duda volveríamos.

They did a great job. I enjoyed the stay and the hotel is right by the beach and a 10 minute walk from the Port which also contains the main town/strip for food and fun. They were also very accommodating. I had to leave a day early to make my flight and it wasn't a problem for them. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks guys!

Es war eine tolle, moderne Wohnung. Sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Die Terrasse in der Junior Suite großartig mit schönem Ausblick aufs Meer. In der Nähe viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Kostenlose Transfer von der Fähre. Sehr nettes Personal. Einfach fabelhaft. Sehr empfehlenswert 👍😀

Friendly, clean and great location
The reception staff are really friendly, including the shuttle driver who even helped carry our heavy bags into the ferry terminal waiting area. Room had a nice small balcony and great value for money.
