We thank you for taking the time to evaluate us we are sorry that you did not enjoy your stay, however all the information on the hotel and photos of the rooms, bathrooms and the location are clearly published in all the sites.You were allocated a large room overlooking the pool and a bathroom with shower as published. Working for american company for over 20 years I would say that this is a hotel in accordance with american standards as well.Our location is 800 m from the naoussa old port where all the action takes place and there is a slight uphill in the way back. On top 3 coffee shops operating from 07.00-22.00 and a restaurant operating 19.30-22.30 are in distance of 1-3 minutes from the hotel for guests who do not feel like walking to the centerWe wish you happy and safe travel

We have gardens around the hotel and is possible to see little bugs sometimes, but since your room was on a high floor this seems unlikely.. Hello from Paros It was nice to have you with us and we thank you for taking the time to evaluate us. We got the hotel last year and ever since we try to improve it As you have alrady mentioned the style and the location of our hotel is descibled clearly in different sites for our guests to know what to expect. We are sorry that you felt we gave you rules when we were only giving you information on our hotel. In many hotels the information are left in the guestrooms for the guests to read but we prefer to talk personally to our guests. We feel we should inform our guests the reception operating hours, the number they should dial to call reception, the time breakfast is served, the option to get towels for the beach, the housekeeping hours etc etc and we give these information in 4 different languages In any case we hope we shall have the opportunity to welcoming you again in the future Happy travels always Elena George and the whole team
