Albergo direttamente sulla spiaggia.
Bella la posizione ma la struttura è datata e necessità di interventi di manutenzione sia ordinaria che straordinaria. Il personale è cortese e il cibo è commestibile. Si trova in posizione ben servita. Se volete cercare il pelo nell'uovo.. lo troverete.

Sconsigliato!! L'all inclusive è solo a parole visto che le bibite sono di marche sconosciute e il caffè espresso è a pagamento. Per un albergo che nel nostro periodo era occupato per metà da italiani, l'attenzione alle nostre esigenze è praticamente nullo. Il Wi-Fi che è gratuito lento e inutilizzabile, e per finire non sono compresi lettino e ombrellone in spiaggia. Da evitare

Una bella vacanza rilassante
Sono stata al Themis Beach Hotel dal 5 al 19 Agosto 2016. È una bella struttura moderna e ben organizzata, con tutte le comodità vicine (dai supermercati, alle fermate dei bus per raggiungere le città più importanti e vicine all'hotel e la spiaggia a pochi metri dalle camere); il personale è delizioso, a parte una cameriera acida al ristorante che è stata l'unica davvero sgradevole in tutta la struttura. Il ristorante è pulito e c'è una bella varietà di cibo, alcune sere anche particolarmente buono. Le camere sono molto confortevoli ed abbastanza pulite, anche se solo una volta a settimana veniva effettuata una pulizia un po' più approfondita. Gli animatori sono italiani e le attività sono piuttosto scarse e poco coinvolgenti ma non credo che la colpa sia solo dei quattro ragazzi, bensì dell'assenza di uno staff di animazione più ampio. Il wifi è gratuito ma va molto male a parte la mattina presto. Il mare è spettacolare ma la spiaggia è a pagamento, 5€ al giorno per un ombrellone e due lettini però non è un prezzo eccessivo. In definitiva, un'ottima struttura per una vacanza rilassante.

Tornato per la seconda volta in questo hotel e ritrovati cordialità e cortesia, il cibo non male per un italiano all'estero, l'unico appunto che dovrebbero investire di più sul ri ammodernamento di alcune parti. Bella vacanza 👍👍👍

hotel molto gradevole in posizione ottimale, cibo di medio alto livello, personale gentilissimo,mare fantastico, da migliorare sicuramente:l'animazione, wi-fi e la piccola palestra che ha attrezzi non funzionanti.

Appena arrivati abbiamo pranzato all hotel....cibo immangiabile, la carne era durissima e callosissima...per non parlare dei primi piatti. ..l unica cosa decente erano le verdure...per colazione il latte era imbevibile. ..o sapeva di ferro o era andato a male. .il personale scortese, mai un buon giorno o buona sera...

My mom and I stayed at Themis at the beginning and end of our 3 week trip in Crete. It was a perfect beginning and end. Beat beach in the area and super nice when you are tired and need aiming easy and relaxing! Beach staff make great drinks and are welcoming every day! Ate at Ideal restaurant almost every night, also lovely!

Die besten Jahre hat das Hotel hinter sich
Das Hotel ist relativ groß und in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmer sind oberflächlich renoviert, hätten aber einer Generalsanierung bedurft. Die Zimmer sind relativ klein. Der Ausblich ist dafür nett (meerseitig) und das Beste ist natürlich der Strand, ein sehr schöner Sandstrand. Liegen und Schirm kosten extra. Pool nur von 9-19 Uhr, warum ist unklar. Personal semi freundlich. Lage nahe zum Flughafen genau in der Einflugschneise. Für eine Nacht ok, aber dafür eigentlich zu teuer. Fazit: für einen längeren Aufenthalt eigentlich nicht geeignet.

Nice beach and views from room. Good food selection for breakfast. Staff could be more helpful. Shouldn’t have to pay for safety deposit box key. We had to pay 12€ for 4 nights. Also had to pay 10€ deposit then 1€ a day for beach towels because facility would not let you use towels from your room. Bathroom and showers need a huge upgrade considering the price this hotel charges. Beds are rock hard like you are sleeping on a board. Staff did make us a breakfast for the ferry early morning and got us a taxi which was very nice. Think they are more used to European guests than those from North America. Was quiet and there were great restaurants close by. One in particular called Pepper Grill was 2 mins drive up the road next to the water. Based on the flaws we wouldn’t stay here again. Expedia needs to upgrade their site on this place. Not all bad yet far from the truth.

Très bel hôtel familial en bord de plage, moderne et accueillant. Accueil professionnel dans un hall bar "sur la mer". Chambres propres et bien équipée, un peu juste en surface pour un séjour long (rangements), mais confortable. Restaurant classique, bon et varié. Piscine grand et très agréable. Accès direct à une petite plage de sable non privée équipée de nombreux transats/parasols (5€xjour). Pente douce et vagues à volonté. Club enfant et massages.

A very nice stay in Kokkini Hani
I enjoyed a nice relaxing time at this large, all-inclusive hotel. It turns out I was the first guest since they reopened for the new season. There were some minor snags, but the staff was very professional about it. Checkin was smooth, except they didn't show my reservation in the system because I booked after midnight on the same day of my arrival. They allowed me to check in anyway and saw my reservation a little later. The room was clean, it was relatively quiet because of low occupancy, but all of the guest services were operating normally. The breakfast buffet was very nice with plenty of options. The scrambled eggs were among the best I've ever had in a breakfast buffet, so I went back for seconds. The only real issue was a lack of water pressure in the morning, but by the time I returned to my room after breakfast it was back to normal. I know it was a bit stressful for the staff, but they handled themselves professionally and I had a very nice stay. I would recommend this hotel.

Passable. Cher pour la prestation offerte.
Nous avions reserve 2 chambres (2+3). On nous a propose a notre arrivee une chambre de 5 avec une seule sdb. La chambre se situait au 3e etage, et le 3e lit etait un lit d appoint. Les draps etaient taches. J ai refuse cette chambre, le gerant a alors trouve deux chambres (2 + 3) comme demande dans l etage 1 entierement renove. Le restaurant est correct, la piscine aussi. Acces plage facile, transat payant en sus. L'equipe d animation a bien fait son travail, proposant un petit spectacle de danse traditionnelle. Dommage que la salle de spectacle ne soit pas renovee et un peu delabree.

Hôtel d'apparence extérieure correct mais très décevant à l'intérieur. Ne mérite en aucun cas les 4*.Salle de fitness inutilisable, chambre sombre et humide (chambre extérieurs). Salle buffet très bruyant, le personnel est désorganisé et peu accueillant. L'alimentation choisie pour le petit déjeuner était de très mauvaise qualité. Je déconseille le All inclusive.

We recently returned from a stay at Themis Beach Hotel. Our flight had been delayed & on arrival check in was easy & we were informed that Cold plates, fruit & water had been put in our room for us since we had missed dinner. The room smelt of new paint and appeared to have been refurbished. We paid extra for a safe key for our room but declined to pay for a TVs remote. Overall large parts of the hotel had been refurbished but a few areas still have to be done. The staff were always very helpful & friendly, they couldn't do enough to help. There were additional charges for loungers at the beach but poolside loungers were free.

Très bon rapport qualité/prix
Hotel très bien situé à 10min de l'aeroport (ne pas prendre de navette, le taxi coute moins cher = 20€) et dans une avenue disposant de toutes les comodités à pied. Assez propre même si quelque peu vetuste. Piscine non chauffée. Plage (non privée, beaucoup de locaux or pas très grande) très bien au pied de l'hotel. Attention transat payant (5€ les 2 avec parasol). Les plats servis au restaurant sont bons, un peu redondants mais acceptables (pattes, frittes dispo pour les plus compliqués). Le personnel ne parle pas francais. Celui du restaurant est vraiment formidable. Pour les petits budgets c'est parfait.

Ένα καλό ξενοδοχείο σε μια πανέμορφη θέση!
Η διαμονή μας ήταν υπέροχη, το προσωπικό εξαιρετικά φιλικό και πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει σε ότι μας χρειάστηκε, οι χώροι του ξενοδοχείου πολύ καλοί και άνετοι, η τιμή για τις παροχές που μας έγιναν ήταν ιδανική! Τα ανακαινισμένα τους δωμάτια είναι καταπληκτικά και η θέα φανταστική! Το φαγητό τους θέλει ακόμα προσοχή και περισσότερο δουλειά και λίγο καλύτερη ποιότητα, ειδικά τα ροφήματα!! Θα είναι κρίμα να χάσει καλές αξιολογήσεις λόγω της διατροφής, διότι διαφορετικά πρόκειται για ένα πολύ καλό ξενοδοχείο!! ΣΑΣ ΕΥΧΑΡΙΣΤΟΥΜΕ ΠΟΛΥ!!

Guter Service im Restaurant und schöner Strand.
Wir verbrachten 15 Tage im September mit HP im Themis Beach. Positiv war das nette Restaurant Personal und auch das Abendbuffet war sehr lecker. Insgesamt aber könnte das Buffet reichhaltiger und abwechslungsreicher sein. Auch könnten die Speisen häufiger aufgefüllt werden. Leider hatten wir Schimmel auf dem Zimmer neben der Klimaanlage. Dieser wurde nach Beanstandung an der Rezeption notdürftig über gestrichen. Ein Zimmer ohne Schimmel konnte man uns alternativ nur zum Parkplatz hin und unrenoviert anbieten. Die Musik am Pool war häufig zu laut. Selbst als sich Leute bei der Animation beschwerten wurde die Musik nur lachend lauter gedreht. Also generell haben wir nichts gegen Musik am Pool, aber wenn man sich beim unterhalten anbrüllen muss und keine Party stattfindet muss es ja nicht so extrem laut sein. Für die Liegen am Strand wurde eine Gebühr von 5 Euro pro Tag fällig. Und das bei einem 4 Sterne Hotel mit dem Namen Themis Beach am hoteleigenen Strand? Naja dafür waren Strand und Wasser herlich. Insgesamt waren sehr viele Italiener, Russen, Bulgaren und Polen im Hotel. Deutsche sind klar in der Minderheit. Auch sollte man Katzen mögen. Die Streuner kommen regelmäßig zum Essen auf die Terrasse. Wir fanden die Tiere sehr angenehm und fanden besonders die Kleinen total putzig. Zu guter Letzt sollte man die Nähe zum Flughafen berücksichtigen. Transfer mit dem Taxi liegt nur bei 20 Euro, dafür landen die Jets direkt über dem Strand.

It is worth to be called 3 star hotel for its services and condition. It could improve in food operations. But it has some great features like nice sandy beach and transportation time from Heraklion airport. Overall, well worth the money.

Находились в отеле в конце августа, погода была ветреная, море штормило.Лежаки на пляже платные 5 евро, пляжные полотенца платные 0,9 евро. У бассейна лежаки бесплатные. Система "все включено" состоит из завтрака, обеда, ужина, напитков в баре у бассейна, в 16-30 выдается мороженое, попкорн, кексы и вечером напитки в баре возле ресепшен. Завтраки каждый день одинаковые, обеды довольно скудные, ужины хорошие (особенно по субботам, когда представлена греческая кухня). Хорошая традиция поздравлять именинников тортиком. Очень огорчил плохой интернет в отеле, приходилось ходить в близлежащие кафе, делать заказ и пользоваться там wi fi. В отеле очень доброжелательный и улыбчивый персонал. Отдельное спасибо Тамаре из сувенирного магазинчика за отзывчивость и информационную помощь. Конечно, экономия во всем, но и цена соответствующая. В целом отдых удался, потому что был хороший настрой и стойкая любовь к Греции.

Pas beaucoup de français. L'animation disco-baby est en italien :( Il n'y a pas des spectacles ou autre divertissement le soir. Pas de chaine française à la Télé (hors franceinfo) Les restrictions sont très importantes côté restauration: Les fruits (pêches,nectarines, poires, pommes, bananes) sont coupés pour éviter le gaspillage (ou que les gens en prennent dans leurs chambres) Le café est dégueulasse; Les serviettes de la salle de bain n'ont jamais été changés en 7j; Nous avons laissé 2 serviettes de plage sur les transats à la piscine, et 4h plus tard (vers 20h) elles n’étaient plus la. (la personne qui fait le ménage autour de la piscine, le soir, à exécuter les ordres et elle a absolument tout ramassé :D ) Pas de gouté avant 16h30 (le bar de la piscine ouvre uniquement de 10h30 à 12h et de 16h30 à 19) Bref, il faut s'habituer à la restriction, aimer le low cost et ne pas trop en demander! Si c'est ok avec ces conditions vous allez passez un bon séjour à Themis Hotel. Sinon, vous mangez en ville et vus louer vos chaises longues à 5euros/jour à la plage qui est juste en face de l’hôtel. Puis il y a George: le "maitre" en salle du resto. Il se mêle de tout et il surveille tout. Il est sympa mais casse noisette. il lui faut des congés ;D point positif: c'est un hôtel bien positionné face à la mer, ok pour les familles avec des revenus moyens.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Enough food but rarely tasty. Nice beach but you pay everything there,not expensive though. Room was large and cleaned every day but you always have to ask for toilet paper or soap, the room maid never leaves them even if she sees there is none. Defects in the room were reported but never solved

Great stay, would do it again.
The hotel was great. Its a bit old but very well kept. The staff was friendly, helpful, English skills were great. Our view was nothing short of Fantastic! We only included breakfast with out stay. Food was plentiful with a huge assortment of choices. Food was good, would not say great but certainly good. We also liked that it was close enough to Heraklion that going in to the big town was not inconvenient. Lots of these resorts can be a fair bit of a haul from the bigger towns. This one was close enough but not too close
