Dear Cherry Sparta Mimnaugh, Thank you for appreciating your spacious suite even outdated as you said, with a high quality hard bed and the small TV not in the bedroom. Your suite was located 23 stairs from the top, not 50, counted every single day for many years by me. You stayed in the middle of July, with very warm temperatures and it is surprising that the water of 35 degrees temperature was feeling cold to you. Thank you for enjoying the unique sunset view. It is a pity that not every single room of ours can face the sunset all year around, so you can see it from inside the jacuzzi. I reassure you that this time of the year the sunset is further south, you can see the sunset from inside the jacuzzi.

These guests were rude and disrespectful, smoking repeatedly inside the room even they were warned for fine.

We have to inform you that all our mattresses in all our rooms, including all sofas mattresses are high quality anatomical and expensive mattresses. We have 4 different pillows on each bed, 2 anatomical and 2 with feather. I am sure some of these pillows you had would be comfortable. We have to inform you that all the sockets in all our rooms are safety sockets and not broken. Overall, being happy with your room, location and us, we really do not understand the reason for your 3 bad reviews, 2 of them anonymous in Expedia and trip advisor.
