Thank you very much for your review. From your observations we realized that you were mostly sad that you could not make tea in your room. However, you did not see the form in your room stating that it is forbidden for the customer to carry food or drinks into it, as this prohibition is in force under relevant tourist law. Also if you had read our official website before coming to our unit, you would have received all the relevant information and you could also, before your arrival, contact either the EXPEDIA or any intermediary agency that booked for you to find out all you wanted to know about your stay in Tinos Aqua Palazzo. But even when you arrived at our unit and asked us at the reception we would have told you why there is no kettle in your room and we would gladly offer you a local tea in our unit's garden. If you would like to have tea in your room daily, then you should stay in an apartment with kitchen, as our second tourist unit, “Matas Apartments”, right next to “Tinos Aqua Palazzo”. So we will be happy to see you again next year and it would be great to stay in “Matas Apartments” with fully equipped kitchen where you can enjoy your tea or your meals . Best Regards
