Amazing place in Perissa beach
Great accommodations with an incredible view. Amazing food only steps away and our hosts were incredible. My wife and I were extremely happy and would definitely recommend.

I was with my family for a week at Villa Dima. Dimitri welcomes us at the reception with a smile. We had a nice room on the first floor overlooking the rock. The room was clean and spacious for 2 people and our 2 year old baby. The public safe parking near the villa . The beach is 200 meters away and on the beach there are many local tavernas, restaurants, beach bars and more... The location is excellent and safe. Recommended!

Villa Dimitris, Marvalia, o Vivi Studios?
nonostante avessimo pagato per 3 camere 3 notti a Villa Dimitris, la prima notte siamo stati costretti, causa mancanza camere, a dormire nella villa di fronte, sempre gestita dagli stessi proprietari, ma veramente fatiscente e che cade quasi a pezzi (basti pensare ad un incessante ronzio dell'aria condizionata per tutta la notte, o allo sciaquone rotto e bacinella in dotazione per lo sciaquone "manuale"). Le successive due notti a Villa Dimitris sono state positive, le camere carine, pulite e funzionali (tranne quelle nel sottotetto, dove si fatica a stare in piedi nella doccia e le tendine non coprono tutto, quindi si rischia di allagare il bagno ad ogni doccia). Il punteggio quindi è una media tra lo zero spaccato di una notte a Villa Marvalia, e il voto positivo di Villa Dimitris. Decisamente scorretto vendere e pagare per una struttura e poi costringere le persone ad andare in un altro posto perchè si è venduti più della capienza.

We had a very relaxing time at Villa Dima in Perissa, Dimitri and his staff were so friendly and made us feel so welcome upon arrival and were so kind to allow us to stay in our room until late in the evening the day of check-out. The bed was really good and best cleaning. Thank you

Absolutely wonderful! We enjoyed everything about Villa Dima from the second we stepped foot in Santorini! The room was small but sparkling clean, had beautiful sea views, and a cute balcony area. The room was quiet, the air conditioning worked well, the beds were very comfortable. It was a short walk to the beach, plenty of stores on the way, and many great restaurants. The staff was exceptional! I cannot tell you how much I appreciated Dimitri, the manager. He was so friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and professional. He was always available to answer our many questions, and spent time helping with booking excursions and the ferry, even helping to contact our airline. We extended our stay and rented one of their luxury villas as well, all of it amazing! I highly recommend staying here, and would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is lovely, the room is small yet adorable, it has all the basics you may need and it's only 5 min walk from the beach. The staff was quite friendly too so I would be happy to retun :)

very conveniently located to the bus stop and the beach. cute little villa but since its older the shower and toilet are in the same space meaning if you need to use the toilet remember to bring slippers because the ground will be wet! beds werent very comfy as i could literally feel the springs underneath but the associates were all very friendly! they only change your towels and take your trash everyday and the other housekeeping duties like vacuuming and changing sheets every 3 days

Me and my wife stayed at Villa Dima for a week. The location is perfect with everything near walking 2 min you are on the beach and there are all the restaurants, beach bars, market , bakery and more..... Dimitri is a very nice man , he is at the reception all day and ready to help you with anything, he arranged us the volcano tour with the best prices and suggest us all the most beautiful places that we have to see on the island. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. Its located directly at the beach of Perissa and the view is amazing. Perissa is a beautiful place with a nice beach and a lot of restaurants and bars. I'd highly recommend to everyone to visit this place. We will come back for sure ;).

Very, clean good looking place. Dimitri was super nice and very outgoing truing to talk to and welcome the guests! He made my breakfast and made sure my stay was comfortable. Location is great and right to a bus station, the beach and all of the shops! Great place for the value and I also met a lot of new people at the property. Would definitely stay here again.

Dimitri was a wonderful host. He was very kind and helpful, and gave us good recommendations. He also kindly loaned us beach towels as we forgot to bring some, and was very accommodating. The location is very near the beach and bus stop to Fira, and ATV rental was nearby, so it was very convenient. We enjoyed the stay 👍😊

Vacation near the beach
The room was excellent. The owner and his wife were very friendly and even offered for us to leave our backpacks in the room on the day of our check out. Not only were we hosted with professionalism, warmth and kindness, but our room conditions were quaint, modern and memorable. The view from the top floor was tranquil and beautiful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to have a peaceful, comfortable and overall wonderful vacation or business traveling experience. The wifi was so great that if you are traveling on business, you can get a lot of work done. I had to use the wifi for long periods of time for a class that I was taking online and I had no trouble at all. This hotel was also located very close (5min walk) to the beach which was nice. Overall, I really enjoyed myself and appreciated the amenities such as a tea/coffee maker, quaint bathroom, bedroom and balcony!

No pool, but other than that it's a great location. There is no on site parking, but only 1 or 2 days we struggled to park on the street outside - it is narrow as all the little roads in Santorini are, but there is ample public parking approx 100m from the Villa. Hosts are super friendly and always willing to help, place is clean, air con is free and works well, small and basic but perfect if like us you spend more time enjoying the Island rather than living in your hotel room.

Quaint hotel in a part of Santorini (or Thera) that isn't all cliffsides covered in white-walled structures. The room was clean. The staff were welcoming. The walls are thin - like you can clearly hear people's conversations through the walls, if they are outside speaking in a normal voice. The beds are...horizontal. We felt some of the springs. Overall, though, the hotel was fine. We didn't come to Perissa to stay indoors, we came for the black beach, and the hotel is located very close to it and the row of bars and restaurants that service the beach.

Property was clean and well kept. The staff was freindly and helpful. It was a short walk to the Perissa and the beach. The bathroom was small and the water was salty. The location was great, close walk to stores and restaurants and the beach. All and all a good place.

fabulous stay in Santorini, close to everything in Perissa, beach, cafes and restaurants. Needs a bit of modernizing, bathrooms could do with an update, there is no pool, but the room was spacious enough and privacy was secure

They lie about free car park, it is far away
First, they information about free parking is not correct. The parking is not on site and public. If you say that is free parking, there is no non-free parking hotel in the world. You have to take your heavy luggage to go up to the hill to the hotel and it is hard to find parking in summer time. Second, the air conditioning is rubbish. It can be used only if the door is closed. But under 30 + degree, it would take nearly an hour to get cool. So you have to stay in the oven for an hour until you can cool down. I wonder if they have the money to get this trigger, why they don't spend on improving their equipments.

Not 100% like in the description, but close.
Everything was very acceptable here. Our room was clean (and tiny), and the surrounding area was nice. The few cons I noticed were that the page still says breakfast could be purchased each day there, and when we checked in, we were told it had been months since they stopped serving breakfast. Another thing was that it made us plan things out to be able to talk with someone at the desk, since the reception is only open until 4:30 pm. Still, a nice place for the price. No real complaints.

Excellent value for money
We were checked in by Christine, who was very friendly. We stayed at a studio for 3 people. It had a small bathroom, a kitchenette and a rather spacious balcony. The room was cleaned every day and it was spotless. The complimentary AC was a nice touch. The hotel arranged airport transfer for us, which was 10 EUR per person. The only hiccup was the wifi, which didn't work properly. All in all, I would wholeheartedly recommend Villa Dimitris.

Our favourite stop in Greece
Our host was great. We had to check in late and she made it easy and we’ll worth the trip. The location was a bit tricky to get to but the local area was amazing, not far from the beach, local shops & restaurants. Perissa is a secret jewel on the island, not overly crowded and very friendly

I have stayed at " Villa Dimitris" in Perrisa for 2*nights (04/07/19-06/07/19). My holidays to Greece was planed in really last minutes. I did not have enough time to look for the accommodation in any city. However, I would recommend this accommodationfor budget travellers who love to stay near the beach and quite place. *Good points* 1. Reasonable and affordable price 2. Small and quite town where you can relax (10minutes to the Black Beach) 3. Near to the public bus stop, a few restaurants and cafe, laundry, sovenior shops etc. (on foot within 5minutes) 4. The owner of the accommodation will reply to your request or questions very quickly through the email. *Bad points* 1. You would need "pick-up service" as its not easy to find the place. It was about 30minutes drive from the airport to the accommodation with EURO25. To the port it was less than 20minutes and same as EURO25. 2. There was no breakfast service. I would not mind to pay extra for it. However, the staff only come and start to work from 09:00 a.m. till around 17:00 p.m. In my case, there was no towels in my room upon arrival at night. Only following day morning, I was offered. 3. The public bus time table was not reliable. I strongly recommend you to rent a car to visit Pira or Santorini. It was hassle to travel to Santorini via Pira as July is peak season in Santorini. However, overall my experiences in this accommodation was good for how much I paid.

Great choice in Santorini!!
I stayed at Villa Dimitris on recommendation from my friends who had stayed there a year ago. It's definitely a great choice on Santorini! Perissa is an excellent location because it is slightly less touristy and crowded than the other towns. It has everything you'd want on an island vacation without all the masses of tourists/cruise ships/shopping strips...though it's easy to get to all the other towns as well. There is still lots to do in Perissa, including lots of restaurants and bars, and bonus...you are right on the beach! There are lots of chairs to rent and you can get from your room to the beach in just a few minutes! It's also very easy to get to all other parts of the island, whether it's by bus or by ATV. Villa Dimitris was very nice, especially for the price, considering where you are and that it's Santorini! It was an excellent deal for a private room with private bathroom, that was clean and had great air conditioning (essential in the summer) (though the room wasn't cleaned one of the days we were there). The owner is also very hospitable and helpful, and even if she is not on the premises, she is easily reachable via e-mail, and is very responsive and helpful. Each room also gets a free airport transfer, which comes in very handy since the buses from the airport are very infrequent. I would definitely recommend this as an excellent place to stay on Santorini, for the room, value, and location!
