We absolutely loved our stay in the Presidential Suite. The staff were incredibly helpful in anything we needed, the views and location were perfect. We walked down to the beach every morning and got incredible cappuccinos from Sirocco which is owned by the same people. The breakfast being delivered every morning to the patio was the best experience and it was so good. Highly recommend and we will be back!

Excellent hotel, very good service. Room is spacious and lovely decorated, A little bit far from towns but usually you need any type of transportation when in Milos.

The property is gorgeous and the service is wonderful! The only disappointing part is that this property is NOT beachfront. You do have to cross a road and walk down a bit of mountain to get to the ocean. The ocean is stunning - make sure you pack water shoes as the beach is pebbly. Also, the ad states there’s loungers at the beach, there are no loungers. They do give you beach towels. Breakfast food was delicious - but limited variety. The yogurt and fruit was so so good! Overall a 5 star property with amazing amenities - but not entirely as advertised as not beach front and no loungers or area reserved on the beach for guests.

We had two nights accommodation- due to their popularity, I was in two rooms. Both stunning. I can’t rate the experience highly enough. Maria, Elena, Stella and the whole team went above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay. Can’t wait to return.

My husband and I were here only one night but we loved this little place! It was clean, smelled wonderfully (!), and our room was beautiful. The outdoor hot tub was great when it got a little chilly at night. The breakfast in the morning was DELICIOUS and set up so cute! Check in was easy. Would absolutely stay here again/recommend to a friend :)

The property was very clean and modern. We loved the decor. You can tell that they put a lot of thought into the design. Just a wonderful place to stay. Staff was very attentive and helped us with every request. Thanknyou so much.

Definitely going to return here. It was a secluded beautiful boutique hotel, quiet and relaxing. The restaurant, owned by the hotel had great food, and the staff was kind and friendly. Lovely breakfast spread every morning. The staff at the reception were very accommodating and super nice. Reception arranged for a car to pick us up from the ferry and then arranged a rental car, brought to the hotel for no extra fee. The massages were so relaxing and the beach was beautiful. There was not one thing that wasn’t exceptional.

This little 6 room suite was Beautiful!!staff was accommodating. It is in the middle of nowhere , but we come to realize that’s Milos . It’s quite and very intimate . Beach is across the street , lounges 30euro comes with water , food is exceptional. DEFINITELY need to rent a car and explore the island especially on windy days can’t do beach . The balcony w/ jacuzzi just added to our trip we ordered dinner in every night ,3/4 days is more then enough there to make memories .

Elena was extremely helpful from start to finish. We were greeted with fresh homemade lemonade on arrival. Elena had pulled out a map and guided us on where to go and what to do. Our room was stunning. The staff really pays attention to detail as they noticed my check out was going to be extremely early and msg me about getting anything from their breakfast as a takeaway. I was really impressed with everything. The hotel room was also equipped with everything that I did not need to bring a toilet tree bag. The view was beautiful and getting around was easy !

We loved the remote location away from crowds; yet not too far from sights around the island. The beach and restaurant near the property were great. The complimentary coffee and pastries every morning were a nice treat. Wonderful and friendly staff.

Overall good stay
Small boutique hotel with approximately 5 rooms. Room we had, had was on semiconductor floor and had a spacious balcony with hot tub. Close and walkable distance to a beach. Pros: nice room, spacious, hot tub, free daily made to order breakfast delivered to room Cons: a little distance away from main town, windy secluded road to get to hotel. Even though checkout time online stated 12pm, staff attempted to get us out of the room by 11am, stating rules have changed due to COVID. None of that information was relayed to us upon check in.

The property is expensive for the facilities available. Views are of a car park and it is difficult to sleep at night as the walls are paper thin. Gym and sauna didn’t look appealing. Photos of the hotel over sell what it actually is. The room is essentially just a box and is not as luxurious as the website pictures make out. Staff were friendly but were not knowledgeable about the island or the cost of using facilities. They also were not available half the time we tried to get in contact with them. However, breakfast was great and they gave us a late checkout.

Dear guest, Thank you for choosing Volcano Luxury Suites. You had made a reservation for our Junior Suite and the Double Deluxe Suite which is at the first floor of the hotel. Both of them have a great view at the beach and a small part if it looks at the car park. The staff was at your service any time you wanted but unfortunately could not answer you the question about the exact number of kilometers for every distance of the island. Lovely property but VERY rude staff… staff had a major attitude and made us very late to paid excursions we had booked that day. Breakfast was also an hour late and the beds were extremely uncomfortable.

Breakfast was great. Rooms are beautiful and comfortable. Very quiet area. Nowhere to walk to but the beach. The gym is way worse than what you see in the pics. Sauna is tuck in there beside machines in some type of basement. No pool which we new but I think they should invest in one.

A beautiful place to stay, very comfortable and spacious. The owners were helpful and super accommodating. She went above and beyond to make sure that our vacation was amazing, in all areas, not just related to our hot owl accommodations. We will. Volcano Luxury Suites was amazing for the end of our honeymoon trip around Greece and its islands! We stayed in the honeymoon suite with the outdoor jacuzzi and had breakfast delivered to us in the morning to eat on the patio as the sun was coming up in the morning. Amazing views and quiet right next to the local beach. Still easy 15 minutes back into the main port town for dinner and activities.

Jacuzzi has a problem and they didn't call the technician to fix it, as a result to book a room with jacuzzi and we couldn’t use it. Also, the breakfast not so good. But the room was very comfortable and modern with the decor details on top! Very close to paliochori beach and 15-20 minutes from Adamas by car.

These people are a bunch of greedy thieves that profit on customer misfortunes. Our flight to Milos was cancelled two days in a row due to high winds, all the while we were messaging the property to arrange alternate dates and hopefully some sort of refund - we were even willing to stay longer. They were very slow to respond, and ignored most questions. At first they claimed that a refund was up to Expedia, then they told Expedia that they are keeping our money - final. We never set foot on Milos, but we sure did lose a lot of money in return for nothing from Volcano Suites. These people have zero sympathy for your bad luck, and are happy to provide zero service, but still take your hard earned money. We will return to Milos one day, but will NEVER stay at Volcano Suites. Ever.

Brand new hotel ( July 2019). This hotel has great potential, but at the time of our visit it appeared unfinished and not ready to receive guests. For that reason we felt it was highly overpriced. Staff was very sweet and helpful, but a lot of essentials were missing...

New beauty on Milos
Great room, excellent breakfast and beautiful view. Newly opened so there are still a few small things that has to be arranged such as a trash can, a drawer, enough hangers etc. The family running the hotel is very friendly.
