When we first arrived tv didn’t work, talked to girl at front desk who said if we didn’t undo bed she could move us to another room. Unfortunately we had undone bed before we realized tv didn’t work so she gave us a different remote to try which still didn’t work, I had to unplug tv to get it shut off for night, Next day maintenance got tv working just aggravating to not be able to watch tv after driving all day.

We did talk to the agent about the incident and let them know that you could have moved to a new room so you could of had a working TV on the first night of your stay.

We came to town for a concert and stayed here. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and quiet. The continental breakfast had a great selection. We would definitely return!

Over all it was a place to sleep I would not recommend as a frequent traveler unfortunately. Staff was not pleasant and welcoming I felt I was inconveniencing them.

We had a king suite and it was huge 2 separate areas with 2 TV, lots of room. Breakfast was good! It’s nice the pool has long hours 6 am to mid night!!! Motel was quite we were on the first floor near the front desk and they had hockey teams there we didn’t hear anything not even from the floor above us. And the price is nice as well!!

Average accommodations
The lobby was very nice & inviting. There was a little hiccup in the the check-in, but not a big deal. Our room was a good size and I was impressed with the little “kitchen” area. A couple bottles of water for the coffee pot would have gone a long way, since there were no vending machines with beverages. I found a few hairs under the covers to the bed, which is a big no-no. The bath towels had makeup stains on them. Not happy at all about that! There was also a large stain on the carpet. It was a place to stay, but I definitely would not give it five stars.

Spacious room, conducive to working or just hanging out. Full breakfast, excellent parking, welcoming staff. Comfortable mattress, but it was cool so I couldn't get fully warm. Air was very dry. Hotels seem committed to the top sheet and coverlet approach to bed linens. Here, as at other properties that do this, you have only 2 options. Use the sheet only and be too cold or use the sheet and coverlet and be too warm. I look forward to the day when I once again have more bedding options.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. We loved the pool so much, especially that it stayed open until midnight. The rooms were good and breakfast was great as well. We loved that there was a variety of food to choose from. We will be back.

Not as clean as it used to be, breakfast not so good. Over cooked eggs and meat both days. Had a hard time getting clean towels for our room, they didnt replenish the 2nd day and we had to wait til 8pm to shower the following day because we couldnt get towels after asking 3 times. I am sure , like everywhere else they are short staffed and cant keep up. Starting to get a bit run down.

The property was close to many amenities and easily accessible from the highway. There was a nice variety for breakfast each day - with minor changes to the hot food offered each day. The flooring needs to be updated throughout the property - it is carpeting and it looks old and dirty.

By 5:00pm when we went to pool area there were no towels. Asked at desk and was told he was working on it. Then went back because he didn’t bring any and asked again and was given the last 4 towels he had.

We booked here because they are pet friendly. Check in was excellent, room was clean and ready. We have been here 3 nights and the staff has been fantastic! Friendly, helpful and just nice people! Then cam breakfast! Excellent assortment of food! Bagels, cereal, oatmeal, eggs, potatoes, sausage or bacon, coffee, all ready to go early! The pool area is excellent as well! Super nice hot tub and pool! The only issue we had was lack of pool towels, but thats really not an issue. We we come back to green bay, pet or not, we will stay here again for sure!

We also love how our breakfast has so many choices to choose from so you don't have to eat the same thing espeically if you are here for many days. We have been waiting on our pool towels to come in and they actually finally arrived today after many many weeks of waitng. We do look forward to seeing you again when you make your way back to Green Bay.

Had trouble finding property - both signs were unlit. Check in process took 20 minutes as reservation could not be found even though I provided confirmation number. Room VERY noisy as it was located near breakfast area. Speaking of breakfast, dining room very messy, and kitchen area very dirty (door was left open so we could see) and lastly, tub didn’t drain after showering. Avoid this property.

First off, I’ve stayed in hotels many times & at this particular property many times in 5 years. On this trip, we’ve noticed throughout the building and our room that overall a deep clean and some tlc into the infrastructure is needed. I noticed the room carpet needs a wash soon, the mirror & light in the bathroom dusty, stuff on the walls like a spill not cleaned & some hair, business/public computer desk dusty. The bedding and towels were clean so I overlooked the rest for our stay. I doubt we’ll stay again but will keep in our back pocket as a last resort. (There are worse places in the area for the price) We wondered why this was the cheapest room rate we ever got for this place, now we know. Was there new owners/management? Don’t know.
