Liked how quiet the rooms were and you didn’t hear your neighbors above your room or next door. No microwave was in our room. That would keep us from coming back.

Overall excellent, only that one section of the building didn’t have an elevator to the upper floors. The staff did offer assistance!

The pool area was excellent. The big let down, however, was that my room wasn't ready until 2 hours after check-in. And they offered nothing for the inconvenience.

The toliet paper holder shouldn't be so far behind us. There are elderly people who cant turn that far and myself who had a back surgery.

Although the location was very good for us, the hotel was tired. Our room had dirty carpeting, counters and furniture that hadn't been wiped off, and showed a lot of signs of wear. The hotel is quite large for a single elevator as well, which made navigating the hotel a lengthy process. I expected a much higher standard for the price we paid for our room.

Horrible maintenance and customer service. I checked into my room garbage has a sponge empty tube of caulking, a used glove, a monster, and our roll of toilet paper was left in the counter covered with….something. We didn’t complain at this point we actually own a hotel and understand that frequently maintenance doesn’t clean up after themselves. Then after fully unpacking we went to shower to find the water not working at all. We called down to the desk to ask for maintenance to fix it and were told they don’t have maintenance on. Again fine we will just shower in another room for the night and it can get fixed tomorrow. I was told by two desk clerks that no they can’t do that. I could move rooms or I could shower IN THE POOL AREA. Excuse me. Absolutely not I am not paying for a room to shower in the pool area because you don’t have maintenance on and won’t provide any customer service whatsoever. We checked out and left. I am shocked at how awful that hotel was- problems happen but the customer service was some of the worst I have ever seen. Again I have worked in hotels for over 39 years at this point. I am well aware of how issues can and should be handled, with a focus on customer service and accommodating the customer.

love the smell when you walk in the door. housekeeping was nice. didnt like the height of toilet . there was no microwave. didnt like the window locks ( didnt fell safe because our room was on the first floor to the back of hotel)no breakfast included(the other hotels we looked at had that option) our room did not have a walk in shower like it showed in pictures.we will probably not stay here again.
