This property and staff was amazing for the week I stayed there. The staff is very nice, everything I tried from the room service menu was very good. Breakfast in the morning is very good. When I am in the area, I will definitely be staying here again.

Good Rooms, but poor management.
Room itself was very Nice, comfortable. Food Quality was good, Breakfast was nice. Being a Carlson group hotel I expected much better. They were not aware of my reservation, No Towels in room, No Toiletries, Stinking room. I ordered Thai Curry and they called and said not available, a lot of dishes were unavailable.

Dingy hotel in the middle of nowhere
We chose this hotel in order to visit Sultanpur Bird Sanctuary and that turned out to be 35km away. There were no nearby taxis and the hotel arranged a taxi but at high cost. Sultanpur was well worth the visit. But the hotel was very poor. On a busy road lined with car maintenance workshops and nothing in the area for tourists to do. Inside the hotel was dark and dingy, the rooftop pool was out of use, our room had opaque windows to hide the view of a high wall, and the food was not cheap and not nice. All in all an unpleasant stay.

Verify phone numbers of hotels
The phone number mentioned in hotels.com for the hotel is wrong. With no internet and no phone due to international trip it was a very bad night trying to find the hotel in middle of night. It was not easy to find out even for taxi driver. I wish hotels.com verify the number before confirming the booking. Literally a disappointing service from hotels.com

Advertised as 4 star but it's not
Location is really congested... this is the main issue. Rooms gloomy and although clean not particularly welcoming. Food in restaurant is very good. This should be more in the category of a 3 star. If in Gurgaon, look for hotels on Sector 29. It has much more open and clean surroundings. A bit more expensive, but worth it. I had made two separate bookings. They honored the cancellation policy as stated. So it was ok, I could move to another place.

Pleasant Experience
We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights and the experience was really good from every aspect. The staff at the front desk is courteous and made arrangement without fuss even as we checked-in early. I appreciate the courtesy extended by the Front Desk Manager, Mr. Pankaj Roy for his gesture.

Good Standard Hotel
Rooms are spacious, well maintained and comfortable. Service and breakfast buffet was nice. Location is a little way off though from hear of Gurgaon

Gerade genügend für eine Nacht vor Abreise
Das Hotel ist etwa 40 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt, insofern für einen Aufenthalt mit Abflug während der Nacht geeignet. Nach einem sehr fetthaltigen Nachtessen (Gemüsereis) haben wir uns hingelegt, um einen Moment vor der Abreise zu schlafen. Nach 20.00 Uhr ging dann plötzlich ohrenbetäubendes Discogehämmer los und riss uns aus dem Dämmerschlaf. Der Lärm stammte aus dem Untergeschoss von einer indischen Hochzeit und liess natürlich nicht mehr schlafen. Obwohl in Gurgaon gelegen, bietet die Umgebung nichts als triste und verkehrsreiche Grossstadtatmosphäre. Reception-, Gepäckträger- und Chauffeur sind bemüht, so dass der Service insgesamt zufriedenstellend ist.

Nice Hotel at an affordable price
I found the room clean, bedding clean, washroom clean. The meals were served in a clean manner. The Restaurant was pleasant and inviting. The staff took care in preparing a customed omlete for me and served fresh squezed fruit juice and the best part was that the breakfast was included free in the Hotel Room Cost. The room was at least four star and the service was definetely five star. The only negative I can say was that the location of the hotel was poor, however once you enter the Hotel Lobby, yoy would not know the difference. I would definetely stay there again.

A pleasant surprise staying at Country Inn
After a month n a half holiday in Switzerland n Italy my wife n I decided to break our journey at the Country Inn, Sector 12, Gurgaon for the night of 16th September, 2011. We were in for a very Pleasant surprise with the Hotel's amenities & staff training. I would clearly rate it at 5 star level. Right from the time we checked in till the time we checked out, the staff's behavior was at par with any Taj Hotel property. While checking out I complimented the General Manager of the Hotel about the superb training of the staff which makes a guest feel like a VVIP..........great feeling. Thank you.
