Hotel accueillant et personnel chaleureux et sympa
les chambres spacieuses et agréables . La literie vraiment confortable.. Une très bonne cuisine variée et fine.

Hotel im Ötztal
Die Realität entspricht nicht ganz den Bildern. Bad ausgestattet mit einer Badewanne ohne separate Dusche (man steigt in die Wanne und nutzt ein Trennglas). Wo ist der 4 Sterne Komfort? Wir haben ihn nicht gefunden, schade.

Amazing view
Perfect location, amazing views. The pictures we took around the hotel are so amazing, they don't even look real. Service was great, the hotel was awesome with all the amenities it has. The food was also great (we had breakfast every day and a barbecue dinner the night of our arrival). Well worth it, we loved it.

Lovely hotel, fantastic food
As other reviews have said, this hotel isn't near anything else so you need to plan to eat at the hotel. However, the food is excellent. There's not much flexibility for dining - everyone eats at the same time so it's a bit regimented but not really a problem. We bought a set 5 course meal for 25 euros each and although there were other things available, this was by far the best value. I believe food can be bought more cheaply than this if booking meals at the same time as the room. However, even though the cost might seem a little expensive, for the food we got, it wasn't as it was excellent. If you are skiing, you need to make sure you catch the free hotel shuttle bus otherwise it's an expensive taxi ride.

Sehr schön gelegenes, gepflegtes familiär geführtes Hotel sowohl äußerlich wie auch innen. Die Zimmer bieten ausreichend Platz, Betten sind sehr bequem und alles ist sehr sauber. Sehr schön fanden wir das jeden Tag die Betten anders aufbereitet waren. Das gesamte Personal (Empfang, Zimmer, Bar, Service, Wellness) war jederzeit überaus aufmerksam und ausgesprochen freundlich. Wir haben À la Card gegessen und jedes Gericht auf der Karte war super lecker. Der Wellnessbereich (verschiedene Saunen / Dampfbad / Schwimmbad / Massage) sind sehr sauber und schön angelegt. An einigen Abenden gab es Live Musik und gute Unterhaltung an der Bar, die sehr einladend war. Wir können dieses Hotel jedem nur empfehlen. Und somit möchten wir uns hiermit auch nochmal beim ganzen Personal und der Familie Prantl-Plieschnik für die angenehmen Tage bedanken und kommen sehr gerne bald wieder. Für uns hat dieses Hotel 5* verdient...
