“This place was a great place for us to spend time together!! It so quiet & peaceful. Ellicottville was just a short drive away. The house had everything you would need. The homemade lemon blueberry muffins were absolutely amazing!! The flowers on the farm were beautiful & fresh lilac flowers in the bedrooms made it smell so good!! Definitely hope to go back!”

“I was assigned to suite #1 which like the other 2 units had a private entrance. There’s no employee onsite. They message you an access code which was super simple to use. Really beautiful space. Its like a large studio apartment. With a huge hot tub in the main room. Very cozy and well appointed with a small kitchenette with microwave oven. The bathroom was luxurious with heated granite floors and a spacious countertop. Everything was really well maintained including the grounds. I will...

“We had the great fortune of renting this property with our adult children for the eclipse. Wonderful, cozy home with several sitting areas so we all had our own little area to relax and unwind. We had everything we needed. The pool table was a lot of fun. The beach was lovely and unique with great views of the Buffalo skyline. Went to a Sabres game and we were home in 17 minutes. Will definitely rent again.”
