Hotel dall'atmosfera particolare che propone un mix di atmosfera portuale, con suggestioni di viaggio esotico e interculturale. L'insieme funziona. Più che discreta la colazione, varia e per tutti i gusti. Bici a disposizione (su prenotazione).

Hotel close to the city centre
We chose this hotel because it is located in a strategic position, in the new hafen city, close to the new elbphilharmonie and just 1 km far from the Rathaus (city centre). It was a good choice: the only problem is that some rooms are in front of the port and it happens frequently to be waked up in the night by ships. Our room was comfortable, we can only point out that a real wardrobe would be useful. The bathroom has a very big shower, fantastic! The hotel provides all the services you need, even if sometimes you have to wait quite long.

The style and comfort of the hotel are very good. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The location allows for easy walking to many attractions and there is an underground station U4 close by. We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel as we thought it was too expensive. There are several cafes nearby. We ate at the hotel restaurant one evening and the food was excellent. Unfortunately the record player in the vinyl room wasn’t working which was disappointing as we were looking forward to chilling out with some good music.

In the first room, I found hairs on the bed. The employee who I approached was very unpolite and unfriendly. The hotel is surrounded by constructions. The bathroom I had was tiny and had no cupboard to place my clothes. Wouldn't go there again for a business trip.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit nettem Personal. Frühstück auch sehr empfehlenswert. Leider ist die Umgebung eine große Baustelle und so wird man vom Baustellenlärm auch am Samstag morgen ab 7 Uhr geweckt. Da wir mittags eine Stunde auf dem Zimmer waren und offenbar um diese Zeit das Housekeeping ins Zimmer wollte, wurde das Zimmer nicht gereinigt und die Minibar nicht ausgefüllt.

Ein nach wie vor sehr stylisches Hotel, leider konnten wir das Hotel nicht direkt buchen, da es seit geraumer Zeit Software Probleme gibt, daher dann auch die Buchung über Expedia. Direkt Buchung war nicht möglich . Leider gab es beim Einschecken dann auch wieder Probleme. Scheinbar Schnittstellen Probleme bei der Buchung! Zum Glück war das Hotel nicht ausgebucht und dadurch konnte das Buchungsproblem behoben werden…Das Frühstück absolut lecker! Und die Lage mit Tiefgarage sehr gut.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit tollem Service. Verstehe zwar nicht wie man ein Bad so verunstalten kann, aber das ist wohl Geschmacksache. Grandios finde ich, dass man die Möglichkeit hat sich heißes Wasser zu holen. Die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten haben den Aufenthalt versüßt.

Frühstücksbüffet sollte besser sein!
Das Hotel fand ich sehr gut. Allerdings hat das Frühstücksbüffet sowie der Mitarbeiterservice am. 26. und 27.12 nachgelassen, obwohl derselbe volle Preis für alle 3 Frühstückstage vom 25.12 bis 27.12 bezahlt wurde. Bei der Frage, ob der Obstsalat nur aus grünem Äpfel besteht, war die Antwort vom Mitarbeiter „ja“. Am 25.12 waren die Dame von Frühstücksbüffet und an der Theke sehr freundlich und professionell. Am 26. und 27 war der junge Mitarbeiter nur für seine Unterhaltung mit Kollegen hinter der Theke und so eine Antwort für 42€ Frühstückskosten pro Tag finde ich dem Mitarbeiter bzw. der studentischer Hilfskraft sehr frech und nicht bedingungsfreundlich. An der Rezeption und bei der Reinigung waren aber die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Endnu et fantastisk ophold på 25hours Hotel Hafencity, hvor man mødes med venlighed, gennemført indretning, fri minibar og skøn, stor morgenbuffet. Det ligger perfekt ift. metro og gågade, og der er en stor, ren, lys parkeringskælder (den er dog steget i pris)

Hier fühlt man sich direkt wohl und wilkommen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind gut isoliert, so das man von dem Baulärm, kaum was mit bekommt. Von hier aus ist die Speicherstadt, Hafencity, Elphi und die Landungsbrücken, zu Fuß, schön erkunden.
