The hotel was in a great easy to access location. The property itself was quiet and clean. The staff were quick to assist if called apon. The breakfast had a large selection and the Wednesday supper is a nice treat. As with all locations you look hard and you can find things that need to be updated. Overall the location is a great option and having cooking abilities can help cut costs.

This hotel was great for our dance comp! Only 2 downfalls: the pool was freezing cold and the beds were way too soft. Besides those, the breakfast was great, the rooms were spacious and the facility was clean. The staff were all very friendly, even at 6 am for breakfast!

The furniture in the room had animal damage. The sofa was shredded on both sides. The look of the rooms was also very dated. The smell in the hallway was horrible.

Be kind to your customers !!
The stay was ok . I was disappointed when I asked for a room by the elevator as my husband had just had a hi replacement .They put us as far away as they could have , the last room left at the end of the hall. There were tons of rooms available !!!!

Pleasant check-in, and friendly service. Needed to change rooms because originally-booked room had lots of pet hair on sheets (realized afterward it’s a pet-friendly hotel). Excellent continental breakfast in the morning including eggs, sausages, cereals, toast, bagels, pancakes, oatmeal and so on.

No suelo opinar pero en esta ocasión lo hago para que no se queden en este hotel. No lo recomiendo. Es un hotel descuidado, incómodo, sucio y huelo muy mal. Tuve que pedir cambio de cuarto por lo mal que olía. La cama más incomoda en ambos cuartos. Cubiertos sucios. Muy descuidado y suci. Una Vergüenza. No vuelvo a pisar nada de la cadena hiton.

Needed a place that could accommodate 6 people and this hit the mark. We were able to park two cars and no extra charge, Awesome! Staff at desk was super friendly and made check-in a breeze! Hot breakfast the next day and off on the road again! Thank you!

This hotel is beautiful. My one bedroom suite was spacious and comfortable. This hotel was easy to get to from the QEW. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and there was plenty to choose from.
