“We were made to feel welcome, the staff were friendly, our rooms were much bigger than expected as we had 2 searate bedrooms and a lounge/kitchen/dining. Plenty of room to park the car.”

Staff needs more training, system needs to be improved. have to show the confirmation email to 2 staff members to confirm and double confirm we have free breakfast included in our booking. Luckily they found us on the list. And Unfortunately When we do the check out, the receptionist wants to charge us again for the breakfast so we have to find the email again to triple confirm it with her.”
