No that we are shortly about to complete our refurbishments we working to ensure that we continue to improve on what we provide.

Occasionally an event and extra activities take place in the city centre, it can affect all accommodation providers located in the cbd. It may have been unfortunate that this seems to be the case during your stay. We are however fortunate to be able to offer a wonderful variety of apartments in our heritage building and if requested we are happy to accommodate guests in an alternative quieter part of the Hotel. Thank you for your feedback, this is really appreciated constructive commentary allows us to better understand our guest experience and help us to improve. Normally our after hours process is efficient and smooth with a team member being ready and waiting to take a call to enable after hours access in a prompt safe and confidential manner. We always have a member of our team on site ready to support and attend to any guest requirements such as the concerns you mentioned, we are looking into what has happened here to ensure that our standards are met and guests don't wait for an unreasonable period of time. Our beds are of a very high commercial standard and need to be supportive with a deep comfort layer. We do acknowledge that these can be a very personal thing and for those guests who prefer a much softer bed we do carry toppers which are easily fitted on request. Indeed if a guest has particular pillow preference we also have options. Showers are regularly checked and if found faulty we instantly replace the relevant component. We are disappointed not to have met your expectations on this occasion and we will discuss your feedback at our next team meeting. Unfortunately we were not made aware of any of your experiences at the time of your stay. Had we been made aware of any issue we would have been very happy to attend to any concerns at the time. It is not really possible to address your personal concerns afterwards.
