This hotel is right in the center of it all! Suberb location, wonderful staff, a good buffet breakfast (only a handful of choices for vegetarians/vegans though). If you can, book a room with a balcony: that traffic going on down the street is fun to watch!

중간숙박으로 2박으로 잡았는데 엄청좋았어요 화장실도 괜찮고 샤워하는데도 불편함은 없었습니다. 이불하고 침대도 편했고 소음도 없었어요. 다만 엘베가 없어서 힘들지 그외는 전반적으로는 만족하며 지내다 왔습니다.

Cockroaches
Terrible hotel, first room the shower was over the toilet and we were woken up both mornings at 7 am by the cleaners screaming. We then moved rooms which was infested with cockroaches!

Staff were excellent; really friendly and helpful particularly killi and lilli who both went out of their way to help with organising trips, taxis etc. The location of the hotel is within easy walking distance of all parts of the old quarter with many restaurants and cafes on the doorstep. The beds were comfortable with daily cleaning although rooms could benefit from some decoration and more powerful shower would be an improvement. We stayed for 2 weeks and were more than happy overall but would suggest the larger rooms for long stay. Would recommend balcony room. Many thanks to all staff for wonderful holiday. Would definitely stay again.

Toilet fittings are so worn barely working, room is not secured have a sliding window that opens to a walkway and cannot be locked. Yes people can actually climb into your rm. The walkway is lighted in the evening and yes your rm also gets lighted.

Small but very clean and convenient!
For my room, it was great. But my sister and cousin had to walk up stairs, I guess it was fine but still, a little tiring after a journey, the staff had been really helpful and friendly though.

일단 하루나 이틀 한두명 적은 인원이 쓰기엔 괜찮은거 같아요 저렴한 호텔이야 다 거기서 거기니까 위치도 나쁘지 않아요. 2번째 하노이 방문이라 다른 호텔도 이용해 봤는데 저 가격대 호텔들은 다 거기서 거기예요. 문제는 이번여행이 가족 여행이었는데 너무 급하게 숙소를 옮겨야 하는 바람에 평이 나쁘지 않길래 예약을 했어요. 시티뷰의 3인실은 4층에 있는데 엘리베이터가 없었어요. 예약때 명시가 있었는지 모르겠으나 일단 없는줄 모르고 예약하고 갔기에 심히 당황스러웠습니다. 엄마는 걷는게 힘드신 분이라 엘리베이터는 필수 거든요. 그래서 돈을 더 지불하고 다른 방으로 옮겼는데 옮긴방은 엘리베이터가 있으나 방은 8층이고 엘리베이터는 7층까지밖에 없었어요. 방은 넓고 상태도 괜찮았지만 옥상을 개조하여 만들었는지 비오는 12월은 너무 썰렁하다 못하 추웠고, 밤에 자는데 비가 떨어지는 소리가 무슨 철판에 떨어지는지 너무 씨끄러워서 부모님도 자다가 깨시고... 어차피 하롱베이 크루즈 예약으로 2박밖에 안했지만 다음엔 이용하지 않을거 같습니다. 저가격에 더 괜찮은 숙소 많아요. 아니면 돈 더 주고 더 좋은 숙소에 머무는게 나을거 같습니다.

The only comment I have is - if selling a room with no window I would recommend that it be mentioned at the time of booking and that the room may be a little cheaper then a room with a window.

便利な立地とフレンドリーなスタッフ
ホテル自体は小さいですが、ハンザ市場の目の前で近くには美味しい食堂やコンビニもあり、街歩きにもとても便利なホテルです。スタッフはみんな気さくでフレンドリーです。日本語のわかるスタッフもいます。部屋はそんなに広くはありませんが、最低限のアメニティもあり、寝泊まりするだけなら快適に過ごすことができます。wifeの繋がりも良かったです。朝食がとても美味しかったです。種類もあり、卵料理を希望で作っていただくことができます。この価格で泊まれるなら申し分ないホテルです。

très bonne situation , chambre certes pas très spacieuse mais beau balcon , bon rapport qualité prix , bon petit dejeuner buffet et très bonm accès wifi ; amabilité du personnel , on nous a de plus proposé un accès chambre lors de notre départ tardif afin de prendre une douche avant notre départ aéroport pout long courrier .

Extremely value for money
Had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and was treated with extremely polite and helpful hotel staff especially Kili. She helped me arrange for a tour to Halong Bay, Ninh Binh and shuttle bus from SaPa at a very reasonable price and even offered for me to use the hotel amenities after my checkout before my departure to SaPa. The hotel is strategically located, with many good food places in the vicinity. Pho, Bun Cha, Bun Bo Nam Bo are some to mention. Hoan Kiem lake is within 10min walk but there's so many things to see along the streets such that time will pass in a flash. Room is really clean, towels are folded nicely into the shape of a swan.

We Got on a bad start with this hotel. We booked and payed ahead of time, but when we arrived at approx 8 pm they didn’t have our reservation. They struggled a LOT to find us another room at another location (wanting us to relocate again after one Day) but when I finally lost my patienten and tried to Call Hotels.com directly, all at a sudden they had their family-suite available for all three days. But for all fairness - after this we had a Nice stay at the hotel. The family-suite is Nice and fairly spacious, it is clean but with surprisingly much noise from the street. The bathroom only has a shower but are average. The hotel is centrally located with lots of restaurents close by. The breakfast however is boring and often they forget to ask you wich eggs you want until you are halfway through your toast Generally the staff is very friendly though and helpfull

Because it was our fault, so we did free upgrade you to the most beautiful room in our hotel for 3 nights. Next month we also update the new menu for the breakfast. Wonderful hotel!
Clean, friendly staff, great breakfast and the bed was soooo comfortable! We only stayed one night but wish we could have stayed longer. The location is in the old quarter so it’s close to lots of bars and restaurants. We would 100% recommend this hotel :)

성요셉성당과 여행자거리 중간에 있어서 도보로 다니기 좋습니다. 침실은 깨끗하고 잘 관리되어 있습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절하고 밝습니다. 게다가 모두 미인입니다. 꼭 방문하세요..ㅎㅎ 저도 다시 하노이에 가게되면 이곳으로 갈 생각입니다.

관광지와 근접한 호텔, 친절한 직원분들의 안내 등이 참 좋았습니다. 아쉬운 점이 있다면 방음이 안되고 방의 수납공간이 부족했습니다.

직원들은 매우 친절합니다. 호텔을 입구을 찾은데 어려움이 있습니다. 호텔 픽업서비스 이용하는게 편합니다. 택시 기사도 명함을 주었는데 잘 못찾더라구요. 호텔 주변으로 맛집과 호수가 걸어서 다닐만합니다 조식은 빵과 베트남 밥 과일 정도로 간단히 먹을수 있습니다. 위치는 나쁘지 않습니다.
